“Ordered a well priced bathroom suite earlier this year and after having it fitted noticed the toilet systern lid wouldn't seat properly as the moulding of the systern was poor and interfered with the lid. That aside it's a reasonable suite for the money and I suppose you get what you pay for. However since installation the cheap plastic flush mechanism has been faulty as it interferes with the systern and constantly gets stuck. I contacted better bathrooms asking for a replacement and they said that I needed to buy a replacement part and they would only refund me if they tested the valve and found it to be faulty. Trouble is it would only show this fault if tested in a like for like systern so it's a completely inadequate service. The customer service representative even accepted that is was an inconvenient process but wasn't prepared to offer a good service hence I am leaving this review to advise you to not use this company and pay a little more for a better quality product”
“Excellent service when ordering and staff were always lovely BUT customer service queue waiting time is unacceptable and due to problems with the order I have sat in call waiting queues too many times. One day I was number 50 in the queue!”

“Very disappointed with the services or the item!! I have purchased a shower and it broke after 2 months, I have been trying to contact them and spoke with many people and one of them said that he is sending a new part to me and then the other person has said that they need more information . Once I have provided them with all the information the guy said that I need to purchase another shower and send the old one back as they are going to see if it was my fault for breaking it and then they might return the money! The shower has a 1 year guarantee and never before have I heard that I need to purchase another item so that they would still make money. And also I had to chase the EVERYDAY for the update. Very very disappointed , please avoid if you can !!”
