“this company is not good at all. i kept getting calls from them and when i didn't answer the call i was emailed. i was told by Aaron Woods in the email and i quote if i don't call back it would be a voluntary cancellation on our end and we will be charged a cancellation penalty. Aaron informed me when i did speak with him that i would not be able to bring luggage because i did not buy the flexible tickets. he went on to say it was a recorder line. i told Aaron i didn't care about that. Aaron said for $43.00 dollars i could go ahead and change it to flexible. i did agree i was tired of being called over and over. Aaron sent me an email to consent to for the charge i had to agree to it. i did when i looked up my charge on my credit card it was $73.00 dollars. i will never use Best Airfares again and use Frontier Airlines do to all the issues. If i could leave no stares i would.”

“DO NOT USE!!! This business has deceptive practices. They sent me an email labeled reservation with a flight number, time basically everything that looked like a typical flight reservation. On the day of my flight, I find out that I didnt have a ticket that this “ reservation” was sent to the airline and if they didn’t contact me I dont have a ticket. However, Best Ticket Fares offered to get me a ticket for a thousand dollars more than their original quote. When voicing my displeasure the manager stated their practices aren't deceptive because they didnt charge my card and it was in the fine print. I would not use this company if you actually want an airline ticket.”

“I went to this site to make my reservation. I made the reservation, entered credit info and received email stating the the flight info. Ok I thought I was set. I checked credit card statement it hadn't been charged. I called the '800' # no answer, but was directed to leave message. I received two missed calls from these people. Well, 2 days later, I had made reservations on Travelocity.com and had confirmed tickets. Some lady called me 3 days later to inquiring about the reservation. I told her plans changed. The reviews are correct, do not use this site. They are a JOKE and a waste of your time.”

“I travel all the time! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in make reservations. You make the reservations, they call you to give you the restrictions, you agree…..they say they’ll call you back in a few days…you keep calling them back - no answer…I just received another call from them and they said they can’t reserve the tickets because the airline doesn’t have any seats available for that price…as EVERYONE knows, every day the tickets go up..daily…and they called me back almost 2 weeks later to tell me this!!! DO NOT USE THUS WEBSITE!!!! Or….use it at your own risk!!! THE WORST…That’s what I get for using some off brand ticket services trying to save a couple of dollars!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!”

“Worse experience ever. This is the worse scam ever. You book a flight, someone different calls you back and say you have a restricted ticket and cannot bring any luggage or check bag. If so it would be and extra 300 per person and then another fee to change the reservation. When explained everything they got rude and said it would be 400 per person to cancel... When called the airline we didn't have a seat booked with them. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.”

“The worst experience of my life. They are trying to take and take and take money from you. Am aweful was to treat people that work hard. I had an emergency and needed to change a flight to a later date and they went in and charged me again for the changes. The flight I purchased online wasn $697 and I’m up to $1300 now with the forced upgrade since the original flight didn’t allow luggage. It’s not fair.”

“This agency is a fraud. They will tell you a price and tell you they sold you a ticket and after they take the payment, they will tell you they are going to call the airline to see if they have available seats. In other words; they take your money and then they are going to try to find you a flight. Then, they will tell you that some was not done right and you have to pay more> Not more but a lot more! They came to me with "YOU HAVE TO PAY 500 DOLLARS MORE" Shameless thieves. DO NOT do business with this agency!.. I was luck that my payment was not process yet and was able to cancel my card, order a new one. They will try to spin things around and talk to you like you are an idiot. Stay away! THIEVES. Low life THIEVES.”

“This Company is HORRIBLE, I called this morning and they are EXTREMELY IGORNANT, I booked a reservation LAST NIGHT and it was not confirmed yet, and when I called this morning to cancel my flight, they noted I WILL BE CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD, DO NOT BOOK ...THIS IS A SCAM....”

Then they call you the next day and try to upsell you more and say the ticket you bought doesn’t come with luggage - not even the option to buy luggage at the airport. They are thieves. “I found a link to this company to purchase tickets through Google Flights. I booked a flight to another country to attend a funeral. The price listed was around $2,500. They called me to confirm but told me that I couldn’t bring a carry-on, but if I wanted to, I would need to pay extra at the airport. I asked to cancel many times, and they said that I could not cancel because if I did, that wouldn’t be refundable, and I would need to pay $500 extra. While on the phone, I went online and canceled my bank card immediately. I hang up and call the bank right away to make sure that nothing was pending on that card and that card was locked and it was. These people are scammers. Hung up the phone and call your bank immediately!”
