“Excellent products and service from start to finish. Our wardrobes are fitted to a very high quality and look fantastic. I was particularly impressed with the fitter and after care service. Happily came back to adjust doors after carpet fitted and supplied an extra shelf which came to light after installation. Would definitely use again and recommend.”

“Kevin fitted my wardrobes and he was great. He worked so hard in cramped conditions and has done a brilliant job. My brother in law is a retired joiner and couldn't find fault. I hope this review is fed back to him.”

“I ordered a kitchen from Betta Living in June 2015 and the kitchen units and applicanes were delivered on 1 September promptly, due to unforeseen circumstances the installation was delayed a few days. The kitchen units were fitted by a professional fitter Mr Zygmunt Szlezak known as Ziggy, he completed the whole kitchen by himself in two days, no inconvenience caused, he covered all carpets and carried out all his work very thoroughly to the surveyor's plan, we are very impressed and he is highly recommended because of his dedication and hard work, he is a pleasant personality, and his work was of a very high standard very professional. We are very pleased with the result of the installation of all kitchen units and appliances, every unit in place and all appliances fitted and working well, Ziggy is an ASSET to Betta Living and we wish him all success in his future with the Company. I will recommend Betta Living for the good service they provide. Mr & Mrs G Peberdy.”

“Burton B64523. This is the second time we have purchased from Betta Living and we couldn't be happier with the service, timescales to complete and the finished product. More recently Ken and Tommy fitted our little boys bedroom and worked tirelessly all day and did an absolutely fantastic job, even down to polishing the units inside and out before they left. The room was left immaculate, all my flooring (stairs/landing) were sheeted up to protect them, the only thing we needed to do was put our little boy in the bed, literally. I would very highly recommend Betta Living and would not go anywhere else in the future.”

“(Quinn B62904) Had fitted wardrobes in 3 bedrooms done by Ken and tommy. Very efficient, everything went ahead on time and as planned. These two guys have done an amazing job, very pleased:-) so far so good! Also just want to say how trust worthy they are too, as we went away for a couple of days on a break while the wardrobes were being fitted. When we arrived home we were expecting to have a bit of a mess to clear up.... But nope no mess, no tidying needed to be done, everything was left really clean and tidy. Fantastic job, great fitters. Job well done and great quality wardrobes. Thanks again Ken and Tommy.”

“Fred Trim B./No B64167.. We recently had bedroom furniture fitted and we are very satisfied with the Final result The installation was carried out by Malcolm who has completed an excellent job. My wife is delighted with the quality of the wardrobes etc and we would recommend Beta Living along with Malcolm to anyone contemplating such home improvement.”

“This is the second time we have used Betta Living for our bedroom furniture, and once again we find the customer service from start to finish excellent. I cannot understand many of the low star ratings on this site. The first time we used them was for our master bedroom, and the whole process from start to after care was excellent. We have just had all our other bedrooms done. The initial salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and the price was great value. Some people say they can be pushy, but that's easily managed, and after all they are there to try and sell you a product. Yes the pricing structure looks a little complicated but so what? The prices are competitive. On the day of fitting we got a call from our initial fitter who had pulled his back and couldn't make it - well this is life and things like that happen. Don Teat was able to schedule us fitters for the next day and they were an amazing team - Ken & Tommy. They turned up early, worked all day, were clean and tidy and the end result is wonderful. However they went above and beyond the call of duty - I had mentioned that in the future I wanted some skirting moving from behind the new cupboards to another area of the bedroom, so I asked if they could remove it and leave it aside for me. Much to my surprise, the next day after they had left I saw they had not only removed it, but fitted it into place for me perfectly. I would have had to get a joiner out to do it otherwise. They didn't even tell me, and I only noticed the next day. That's what you call service. Betta Living clearly take pride in their fitters and it seems they build lasting relationships with the best and it clearly shows. Many thanks, I'm sure the after care will be just as good as what I experienced the first time round. Thoroughly recommended. B62049”

