I have just had a bedroom fitted there was issues on the planning side you get a sales person first then a surveyer he picked up i needed extra sockets additional cost to you as they dont do eletrics .both measure the room there was issues with the measurements as my electrician picked up on new sockets I needed fitting the sales man draws a plan and then takes 33% deposit off you then the surveyer comes and draws you a plan on a different sheet please read all the small boxes in blue writing as they say they are not accountable for this and that it's up to you to initial each box .you get a lot of dust make sure you clear your room of every thing my joiner pat was very pleasant and did a good job my advice to the company make sure your work men have vacuum cleaners attached to there saws ect. And they have a dust mask. For health and safety reasons

I would like to say a big thank you to Betta Living for the beautiful sliding wardrobes that were recently installed by your fitter Mark. The experience from ordering the wardrobes to installation were first rate. We were kept informed by the company at every stage from ordering the new wardrobes through to the actual installation. Mark the fitter was very professional, polite and did a lovely job, leaving the bedroom clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Betta Living and will certainly use this company in the future.

From the outset the staff were all very professional and informative. giving good advice and meeting all the deadlines. The quality of the wardrobes we purchased are excellent really enhance our new home. Thank you

My item was unavailable, despite still being on the website. Having waited 7 days for a dispatch notice it took me 2 emails and 4 phone calls to different numbers to reach the right department. But the right person wasn't available and noone else could help me. I waited 3 hours for someone to call me back, then phoned again. Still unavailable. By now I had found out from other retailers that the rug was a discontinued line, so I wanted a redund. "Sorry I can't do that. Sarah deals with all the online orders and she's in a meeting all day." No line manager or supervisors available to deal with my complaint either. Altogether very poor customer service. Can there really be only one person in the whole company who can refund payment on an unavailable item?

We ordered the fitted wardrobe from beta living just before Christmas the lady that came to measure Was very nice and very knowledgeable in every aspect then about a week later the designer Came out and did the final measuring all the parts for it was delivered on a Monday of our choice The driver even gave us a courtesy call just before the delivery to make sure we was ready The fitter called Kevin arrived early Tuesday morning and began he was brilliant Nothing was two much trouble he got stuck in and half finished it The next morning he came back and finally finished he even hovered up When finished he comes very highly recommended Would highly recommend beta living for all bedroom fittings All there work is done at there on factory comes with a 10 out of 10

Although very pleased with the quality of the kitchen, I was disappointed with the service received. The initial designer gave us incorrect information, which was picked up by the surveyor. The surveyor failed to notice pipework for the boiler would prevent a particular set of drawers being fitted, resulting in delivery of a unit which we could not use. This was picked up by the fitters. We had to order another door instead, which I was informed would take up to 10 days. We also experienced delays to getting a date for the kitchen to be fitted, as they could not get the Bosch hob I had ordered. Which was strange as I could have bought one in Currys over the counter. I had been expecting the kitchen to be fitted prior to Christmas, but obviously this did not happen. They did suggest fitting it without the hob, but this would have meant I would be leaving a disabled tenant with no means of cooking, except for the oven. When the kitchen was delivered, there was a pallet missing - fortunately this arrived the next day, whilst the kitchen fitters were there. The fitters were excellent, and worked quickly and efficiently in difficult circumstances. Still waiting for the door - once it arrives, the fitters will come back. In the meantime, we have a gaping hole.

Kitchen was fitted in November and STILL not finished. Hot tap cannot be fitted due to the size of the sink (which was recommended by the 'designer'. Would never use you again.

Absolutely appalling service. Completed on line form to arrange appointment, spoke to call centre staff this morning. She demanded my partner had to be there even though I explained he works nights. She then informed me that was the stipulation and they wouldn't come out and she then slammed the phone down. This is disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Would have been 5 ***** but let down by poor surveyor, 1 x wall unit measured wrong, I x cupboard unit measured wrong, back-splash measured wrong and tap unit would not fit where surveyor sited it. Tap unit had to go 25cm to the right. I realize errors can be made but these were school boy errors from a supposedly experienced surveyor, he was at our home for three hours to measure everything correctly. This had a knock-on effect as the tiler had to be re-scheduled because a new back-splash had to be made to order and he can`t tile without correct back-splash in place and this caused a knock-on effect for the kitchen floor fitters as we did not want the floor installed before the tiler had finished. Two tradesmen not best pleased having to re-schedule. So, you may wonder, why 4 **** ? The quality of the kitchen units are excellent and the three kitchen fitters we had over three and a half days were superb and could not be faulted. Thank you fellas for a top class fitting job, from Brian & Gail.

No mention of the minimum spend until two hours of the salesman being in my home. Not once have customer services called me back when they said they would. I was told all money was 100% refundable. This is a lie!! Stay away from this company.....

Unfortunately Betta Living have fallen at the first hurdle. I received a call to arrange a design booking, which was arranged for a time when I will be at home, but the fact that I could not guarantee my wife would be there at the same time was apparently an issue and they wanted to re-book it. We have spent a lot of time planning the kitchen already, and know what we want and in what style, so it really is not necessary for us both to be there. We want to go ahead ASAP, and do not have time to be messed around. If it is this difficult to carry out an initial sales visit, I cannot imagine the rest of the Betta Living experience being very good, and there are plenty more options out there.

I thought from the first telephone conversation to the instalation was very well organized. i also thought the tradesmen who installed our wardrobes were very proffessional and tidy.

We have been extremely disgusted with the service we have received following our bathroom completion in July 2015. We have had several probems including a shower screen that doesn't fit the bath correctly and therefore leaks each time we shower and a water pump that is so loud we can only shower at certain times of the day so we don't wake our children. We have informed bettaliving of these problems and have had 3 surveyors from the company out who have all confirmed the issues. Yet we are still calling lee and mark from the after sales department nearly every day to try and sort these problems. I have lost count of the number of times we have been promised a call back and nothing! We feel completely let down and six months later we are no closer to a solution. After all the money we spent on the bathroom we are very upset to be treated like this. I would never use this company again and would definately not recommend them. Mrs Young

I have my bedrooms fitted with wardrobes earlier this month and am very pleased to say that they look very nice and your fitters have done a good job. Betta Living promised to get this done before Christmas and to their word got this done before Christmas. The Fitters Ken and Tommy were very courteous and finished the Job in a single day. Their workmanship was Friends for their excellent Product and completion of the Job. Vijay. B68969

I was recommended this company by my daughter and I rung up to get a quote for a fitted bedroom. When i told them it was a council property we lived at, was told we don't do council properties and had the phone slammed down on me. Found this extremely rude. They obviously don't need the sale. Very unprofessional.

Just wanted to say how fantastic Ken and Tommy have been during our fitment. Great guys, professional yet very down to earth. Such pleasant workers. Did a brilliant Job. Olga has been great with the designing and Phil too. Betta Living are awesome and always try there best to meet a customers needs as they have done for me and my family and because of this we are having my Mums kitchen done by you too. Thankyou very much guys. Have been recommending you to friends and family.

Went in to store and was very pleased with the customer service and they got us a booking the very next day for a home visit, which was due at 2pm, designer rang to say can we do 6pm but said if he couldn't make 2 then would let us no, that was the last we heard, waited in all day and am very disappointed, makes me not even want a kitchen from them now, was very excited but now very enjoyed
