BAD BAD VERY BAD I order a computer (Mac Book Pro 16") for $2800. B&H sends the product in a VERY flimsy box that was easily STOLEN at some point in the Fedex delivery cycle. What does B&H do? NOTHING? Head in the sand. Denial. No communication. I finally had to go to VISA to reverse the $2800 charge. I then went and got the same computer from COSTCO ($200 cheaper and no BS B&H customer service). Instead of owning up, B&H convinces VISA that they shipped the package. B&H then leaves ME to get reimbursement from FEDEX (but I am not the FEDEX client - B&H is the FEDEX client - so I cannot even file for the amount of the computer) My advice? RUN from this company - DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. I am telling this to every New Yorker that I know. I am now STUCK with a double charge for a single computer - all due to B&H's bad business practices, inability to address their stolen computer and disgusting consumer (total lack of) courtesy. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT WILLIES!!! THEY RUN AND HIDE WHEN THEY SCREW UP. INCOMPETENT! THIS IS A BAD BUSINESS!

I was duped by B&H with an amount of money for 2 nikon 900 cameras, great condition, 1 canon dslr fair. 1 75-300 Canon zoom lens excellent condition. All manuals 3 camera bags, straps and various other misc items. Thier estimate was 398.00. After 6 wks or so I call them and was told 198.00 was the amt I would get. The nikons were worth that much themselves. The Canon lens was in a case had been used 10 times and was perfect. They said it had a scratch on the lens. BS I took the 198.00 but u shouldn't have. I will never buy from them again. I tell people what they did to me. I guess they need to do business that way. G Miller. FL

terrible, very cheap attitude, I have placed an order I have spent many hours then they confirm the order, after one day the cancel my order, do you know why cuz they understood this product price is going high. but you sent me confirmation of my order, you should be ashamed of yourself, claiming as a big business but acting very poor. you need to ask yourself, do I want to buy from someone who can cancel my confirmed order without any reason just because the price in the market goes up? definitely no not recommended at all,

I purchased a monitor from this company in March. The monitor was damaged upon arrival and the serial numbers did not match the numbers on the box. I sent a return request on 3/27 informing them of the damage with no response. on 3/29 after discovering the serial numbers did not match i sent a second return request informing them. They approved the return and had me ship it back. They then refused my refund and tried returning the monitor to me. They refused it because the serial numbers didn't match which they were informed about prior to approving a return. They have now told me that I can call a lawyer cause they are not giving me my money back.

My daughter was having trouble activating a phone and wandered into B&H on the off chance that she might be able to get some advice. The staff was so incredibly helpful. Chet was the most knowledgeable and patient person I have ever met. Never once did he try to upsell or brush us off to go make a sale. It was nothing short of amazing. This store will always get my business for anything that I need in the future.

I received only half of what I ordered, and instead of the other half there was an awful pack of cards with tire advertisements!! Customer service is the worst I've ever come across: countless mails, chats in which I was instructed to send an email again, no picking up the phone and 3-hr wait times. I'm still trying to reach them after 11 days, no answer whatsoever. I have equipment waiting for those parts and now I have to order them someplace else, having already paid for them once. Spend your money elsewhere, where they actually care about your business!! A bit later: I left a comment on one of their advertisements on their facebook page, and instead of getting back to me to resolve the issue they erased my comment and blocked me within a couple of hours! Attached is a screenshot of that. It's gone now! Nice way to solve a problem!

Although I am based in the UK I have bought from B&H a number of times and the trasnaction has always been qucik and easy. Delivery is also fast and the ability to pay taxes and customs duty upfront is a real bonus, saving time and headaches down the line.

After making multiple purchases with them, our last experience was not good. We purchased equipment for our church media upgrade. We were delayed on the install due to covid. We actually had 2members pass away. When we go around to do the install, one of the components did not work. Long story short, we requested a refund for the items we purchased. We were denied due to it being outside of 30 days. After multiple attempts to contact them on the phone, we were finally able to reach someone. They were very rude, twice. We will no longer use B$H.

I ordered over $5,000 worth of camera equipment and was told I would receive my purchase in 4 days. It is now 8 days and no equipment. I emailed B&H 2 days ago and have not had a response. I called customer services about 3 hours ago and was told my wait was an estimated 114 minutes. They have a system where they call you back and I still haven't heard from them. This experience has convinced me to support my local camera store and stay away from these people who just don't get customer service. They are not particularly helpful when they talk to you and you have product questions. It is as if they like to act like they are superior to you because you don't know what they know. Total unsatisfactory purchase experience.

When you spend hard earned money on a valuable equipment for work, you expect business to busines decorum. I will keep this simple, B&H Photo accepted payment for products never delivered. B&H has cleary breached their own agreement and a result, used nefarious communications to avoid fulfillment and refund of purchased product. This behavior constitutes fraud and has been reported to the correct authorities, including associated banking institutions.

Ordered two camera batteries. They advertised certified replacement part. Both wrong size. Returned the next day. They only authorized .12 cent return. Thieves. Do not use B&H
