Hi Lesley (Customer Services), This is my 3rd review on this site - my last one was 13 days ago when you said a Senior Installation Manager would be in contact with me but that has still not happened. I am still waiting for anyone to contact me.

Excellent job really impressed with the standard of work from Mike, the fitter who installed our Wardrobes. Only minor issue we had was the surveyor seemed to send his report in by Pigeon mail and took over two weeks to send it in, luckily it didn't affect our preferred installation dates. Would definitely recommend Betta Living if you are looking to have wardrobes installed. We used the Chester Showroom.

B62541 excellent service apart from the delivery of the wardrobes. They should have been delivered Tuesday for fitting Wednesday. When they did not arrive I was told by the delivery company that the driver had ran out of driving time, very unprofessional. The fitter arrived on the Wednesday morning bright and early but alas the delivery did not arrive until 10.30 which meant the fitter waiting for over two hours. Simon the fitter was very professional and did an excellent job of the fitting and clearing up but he could have been finished much earlier if the delivery had been on time. Unfortunately the delivery service is letting the company down. N Kennedy

I had my kitchen units fitted in by Betta Living, but after a few weeks I noticed that the cabinets underneath the sink were damaged. So we complained to Betta Living and insisted on them to come have a look but they said no. They also told us it would charge £75 for them to come and take a look even though we had 15 years guarantee. Apart from that, the costumer service was appalling and the manager was very rude and absurd.

Well we are off to a bad start this morning as the fitter has not turned up to fit our bathroom . No time of arrival was given and up to press after many phone calls to Betta Living, we are no further forward as to getting one. I AM NOT IMPRESSED. I would advise that you read the terms and condition regarding fitting arrangements as I have found out that no firm in writing arrangements for fitting are given. QUOTE: We will do our best to ensure that installations are started on the date agreed between you and the installer. However the start and completion dates are estimates. B62409 .

We are very happy with the Betta Living service and fitting. Ray did the work and he was both professional and friendly. We had total confidence in him as he had previously fitted a wardrobe for us that is like new after 8 years. A job very well done! Customer number: B62557

Recently had Fitted wardrobes in two rooms. Delivery was on time and complete. The fitter arrived early next morning and worked non stop 'til early evening. The finished product is excellent and the rooms were left clean and tidy. The original sales lady estimated that the work would be done in 1 day. The surveyor suggested allow 3! in the event it was done in 2.5 days. We were asked to clear everything from the rooms - including carpets, which made us hesitate somewhat, but having seen all the timber etc. and tools we understand why it was for the best. B61801

I have just had fitted wardrobes installed by a very pleasant young man called Simon. He has done an excellent job of the fitting and left the room clean and tidy. My complaint is with the delivery of the wardrobes. They should have been delivered yesterday (Tuesday) for fitting today (Wednesday) When I rang to ask where they were I was told the driver had ran out of driving time and they would be delivered the following day, they did apologise but that didn't compensate for me staying in all day waiting for delivery. B62541 The fitter arrived on Wednesday bright and early to start fitting alas the delivery did not arrive until 10 .20 am this caused the fitter to be waiting around for two hours. To his credit Simon was very professional and completed the job on time. I would advise the delivery side of the business be sorted out as it lets the company down. Mrs N Kennedy

Very quick to book your consultation , get you to sign a deal and take your money , however a totally different matter when it comes to after care service , I have never had such poor customer service from any other company I have ever dealt with before, absolutely appalling

I have a kitchen supplied by Betta Living. The customer service level is worst than anyone I have come across (well, perhaps compatible to the cowboy builder who took my money and ran away without a trace!). They sent me many wrong stuff and often I have to repeat my story again and again every time I contacted them. I was asked to send them photos of one of the larder they provided as they did not know what I was supposed to have when I asked for its details (I did not know it either, trusting the 'supplier knows the products better than me!). At the end, the larder shelves got to be removed and replaced by normal shelves and they agreed for a refund. More than a month on, nobody bother to book for a collection of the unused larder shelves and neither a cheque issued. I called the customer services many times and even said I would go to court to get my refund back. A gentleman promised a cheque was on the way 3 weeks ago... I have just called them back and the one received the call (same number) did not know anything about the cheque. He again promised someone would call me back, again. Please stay away from this company. They are extremely bad. I do not recommend it at all.

I was delighted the way the young men set about their work. No slacking and worked extremely hard - very impressive. The units are lovely and I am well pleased with the outcome, especially since I have a very narrow galley kitchen and was limited to what I could have. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Had a bedroom wardrobe fitted at the cost of 6k Very nice indeed! But what a farce. They never ever removed the old rubbish Such a tangled farce! Pay for this pay for that pay the other Never ever again

Quote and planning stage - brilliant. Quick and easy. All very professional. Delivery - not great. Delivery men weren't dressed professionally and didn't well represent Betta Living brand. Doors not delivered when they should have been and didn't feel like the service from the delivery customer service team was very professional. Fitting - fantastic. Michael did a great job and very quickly too. The wardrobe looks great - we are very happy.

A Betta living design consultant came to my home yesterday evening and talked through the whole process of a purchasing a Betta living kitchen, he discussed where they are in the market and thoroughly talked through their product which seems great. The design consultant drew out a kitchen plan (on paper no visual plan) and gave us a price. He gave us a ‘book’ price then a ‘discount’ price then a few other discounts which of course were only valid there and then. The end price was very reasonable and competitive. We decided not to go ahead with placing an order and the reason being was because we had no time at all to discuss between ourselves what we wanted to do and if were happy. The design consultant said the final price he gave us was only valid right then. He gave us a quote which was is valid for 14 days, however that is nearly 3k more expensive. Had Betta living held the final price for just 24 hours so we had time to talk on our own, this morning instead of me writing a review I would have called Betta living and place an order for a kitchen. Advise to others – if you are planning on getting quotes from various kitchen companies, I would advise you ask Betta living last. Their product is great and the price is too, however you have to make very quick decisions and that for me wasn’t great sales / service – hence why we didn’t go ahead. Again it’s a real shame because both parties have lost out and all because they want the deal there and then and would NOT honour that final price for just a day so we had time to talk.
