Follow up on returns process: They supply an address that google maps can't find. Unsurprisingly the return can't be delivered, so they claim they can't do the refund. After over 3 weeks of hassling them to get more detail on the address (so I can prove to paypal/credit card that return was attempted and failed due to Berrylook deliberately giving a false address, they finally provided another address (that google maps also can't find) which is some 80km away from the first one. I doubt one package of rags has ever made it back.

“False advertisement: I would put less stars if I could. I did not get the expedited delivery I payed for. I am still trying to get reimburse for a service I did not receive. It was supposed to arrive in 6-8 days as advertised & payed for. It didn't even ship until a month later. DESPITE asking a direct question of if/when I would be reimbursed for the service that was falsely advertised & not provided, every email I was given excuse after excuse about their postal service order back log, but never an answer. I final after a month was told they would not reimburse me even though I did not get what I payed for. They claimed the already paid their postal service which is not my fault. I should not have to pay for their mistake. I feel robbed. I will never order from Berrylook again & would advise against anyone else doing so either.”

1. Don't be tempted by the look portrayed in the photos. This company is based in Hong Kong and the clothes are made for asian women so sizes are totally wrong for the western market, even going by their own size guide. Plus the quality is nothing like in the photos. Clothes have no shape and the fabric and dyes simply awful! I ended up trying only 2 items out of 6 ordered and came out in a rash to top it all
2. Read the return policy fully as they don't actually refund but give you an exchange which is no good as their products are truly awful.
3. They don't respond to queries (emails or through their online query service)
It's just not worth the hassle or time spent sorting it out and the money spent is lost!”
“Not fit for purpose. Quality of material was horrid. It could not be ironed as it was so cheap it would have singed. The creases in it made it unwearable and would not have come out over time. The material does not meet UK standards and is flammable. Quality so terrible I cannot articulate the disgust.”