“Our first experience with Betta Living and I'm pleased to report a positive one all round. We chose to replace some old fitted wardrobes with something more space efficient - Betta were best of those we spoke with regarding price, and I am very pleased to say that the wardrobes have lived up to our (high) expectations. Two things worth noting - the first is that the pricing breakdown (cash buyers here) was the most convoluted I have ever experienced (involving approximately 5 different payments across a period of weeks), and something that should really be worked on by their commerical team. The second is a huge thank you to our fitter 'Mark' who arrived on time, and worked tirelessly all day to build our wardrobes; his attention to detail and quality focus was great, the result of which is a very nice addition to our bedroom. The customer services team were always polite and helpful too. Would I use Betta Living again? Absolutely - but simplifying their approach to pricing and payment should be top of the 'to do' list! “From start to finish Betta living has delivered. No sooner had I pressed the send button for a free design survey on my bedroom when the phone rang and I had a designer with me by the end of the day. He was very thorough and was with me for about 3 hrs. Listened to what I thought I wanted and my suggestions and was very pleased with his advice. The surveyor was with me 5 days later. Again he was on time and explained everything to me. The furniture for my Order B64169 was delivered 4 weeks later and the fitter arrived first thing the next day. He worked non-stop 8-6 and returned early the next morning to complete and it is a wonderful job. He left the furniture and room really clean and cleaned up as he went along. Really impressed with the quality, finish, workmanship and professionalism of the company. From the girls in the office who could not have been nicer and helpful to the fitter and delivery men.”

“Very happy with the service from start to finish. The kitchen fitters in particular Will and Jack were so incredibly hard working. You could tell that they were devoted to doing a good job. Also very kind and courteous for the two days they were in my home. My only small gripe is that I had tp pay to get old units taken away. Would have been good if Betta living took care of this considering the amount paid. That's been done but I'm now left with an excess 3 m long piece of kitchen top that the removal men for my units wouldn't take. Looks like I'm going to have to pay out for this item to be removed also which is totally unfair. Can Betta living collect this please?”

“Job no. B63278 We recently had my daughters bedroom fitted and was extremely pleased with it. So me and my husband decided to treat ourselves and have our bedroom done too. “We have just had our kitchen fitted and are extremely pleased with it. The Rep and surveyor arrived when they said they would and carefully took us through every detail, taking into account our specific requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. All queries were dealt with promptly by phone. The kitchen arrived at the agreed time as did the fitters. The latter could not have been more helpful. They were skilful, worked solidly taking few breaks and completed the work on time. It looks wonderful. What could have been a stressful experience passed off smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Thank you.”

“Betta living bedrooms B56633 Nothing wrong with our existing bedroom except needed an update and change. A windfall allowed the pricey (but worth it) portofino range which was custom made for our bedroom. Yes, there was mess and stress but it was all absolutely worth it as the result is stunning Everyone who has seen it gives a wow factor thumbs up. None of this would have been possible without the people who worked on the project. Our bedroom is large and very awkwardly shaped and required a lot of thought and customer tolerance. My husband and l are creative people who have valid opinions on what was needed practically and aesthetically. We were worried about getting the right guys for the job. We need not have worried. First up was Roz who did the initial draft design. She was bubbley and fun as we waded through the difficulties. Roz was aware that the job was a matter for close consideration and advised that we needed the 'right' surveyor. Someone who could think 'out of the box' Next up was Dave, a very thoughtful and measured man with a lovely dry sense of humour. We knew he would do us proud and he did, putting hours into this unusual project. After the final consultation with us about fractions of centimetres here and there we were in the full belief that the best possible result had been achieved. Even so, all concerned knew that the end game was down to the fitter who was 'on the front line' of operations. Dave recommend a man for this tricky job as even at the last moments, decisions and mind bending hardships would have to be overcome. We weren't quite prepared for what we were going to experience! A knock on the door and Mel walks into our lives!!! It has to be said he was given 3 to 4 days to produce the end product - he was in our midst for 2 to 3 weeks and it wasn't because he was slow, completely the opposite! Mel was funny, pleasant to be around and an absolute 'UBER MEISTER' (master) of his craft. A 'can do' attitude and determination overcame all obstacles. We were sorry to see him leave at the end of a superb job being completed!!! A 'PIECE DE RESISTANCE'!!! JOB DONE !!!!!????. Mr and Mrs Lea”

“Delivery men were polite, worked very hard and stacked the equipment neatly. Fitters were also polite, punctual, professional and explained after care fully. I'm amazed that although the delivery was large there was no damage and no missing parts. Well done.”
