Initial contact was good - people arrived when they said they would and were knowledgeable about their products offering good suggestions and alternatives for consideration. The fitters were very prompt to arrive, got on with the job without any fuss and completed in good time. They were very tidy - even packed the empty packaging in a way that made it easy to dispose of.

I was very pleased with my experience with this company: kitchen design, survey, fitter and quality were all very good. I thought I would be writing a glowing review. However, a few days after completion I noticed some very minor problems. This was two months ago. To date I have contacted Betta Living TWELVE times about this and have each time been promised calls back and action. I have plenty of apologies but, apart from one returned call saying he had been unable to contact who he needed to, nothing has been achieved. I have spoken to the Installations Manager and also emailed the owner of the company on two occasions. The former promises to phone back and doesn't and the latter has not even acknowledged my emails. It seems they have no interest in maintaining good customer relations and rely on getting people's money and then going to ground. Crazy when the problems involved could be rectified in a short visit and at little cost to them. I imagine the only way of resolving any claim under the guarantee would be to go to law. Despite of the quality of the product, I would have to advise to steer clear of this company.

Each & every member from the showroom, surveyor, delivery boys, fitters and customer service team were precise, punctual, careful, quick, understanding, polite, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, professional conduct behaviour, hardworking, provided sound advice, caring and helpful. The list of praises can go on forever and forever. I worked in many countries and many global industries even I included have so much to learn from Bettaliving what customer service should be about.

We opted for supply only with our kitchen. We were initially pleased with the service. This was until we quicky developed issues. The kitchen design sold to us was not permitted by the stone company they use. The kitchen was delivered in April, and we are still waiting for a refund for the materials we have not used because of the company having to change the design. This is despite Betta Living receiving the payment for the materials many months ago. We have been left with packs of left over wood which we have been charged for and never needed. Our living room resembles a warehouse....still almost 5 months on. We are still waiting for a replacement cupboard door which was received damaged. Again, issues all raised in April. Customer service is appalling. We have called countless times, waiting 15-25 minutes in a queue for each call, only to be advised "we will get our manager to give you a call very shortly". Still waiting. Nobody wants to take ownership of our problems to get them resolved. We have even been advised we have so many issues we have been passed to a higher level of management. This was almost two months ago, still nothing. I expect the lack of action is because they have their money now so no need to help us. I would not recommend using Betta Living!

Our fitter, Heath, was very friendly, he worked hard and was polite. He showed a great pride in his work and checked with me when a decision needed to be made. He was also a clean and tidy worker. Thank you

The bedroom designer Paul Lilly who came first was so friendly put on all the discounts he could. Easy to talk to and put ideas across made it so easy to go ahead with betta living. The designer placed the order called back to make sure we were happy with everything and was willing to answer any question even after buying. Most companies like to ignore the customer after payments are made. Not betta living they were as willing to help in any way before and after paying. The order was placed and delivery of order was a lot quicker than expected which I was pleased about. The delivery team were very aware of not to damage any furnishing and flooring. They were Careful friendly and helpful. The fitter called a day before fitting and explained everything and answered any questions we had. The Bedroom fitter did an amazing job. Our fitter was Anthony he was very helpful moving all the delivery for easier evening for us. The fitter did an amazing job with the quality of work. Very high quality workmanship. We had wardrobes and study desks made and I look at the draws the doors and everything is so accurate to measurement thanks Anthony. I have bought from betta living before around 12 years ago and they looked as new as they did from day one. I have bought again in our new home and if we move again we will most definately be ordering from them again. Thank you to all at betta living. A five star company most definately.

Got my kitchen supplied only (Chiltern range in Cream). Opened it today to get fitted by professionals and realised very soon that it was going to be a disaster. 4 base units 4 wall units panels were missing. 1 wall unit (boiler cover) was the wrong size. If we try to use the wrong size then it doesn't match the height of the other wall units and also doesn't have any pieces to cover the extra length. We have more beach colour panels than the cream. If we try to use these panels then all the units will have different trimmings and you would see the edges as some cream and some brown. Called customer service but no help as a SATURDAY. Such a big company and no ones available to sort out the problem. Paid good money for the quality but unfortunately the kitchen is going to be below standard and my experience a big disappointment and disaster to say the least. Prices are way to high for the service and info they give.

I'm afraid it is only skeleton staff on a Saturday meaning a lot of people are not in the office until after the weekend. The fitter was excellent and although we had other issues, he was understanding. He kept us informed, asked questions so that we were happy, and was very conscious of getting dust around the room/house, so everything was covered. Thank you. Ref no. B77738.

