Job no. B63278 We recently had my daughters bedroom fitted and was extremely pleased with it. So me and my husband decided to treat ourselves and have our bedroom done too. On the understanding that the surveyor would have to be iliyan and the fitter must be ray. Our bedroom looks absolutely beautiful. One word to describe ray. FANTASTIC !!!!!! Thank you ray. ????????

Started out badly with a salesman from the retail side who wanted us to sign there and then and would not let us discuss it. Then got a lovely man from the trade side who spent time with us and showed us a great design we were happy with. We paid a deposit but had not seen the surveyor and wanted to make some changes. Was told this would cost £45 and I had not seen surveyor. Had emailed and received no response. This was of course incorrect. Surveyor came and we had to change oven as too small. Tried to collect next payment but forgot to tell us if you pay by card it costs 2% extra. Had to call them to pay once funds had been reallocated. Called first number on list we had be given no answer. Called second number to be told I had previously called the wrong number - the one they did not pick up. Was told when originally purchased kitchen business was slow and they wanted to get new business and have now been told I will be called in a week and then will take another 4-6 weeks to deliver. Getting worried now that this company is not as good as they sell themselves even in the showroom no one was present in one and in the girls were having a jolly. Will I ever see my kitchen and will the delivery be hitch free and not be marked. I think service went downhill as soon as we said we were using our own filter. I think if anything is damaged they will blame us. Think carefully before u buy,

We have just had our kitchen fitted and are extremely pleased with it. The Rep and surveyor arrived when they said they would and carefully took us through every detail, taking into account our specific requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. All queries were dealt with promptly by phone. The kitchen arrived at the agreed time as did the fitters. The latter could not have been more helpful. They were skilful, worked solidly taking few breaks and completed the work on time. It looks wonderful. What could have been a stressful experience passed off smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Thank you.

After visiting Next Home I arranged for a designer to come to my property to design/quote for a new kitchen. Paul Fry arrived seemed very good original price quoted above our budget then he lowered the quote! However pushed for a deposit as the 'sale' was due to finish; which we did not do - thank god. On the following Monday a different company called (we had not been in touch with any other company) sister company of betta living but the trade side & they were confident they could reduce the quote by half however they needed to send their designer out to us. They would not answer why this had to be duplicated!! I am under the impression that's Betta Living has fraudulently sold my details onto another company. I have phoned & emailed Paul Fry unfortunately he has not responded or picked up his calls ....... disgusting way to treat a potential customer that was about to spend £9,000 On a kitchen!!

This has to be the worse company I have dealt with. I so wish we purchased our fitted bedroom furniture from another company. Everything from the customer service in store, many calls to head office, the fitting and installation not to mention Chris's (Installation Manager) lack of empathy and knowledge of how to deal with a dissatisfied customer, the whole experience has been a nightmare. If you seek good customer service with quality products, I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere!!

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. The sales team is misleading in their expectations of what's required for you and once you've paid and there are mistakes to be fixed, it's easier to get an audience with the queen. Awful at following up, book appointments and fitters don't show up. Especially for the price this is not worth it at all

B47165 This is our first review but second complaint. In the 11 months on from our bathroom installation the shower door handles were finally replaced after many phone calls and hassle. Now here we are again. The Led lights (long lasting we thought) started to flicker then 1 went out. It took several calls before Lee ordered 2 transformers. Phoned to say they had been delivered on 17th July. STILL WAITING FOR FITTER!! Today 11th August a second bulb is flashing intermittently. If this goes out are we supposed to shower in the dark? I am disabled and need a fully functional bathroom- PLEASE

Surveyor came out a week ago and advised chosen door does not exist and design is impossible to supply and install. Sales office in Bromborough contacted that day so are fully aware, but not one person has contacted me to apologise or offer explanation. More importantly, Betta Living still keeping hold of my deposit. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

This is my 4th review on here relating to a very poor quality surface in kitchen - lots of chips on it (b41332). Each time, I am told someone will contact me shortly and guess what no one has contacted me. I do appreciate Lesley (customer services) the work you are doing but if no one calls me this reflects badly on you. If you are going to tell me that someone is going to contact me please check they have/ensure they do. I await a call.

Once you've parted with your money. Get ready for the circus to begin. You'll get to see every type of trick and deal with a real bunch of clowns. you'll wish you never stepped foot in their showroom.... they are an after sales nightmare. Took me 18 months to deal with 1 sale. Still not right. I weighed up cost and decided to give up on them... If you have parted with your cash I feel for you ..

