“Do NOT buy tickets from this "company" they fail to tell you till after you buy your tickets that they can change the date time and Airport. Which is illegal. They do not issue a flight confirmation till 72-36 hours prior to flight and ticket will be standby. I asked for a refund and Enrique told me if I bought tickets at another airline he would refund my $$ in 24 hours. So I booked more tickets direct with the airline. He then told me no because it wasn't the same airline then proceeded to tell me I now have 2 confirmed tickets for the same day and if I didn't cancel the other tickets I would be put on the do not fly list and never be able to fly again. Um that's illegal as well. They have no say on the do not fly list. Not sure who Chloe Kim is that everyone says they talk to cause she doesn't exist. WOULD GIVE 0 STAR IF IT LET ME”

“The biggest scammers! They say they have booked you and hope you don't read the fineprint which is these tickets are standby tickets so then make you pay 4 500 pounds more. Absolute Lies they never booked any tickets and they pretend they will refund you...its been months. Anyway you know they are somers as soon as they talk and have distinct Indian accents! A great tip for those looking to book with them...they copied the name of another reputable company who uses .com as their website and this company use .Co.uk which is the scammers.”

“Booked 2 tickets in Dec24,2024. Showed e-ticket will be sent upon confirmed with the airline. Contacted the agent on 01/11/25 and 01/18/25 and asked for the e-tickets. Bestairfares responded that I will received on 01/20/25. Today 01/22/25, no e-tickets received.”

“If I could give them no stars I would, this company is a complete scamming company. You book your tickets and it gives you a booking id and just stays showing in progress. You then get a call saying that you can't take any luggage and cant even pay at the airport for luggage. You cant take a carry on, or even a wallet or purse..and you dont really have a seat you are maybe on stand by but not for sure and you cant get a refund. the only thing you can do is pay an upcharge of 2500 to make sure you have a seat... They are 100 percent scammers and should not be allowed to sell from the airlines...”

“DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THEM!!! Found the perfect round trip flight n sadly to say after entering my info I received NO CONFIRMATION about anything! I called and they confirmed my “order” then was asked if i read the restrictions. The restrictions were NO LUGGAGE! But if I wanted to bring a bag it’d be 800 n change! WTF? How can you go on a trip without anything? Unless its jail lol. Couldn’t even pay extra like most airlines. They did everything in their power to keep me on the phone and get me to spend 3x as much as I originally paid. Plus they locked me out of their website so I couldn’t go back and get itinerary or info. I even put in COMPLETELY different flights and it said “No flights available” so I know they locked me out. I canceled my CC, new one in 7 days.”

“This place is a complete scam! After not hearing from them for days, I called and could barely understand the woman on the other end. They told me that that airfare was no loner available and it would be $500 dollars more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had to get my bank involved! There threats are all lies! Like they have any power over the airlines!”

“I booked two tickets for me and my underage daughter. They came back with that my daughter did not have a ticket yet, but was on standby on an international flight!!!!! When I complained that I could not have my daughter on standby by herself, they tried to give me tickets for the day before, that were no longer direct and $600 more! When I refused, I got told that the sale was final and if I canceled I would be banned for flying by forever, by all airlines. These guys are lying scammers! Thank God I entered my credit card number wrong! I have filed a complaint of fraud with the credit card company just in case anyway.”

“Scam and Fraud. Paid 2k for tickets we never got and zero refund..Dishonorable and dishonest scumbags. Lying pieces of sh$&. Shows they are BBB accredited but that is a lie too. Contacted Arizona AG. I won’t stop until they are out of business. Cowards !”

“SCAM, they will try to get you to up grade then try to lie and tell you they couldnt get your flight unless you pay a retail price and guess what, the money they quoted is non refundable and the airline will run your card for the amount you agreed because it was non refundable....SCAMMMM”

“I agree. Bait and switch. Prices are too good to be true. This company has all of my credit card information and told me that the airline I chose no longer had the flights available. The agent (who had an India accent) told me that I could purchase tickets at three times the price that i originally selected. I absolutely refused and asked that he not charge my card and he told me that the airlines would send his company updated available flights in 24 to 48 hours. I never called back. I received an email 6 days later that flights were available and I need to approve the charge for over 3K to process the tickets. I had to call them back and confirm that I didn't want the tickets and for them NOT to charge my credit card. What a nightmare! I now need to monitor my credit card and make sure that they don't charge my credit card. Buyers Beware.”

“100% a bait and switch scam. They advertise low prices that the Airline cannot match. my tickets were cancelled without me knowing and bestairfares.com had onto a $500 booking fee. SCAM”

“Two days ago I was buying tickets on line; I decided to buy 4 tickets from”BESTAIRFARE”. After I did it, an e-mail was received stating that the booking was pending. Two days later I called to find out the status. An Indian guy with pretty bad English told me that the tickets were not available; I could hear the sound of the keyboard while he was trying to find tickets, very expensive by the way, departing from other airport, which is two hours away from me. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL AIR TICKETS. They are DISHONEST and BIG LIERS. I stopped searching for tickets thinking that the purchase I did was final. They need to let people know that prior booking. WORST COMPANY to buy Air Tickets.”
