Its is decent and has good information to overcome performance anxiety. My issue is that it is hard to focus because the exercises are repetitive. I try to stay focus but before I know it my mind wandered away and I missed half the sección.

So far, so good. I do feel that the program is helping me conquere negative thoughts. I still struggle a bit but hope as I proceed, it'll get even better.

I found the experience very relaxing and noticed that I realised that all bodily functions are perfectly normal, walking, breathing, sense of smell/awareness etc just like sex & erections.

I have had trouble with performance anxiety for years. I stumbled across this website and 8 week program and it has been amazing. I'm only 60% of the way through the program and am already seeing results.

I have been able to practice mindfulness in daily activities and during sex. I am less anxious during sex now.

I am presently reviewing and relistening to the sexual performance anxiety program. I find it very helpful and insightful into the thought and emotional processes of this problem . Certainly brings the causes to my forefront and it gives very sound advice on how to accept, understand and ultimately bypass the disfunctional processes of sexual performance anxiety . It has helped me quite a bit but I still need to practice mindfulness more. The Between us program is excellent and brining with sound and tried advice . Thankyou

Hi, I purchased the performace anxiety course and was half way thru when things were working so well in bed I stopped the daily practices for a few months . Well, stuff happened and I was right back in the loop feeling frustrated and upset. Thank goodness I still have access to the course where this time I intend to finish and make mindfullness a daily routine. Never been a lets go to therapy and focus on my feelings kind of guy but I have since learned to chill out and let go of hangups and simple listen and focus to the program. I do this becasue it works. Thank You

I have practiced mindfulness for several years, mostly through a popular phone app, but I have to say the Between US Clinic definitely upped my game. The narration, content, and organization are very well done. I strongly recommend this site not only for anyone seeking to treat a sexual issue, but also for those wanting to learn the application of mindfulness to general well-being.

The Performance Anxiety Program has been incredibly helpful to me! I made a huge improvement in controlling my anxiety and by the time I completed the course I felt the problem was gone. And, importantly, the improvement has been long-lasting: it has been around a year since I took the course and I have not suffered from performance anxiety since then. I have found it helpful to occasionally re-listen to a session or two as a refresher and provide some food for thought. This course is structured very well, with good explanations of what to do and why, and was easy for me to follow through with, even when I was occasionally forced to miss a day or two. Thank you for creating and offering this course, it was a huge help for me!

Hi, I'm David from Between Us Clinic. I'm glad you enjoyed the mindfulness program, though I'm sorry to hear it didn't fully address your ED concerns. Our primary goal is to support you in achieving a satisfying sex life. While mindfulness meditation is a very effective method for overcoming performance anxiety, in some cases, where there is also a physical component to ED or when other psychological factors are at play besides performance anxiety, mindfulness meditation can be helpful but may not fully resolve the issue on its own. The narrator`s voice was driving me nuts. I was put off by the condescending tone and foppish accent. Aside from that, I did not make any progress toward my goal. In general, I think the program failed me.

Our narrator intentionally employs a soft and deliberate pace, as you'll often find in guided meditation recordings, to foster a calm environment in which change can more easily occur. The main concept of mindfulness is learning how to focus on the present moment without any judgments. If you find yourself distracted by the narrator’s tone or accent, that will make it harder for you to implement the techniques that are being taught and practiced in the mindfulness exercises, which can explain why you found the program to be less effective. I didn't think that this would help my issue, but it definitely did. Started to notice improvement in elections after a few weeks, but still finished the course. I highly recommend the program and also understand you still might need to practice mindfulness after completing the course. The hard work will pay off, very happy with this program.
