I had gotten a 65 inch LG Smart TV and totally loved it, zero issues...until I mounted it. The mount is a large, full motion mount, also from Best Buy. Ever since the TV went on the wall there is some kind of damage in the top right corner that makes the picture go in and out and when it is in, there are lines on the screen. As of now, there is no getting to enjoy my TV. I've been baffled as I was so careful and read the instructions twice over before beginning and did everything written. Every single person I've conveyed what's happened to and my frustration with it has responded "did you lay the TV on its face?!" Every. Single. Person. Asked me that without hesitation. We'll, yes I did. But even still now, I'm looking at the instruction manual from best buy essentials and the very first thing it tells me to do is lay the TV face down!! Am I going to have an issue with either getting the TV fixed or replaced by best buy? Please do the right thing and help me out.
