Cannot sign onto thier website without downloading something likely disguised as security but possibly providing access to your computer in doing so. Attempts to force you to change default browser. STAY AWAY. I am disappointed a company like PAYPAL would risk thier reputation to continue allowing exchanges with shady companies. I guess money is more important that intergrity.”

“I gave this one star which is one star too much. However, I believe you have to check a star in order to write a review. I think it would be nice if all on-line consumers had to read reviews of a company before they ordered anything. I was fooled by the lovely blouses and dresses which popped up when I was shopping on other sites.
I made the mistake of ordering 3 blouses and one dress. All items took forever to separately arrive. There were no tags in any of the clothes and no shipping invoice in any of the packages. The labels on the outside of the package had several stamps on them, appeared as if the packages had been mailed somewhere before they were relabeled and shipped to my home. There was no return address on any of the packages. Blouses were cheaply made and see-through. Nothing as shown in pictures. One of the blouses had a tie at the v-neck in the front, which was suppose to be fastened in a bow. The bow had been sewn in backwards so that it tied inside out. But the best item of all was the dress. It looked lovely online and I was going to wear it to a wedding. My husband looked at it online and thought it was really beautiful. It had a black, red, and white block design with a fitted top that flared out to a tea length skirt. Well it didn't arrive until a month after the wedding, however, that was a blessing. I'm a small woman about 5' 3" and 100 lbs. The top of the dress would have been tight on an averaged size 8 years old; and the material it was made of reminded me of those nylon flags people fly from their porches. Maybe I take the dress to a NASCAR race and wave it! Hope this review helps some poor unsuspecting consumer to avid Berry Look!”
“Absolutely horrible quality. Should have known it was too good to be true. Ordered six shirts, two had black stains on them and extremely poor stitching. None of the shirts were sized as labeled. I made the mistake of reading the reviews after waiting over a week for a confirmation of my order. I figure one shirt is a keeper. Buyer beware!”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered two coats from this company. The first arrived (after 6 weeks) and it fit fine. The second arrived a couple of weeks later and even though it says it's the same size it looks 2 to 3 sizes smaller. I tried to return it and they told me it would be cost prohibitive to return it so they would like to refund 1/2 my money and I keep the coat. I told them I wanted a full refund. Had I known it was coming out of the country, I would not have bought it.”

“I would warn all potential buyers to not deal with this company. I finally received two blouses I ordered. They were not cheap...they were like tissue paper & could fit maybe a twelve year old! They refuse to communicate in anyway, actually giving false information. I've reached out a couple of times and no response. This mess included a almost 18.00 shipping charge. I think it's terrible that we in the US continue to be duped by these companies in China. This has happened to me before. Same scenario. I just threw out three wigs, that were so bad I couldn't even donate then to the cancer center. Even if they settled with you I would refuse to give them any more business!!!”
“Purchased 3 dresses and a pair of shorts for my husband. Received 2 dresses size x-large but they would not fit a 6year-old child and they were paper thin. Never received the 3rd dress. “I would like to warn everyone to be very wary of purchasing anything from Berrylook.com. I have recently purchased 2 tops for £48.12. Unfortunately the don’t fit satisfactorily. There was no returns address included so I emailed them to request a refund or exchange. The reply I got was 1) to keep the items with a GBP14 voucher to use for my next purchase or 2) Instead of an exchange keep the items that don’t fit, they would reship the same items in the correct size but I would have to pay an item price for GBP22 “which means they would give me a discount of 40%.” I pointed out to them that I had no intention of making any further purchases so the voucher would be of no use & I wasn’t prepared to pay anything further for items when I had already paid £48.12 for items that don’t fit. I have requested a refund or exchange but not had a reply as yet. I wish I had read their awful reviews first before I ordered anything from them.”

They refunded me less 15% cancelation fee despite the fact that it's their fault for having no available stock and would wait longer than normal shipping time. I also found out that berrylook's prices was doubled or tripled with the same product and pictures compared to other stores. “The clothing looks nothing like the pictures, material is inferior and sizes are all over the map. A medium is like extra small, some large sizes are much too large, more like extra large.
I contacted Berrylook regarding a return and they wanted photos of the items and order numbers for the clothing. I supplied what they asked for. They replied saying I have a claim open on the account and must close it. This is not true. The only contact was the e-mail requesting address and instructions for returning the items.
DON'T buy anything from this company. They are definitely a scam.”
“Returns : I ordered 4 items. 2 were pretty much size Med. The other 2: 1 looked like what was ordered but not what it was listed as Cotton blend. It was 100% Polester, said Med but could fit an XLarge person. the 4th item was nothing like what was ordered. I ordered a solid color, front button shirt. What I received was a print, no buttons and colors I never wear. The day I received these items, I notified you. It is now 2 weeks and I haven't received note on how to return.”
