“I also had issues with BerryLook. The merchandise they sent me was sub-par. It was not of the same quality of the pictures advertised. The material was cheap, the style was off and they never responded to my request for a refund.
I replied (4) times for a refund process. Each time I received an email requesting me to state my issues with the items and to submit pictures. I sent links of the items advertised on their website and pictures of what I received.
I never received a refund response or a refund.”
“This is the worst made clothing I have ever seen. I wear a large and ordered a large shirt and extra large pans and none of the clothing fit. The sizes were more like small. These clothing sites do not need to even be on the website this is a scam company. I've asked for my money back and no response.”
“I ordered 3 items from them in December 2021 and only 1 arrived. I've contacted them asking where the other two items are and they keep telling me that they're coming. Where from Mars?? I ordered a dress about 3 years ago which took 4 months to arrive. So I'm hoping I still get the two items I ordered. Some of the clothes that I've received are not cut to American sizes. I wear a size 10 or medium and some of their clothes come up much too small. Also, their customer service is terrible. There's very little resolution when you contact them. They saturate the internet with ads, yet don't care less about your customers. I hope to still receive my items that I've paid for and will NEVER order from them again. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!”
“The company works harder not refunding money even with 12 Emails showing mechandise was returned and UPS shows proof of delivery . So in my opinion that makes thiefs. What went wrong my credit card was hacked and stuff was sent to me. 18 different items was sent to me. Everyone of them were resolved except yours. How are you still in business. Want proof check Emails sent to service department.”
“Beautiful website. We ordered a pair of women's shoes for my wife. Upon receipt we found the sizes to be much too small. Berrylook offered replacements for an additional charge. We would not pay more for their error so Berrylook provided a return address. We erred in returning the shoes as we were not covered for any shipping charges.
If you choose to buy anything from Berrylook be sure you want the item(s) as their reuurn policy is poor.”

many products--they looked great online
2. my product was to be a cotton/linen blend. It was all polyester. No labels inside. Not even washing instructions. Old fashion looking. I think it was never worn.
3. looks great online but not when I got it. Not good.
4. did not fit and I used their size chart.
5. So wish I had believed the reviews before ordering.
6.They did respond when after 3 months no tracking # . I wrote them twice and did hear back . Covid main problem for back log. I get that.
7.Product arrived in a little more than 4 months after ordering. They say Chinese shipping , but package originally from LA. A company I hadn't heard of from China. Transferred to USPS??
8.Postage cost more than product thinking that would help.

What you read above is identical to what they sent me 3 different times over 3 months. Try and think of a person in Hong Kong sitting at a desk and all they do all day is paste this automatic, prescripted response to all email order inquiries...
The tracking information BerryLook provides is relayed to JS shipping and all they do is let you know it's been shipped and at a U.S. distribution center ready to be delivered to your local carrier. After 2-3 months, the tracking information becomes expired and you get to kick yourself for not reading reviews and being excited about items you ordered for a loved one.”

“Wish I could give zero stars and warn everyone. The Quality was a joke. They are quite smart in their deception, however. In a tremendous stretch of the imagination, it resembles the photos so proving the inferiority of the product with pictures alone is difficult. I did return the products to the only address I had, the return on the package, they said I should have returned it to an address in China after the fact that I no longer had said cheapo products in my possession.
They contested my credit card company, saying they sent the items. Horrible products and accountability from the company. Beware, beware, beware!”

The worst of the costume services, there is no way to contact them to ask about the orders already paid, they only have the via email and writing to them is for pleasure. NEVER ANSWER! I ordered several clothes for 5 weeks and nothing has reached me, nor have I been able to contact them. They send you on their website to the order tracking list and what you can see there is the same from the first day you bought, totally deactivated! DO NOT BUY IN THAT STORE IT IS A SCAM!”

Only one item out of 6 that I ordered got delivered. The item that did come was barely resembled what I ordered. I have enquired about this rest and I am getting nothing back. All they said that it was delivered to my country with the same tracking number as the one that arrived. It is impossible to have two packages with the same tracking number. This website is a scam and avoid it at every cost.”