B74937 This week we had a wardrobe fitted by Betta Living and couldn't be happier. Ken & Tommy were polite, chatty, helpful, clean and tidy and have done the most amazing job. These guys are proper old school doing a proper job working 7.30am to 7.30pm (have never had a workman put in an 8 hour day never mind a 12 hour day!!!!) and were in contact regularly to keep us informed of what they were doing. Even came back to fit my handles which arrived late 5 gold stars each and thanks again lads Paula & Ian

worst experience of my life! Buying a kitchen should be every woman's dream, spending time with the designers and making it look exactly like you have always imagined it to look. If this is your dream to have a kitchen you have always wanted that meets your design and is delivered in a timescale that is agreed between you and the company you chose to build it for you, then do NOT choose Betta Living! for 6 weeks i was left without a kitchen tap! wrong units delivered, replacements delivered in dribs and drabs, quality not of standards and then 9 week (yes 9 weeks) my kitchen still is not finished and trust me when i say i have had to fight tooth and nail to get it into the "functioning" state it is now. No ownership of the project from start to finish, stroppy staff at the end of the phone, broken promises - I could go on! So, if you have a desire to have a kitchen of your dreams - go elsewhere if you want it doing to quality, on time and fully managed!

Thank you betta living for an amazing experience from start to finish. I'm so happy I made the decision to go ahead with you as the finished product looks better than what was designed for us and that was what I wanted. Would like to thank all the staff who took part and made this happen for me. They surveyor was great but most of all the fitters were just the best. Antony Barlow and Michael Butler salute to you guys for your workmanship from start to finish. Well done guys and keep up the great work. Once again thank you betta living would most definitely recommend and use you again!!!!!!.

I recently ordered wardrobes to my Bedroom. Betta Living designed and delivered with in 4 weeks as promised. Ken and Tommy did a wonderful job in installing the sliding wardrobe. Very professional and did the job very nice and tidy. Thanks to betta living.

I had 3 men working in 2 bedrooms fitting wardrobes (Anthony, Alan and Michael) and cannot praise them enough for the work they did it was spot on and they even cleaned up after themselves each night when they finished, they were polite and helpful. Job no.b77385

Ref: Job No.B77460 Even though I had bitter experiences from your sales staff,and fitters were excellent. Some staff were very excellent such as Luise,Karen and Lorraine Boyle. The fitters did their job very neatly,systematically and efficiently.They are very polite. The fitters were Mr Paul Owens and Mr John Moorhouse. After finishing the work they cleaned the room and did not keep any leftover pieces or any thing in the room I can gladly recommed the fitters to any body. Your sales person was following bit pressurised selling tactics. The Suirveyor was efficient and polite but it would be helpful to mark where the units will be fitted as customers are not able to read drawings. The delivery staff were very good..as well. Kept the items in the room very neatly. thanks Sreenivasan

Bedrooms not fitted to plan, they sent new materials to complete the job because I paid in full before inspecting. Wardrobes were not boxed as promised & Chris the Brummy fitter arrived at 10am & left at 2pm to fit in around school run. Awful customer service.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Fitter are subcontracted & have no respect !!!

kitchen took over 4 months to fitted, bad fittings, customer service bad, used unqualified gas fitters, now taking them to court as they still have not finished

I am absolutely delighted with my beautiful Betta Living bedroom and would highly recommend Betta Living for the quality of their products and their friendly and helpful staff. Their showroom at the Trafford Centre is beautiful and their staff are friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with a bedroom I had installed by Betta Bedrooms about 20 years ago, so decided to use them again, but this bedroom is even better and the fitting of it is sheer perfection. It was beautifully designed by Simon Dodwell who was also extremely helpful. I had massive problems with builders which delayed my bedroom installation by over a year, but Simon and his team were ever so patient and helpful throughout this difficult period. Ross the surveyor was also very helpful & the fitters, Ken & Tommy Delves were excellent. They worked extremely hard to ensure that everything was fitted perfectly and are true professionals. They even cleaned the furniture really thoroughly when they had finished and left the room immaculate. I was able to put my clothes away without any need for further cleaning which was a real treat! A big thank you to Simon, Vicky, Ross, Ken & Tommy. My fantastic bedroom really is a dream come true after living out of cardboard wardrobe cartons since moving here 15 months ago! I shall definitely recommend Betta Living to all my friends and be ordering my next bedroom from them without hesitation.