Totally unimpressed completely with this so called company and the finance they offer. Don't be fooled like we were, go elsewhere for your finance if you do decide to go with this company....mind you reading these reviews (which unfortunately weren't on when we bought) you will probably go elsewhere. We've been stung and got no where despite numerous calls, legal advice and threats of small claims. Then to be stung again when we finally pay the loan off (bearing in mind we had the cash to pay for it in the first place) to find the loan goes up daily with an extra 30 days interest added for paying it off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If the so called customer service linked to this site is an actual person, check your records my job number was 41476, and you ring me you have my home number and mobile, but don't suggest I speak to the Regional Manager because he hasn't even had the courtesy to reply to our calls and letters.

Guess what...this is the third time of writing a review because yet again the fitter cannot come. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME. Time I think to get your act together and sort out the bad reviews and improve on your failings.

Having complained bitterly last week about the fitter not turning up and being assured after many phone calls that he would arrive this week...Guess what...no fitter and yet again no phone calls to let us know what is happening. Customer services in the last review replied that Lee would discuss the fitting with us....wrong. Yet again I have had to phone and phone to see what is going on. Now it has been decided that Wednedsay 5th August is the fitting day , not sorted by Lee. We will see..I will probably be sitting here net year with a bathroom suite being stored in the garage If you use this firm get a fixed date. They do not tell you that is only and estimate and read the small print. Not a reliable set of people. I am now dreading the fitting of it. I do not need the stress

The kitchen actual fitting was good. Customer service is diabolical I've made a complaint in april numerous phone calls no one has got back to me !!! Think carefully before using them

B59392 - I feel it only fair to write another review about the installation of my bathroom since my earlier review was so damming. I am pleased to say that my bathroom has now been finished and that I am pleased with the end result. This is however only after two letters of complaint were sent to the company, the threat of stopping the project after a considerable amount of time and informing them that all outstanding work would be completed by a another fitter of my choice and their fitter not being paid. Surprise surprise as Betta Living on hearing this pulled their fingers out and completed the project in the two days given to them. Customers should not have to go through this and make threats to a company in order to receive a satisfactory product but on this ocasion this is what needed to happen in order for me to have the bathroom I payed for. Betta Living?????? Painfull Living more like.

Betta living bedrooms B56633 Nothing wrong with our existing bedroom except needed an update and change. A windfall allowed the pricey (but worth it) portofino range which was custom made for our bedroom. Yes, there was mess and stress but it was all absolutely worth it as the result is stunning Everyone who has seen it gives a wow factor thumbs up. None of this would have been possible without the people who worked on the project. Our bedroom is large and very awkwardly shaped and required a lot of thought and customer tolerance. My husband and l are creative people who have valid opinions on what was needed practically and aesthetically. We were worried about getting the right guys for the job. We need not have worried. First up was Roz who did the initial draft design. She was bubbley and fun as we waded through the difficulties. Roz was aware that the job was a matter for close consideration and advised that we needed the 'right' surveyor. Someone who could think 'out of the box' Next up was Dave, a very thoughtful and measured man with a lovely dry sense of humour. We knew he would do us proud and he did, putting hours into this unusual project. After the final consultation with us about fractions of centimetres here and there we were in the full belief that the best possible result had been achieved. Even so, all concerned knew that the end game was down to the fitter who was 'on the front line' of operations. Dave recommend a man for this tricky job as even at the last moments, decisions and mind bending hardships would have to be overcome. We weren't quite prepared for what we were going to experience! A knock on the door and Mel walks into our lives!!! It has to be said he was given 3 to 4 days to produce the end product - he was in our midst for 2 to 3 weeks and it wasn't because he was slow, completely the opposite! Mel was funny, pleasant to be around and an absolute 'UBER MEISTER' (master) of his craft. A 'can do' attitude and determination overcame all obstacles. We were sorry to see him leave at the end of a superb job being completed!!! A 'PIECE DE RESISTANCE'!!! JOB DONE !!!!!????. Mr and Mrs Lea

Delivery men were polite, worked very hard and stacked the equipment neatly. Fitters were also polite, punctual, professional and explained after care fully. I'm amazed that although the delivery was large there was no damage and no missing parts. Well done.
