“Its TRAP guys Don't fall into it Its TRAP guys Don't fall into it. They will scam you with low ticket prices and then the next day will demand fare settlement which is way higher than the comparable price for same flight. Thet are super FRAUD people running the business under fake names and without any official addresses as travel agents.”

“@BESTTICKETFARE.COM IS A SCAM , THEY MADE AN UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE USING MY CARD DETAILS. I ALREADY REPORTED THE FRAUD AND WILL SUE THEM UNTIL THEY REFUND THE COMPLETE AMOUNT.”

“This group is a total SCAM. They try to get you to get an upgrade as you cant have a carry on and that you will be on standby. They keep calling and calling trying to get me to do an upgrade.”

“So this place is a scam! I booked a flight and then received a call telling me that I am not allowed to take any luggage. Then a supervisor came on the line and said that if I paid $495.00 he would allow me to take luggage on the flight, I said not happening and to cancel my ticket. He said its not refundable. BEWARE!”

“One star is too many. Stay away from this business. I ordered ticket online to fly out of airport 8 miles from my house. I then received a call that there was no option to bring luggage, non cancellable, non refundable and was just standby. I didn’t see that it was standby or that there was no option to even pay to have luggage. The only other options I had were to pay almost more than 2x what I had paid to fly out of same airport or pay just over $100 more and fly out of airport 70 miles away. If I could get my money back I would be happy. I would highly recommend you stay far away from this business. BAIT and SWITCH is how they operate.”

“Total bait & switch….”booked at $140.10” got a call “did you know no carryon/or purse,…then you can’t cancel but a full fare ticket is aval. For a $150.00 upgrade to $290.00….no ticket was purchased from airline! Cc card was canceled……person I called barely spoken english..manager was as bad…..”

“Definitely not best airfare more like WORST airfare. I would absolutely not book with best airfares EVER again! I had a roundtrip booked for three people from Newark to Miami five months in advance and was ready to go. I had no idea that the flight got canceled! I only found out when I went to look at my flight info to set up my transportation three weeks prior to the trip and oddly the confirmation number was not working. I called Best airfare to inquire and they said they didn’t know why it wasn’t working, that I had to call Delta directly. I did just that. Come to find out the airline (Delta) cancelled it because they have found this company (Best airfares) to be doing inventory circumvention which I later learned essentially means that they are committing fraud with people’s cards. Not only was my flight cancelled but when I tried to get my money back this company would not give me my money back. They tried to “fix” it by booking me a one way flight going but would not get me a return flight back!! They said I had to pay $744 in order to get a flight back for the three of us because the price went up from what it was when I first booked five months prior. I didn’t understand why they couldn’t just give me a round trip like I originally had. Tim kinda let it slip when he said they could not use that “company card” to book roundtrip flights anymore. I put two and two together. I had to fight for over two weeks to try and at least get the return flight. I still never got my money back or the return flight from them.”

“Bait & switch scam! They advertise a price and then after you purchase, have a rep call you and tell you your ticket is standby only and they can’t send you tickets. Then try to upsell you for more than double what you paid to have the flight confirmed. If you refuse, they tell you they won’t refund your money. The 2nd one that called me actually hung up on me when I questioned why they are refusing to honor the price they advertised. I had to call and request a manager, then got even more run around. Reported to Florida Public Service commissioner. Any five-star reviews you see are FAKE! Put up by their affiliates! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!”

“A complete scam. Not only did they email me saying that the flight that I booked was no longer available, but they also took my credit card information. There was absolutely no reason to take my card information if they weren't sure they could get the tickets. I am now waiting to see if any charges are made to my card or if the amount they claimed I was getting my tickets for is charged to me. I am reporting this company to the BBB immediately!”

“BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM! I purchased a round trip ticket for $277 from these... whatever, only to find out they did not have the ticket they offered. They told me that I would have to go to the airport - which is a little over 1 hour away - on the day of the flight to see if I would get on the flight. Mind you, I called 15 minutes after I purchased "the ticket" (I bought the SCAM) I called them because they didn't provide a reservation number. They offered a different ticket at 3 times the original price. Multiple requests to cancel and return the money but no, they didn't budge. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER! I submitted a complaint to the BBB and I am in the process of finding out what other legal means I have. BUYER BEWARE@”

“I have never seen fake booking site of the whole time. yesterday i have booked with them for my trip to LA, after almost 24 hours i had to call them to makesure the confirmation number that they gave is right, they said the airline is cancelled my reservation. Sad. Never again.”

“BEWARE!!! THIS SITE IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!! I wasted 2 hours of my time, just to be told that the flight was sold out (thank goodness i didn't press the purchase button) I knew something was off when there was no seat seIection or baggage information, therfore I called their fraudulent customer service & i was told that the flight i was trying to book was full! Therefore i was offered another flight 3x the price!!! As an FYI, I could barely understand him, no surprise there!!! Nothing but a bunch of SCAMMERS!!!”

“I would give 0 star if I could. They showed me several options of flight to Cancun. ALL is cheaper than what posted in other legitimate travel search. The flight was confirmed and I received a confirmation number. I was happy. The next day i received 2 notices in my email saying that my flight is no longer available and they tried to sell me other airlines for almost double the price. I called the number, the first agent (with Indian accent) sent me to the next (also has thick Indian accent). I barely understood what he said, and took me a while to make him understand that I want to cancel my flight and that I'm not interested in his offers. Stay away way from this company. Not worth your time and headache.”

“They do a good job looking legitimate. But they will cancel your low-priced tickets and tell you they're all sold out and then sell you the exact same tickets for $300 more. They are drawing you in with low prices and then jacking up the price for more profit. A lot more profit. ALSO, they have several businesses affiliated with them and they will pass your credit card around among those companies. That is illegal. It's fraud. They have a "loss prevention" person who's whole job is to make sure you don't leave them, but buy the more expensive package and don't cancel. High pressure!!”

“Ravefare.com is a scam. I booked a flight with Ravefare.com to travel to New York to attend an important event. Ravefare debited my account and promised to send me my flight confirmation. Five days to my flight date, I called Ravefare for my confirmation ticket. The man said it will be sent that evening. I called two days after, I got the same response. My flight was on Monday morning but I could not reach them all Sunday. I called the airline only to find out that Ravefare did not even book my flight. At 3:30 am, I was able to speak with an agent who told me coldly that my flight was not confirmed, my ticket was canceled on Saturday and money returned to my account. I got the same response on Monday but have not received my money to my account on Tuesday evening. Ravefare messed up my vacation and refused to return my money. Ravefare is a scam. Beware of Ravefare.com.”
