I have been trying to get through to an actual customer service person for nearly an hour. I called and got unwanted promotional offers about an alert device and a car repair program—all recorded and long and of no interest to me. When I pressed # as instructed if I did not agree to sign up, it hung up on me. 3 calls produced the same results. The live chat is equally frustrating. I have been waiting 25 minutes to be transferred to the next available customer service rep. No indication whether that will ever actually happen. Meanwhile my simple question about a pending order is still unanswered. The quality of customer service anywhere can be good or not so good. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered.

Purchased 2 items to be shipped to the UK. Returned the items which were refunded less the customs tax. It took me 3 months to get a partial payment.It's now been over 4 months and I still haven't received a full refund. Terrible customer service. I will never use this company again, and highly recommend no-one order if items are being shipped internationally.

After charging my credit card immediately upon taking my order they were never able to ship because of a 'glitch' in their system. When I finally cancelled they charged me for a free item that was supposed to be included in my order which I never ordered and never wanted and never downloaded which was free junkware that they now want to charge me a $100 for. So 1 month without shipping my order after taking full payment on day one and now charging me $100 for something that I did not order, and did not want and have never really gotten. They are the worst experience I have ever had in internet shopping and they should be blacklisted from ripping people off.

I have been a B&H customer for a while now, but this review only relates to my latest purchase which is my worst online shopping experience by far. I ordered a color grading monitor a month ago and I was expecting the delivery to arrive on time according to their estimate. I run a small business and it was important for me to receive the monitor on time for a project I had to deliver to my client. Unfortunately, the package was lost for a couple of weeks (the delivery was supposed to take only one week) and neither B&H, nor DHL (their elected carrier) were able to give me an answer on the whereabouts of my purchase. Eventually I had to rent a similar monitor to finish the job at a great cost to my tiny operation. After calling B&H numerous times they admitted that something had happened to my package and they would send a new one. It eventually took a month for me to be able to get my hands on the monitor, which was three weeks late. I contacted both B&H and DHL to ask for some kind of compensation, considering the financial damage this caused me and neither of them accepted any responsibility. I was especially disappointed (putting it mildly) with B&H, given the fact that I had no say regarding the carrier that was going to organise the delivery. I am no longer expecting B&H to compensate me, and this was an experience that I am happy to leave behind.

2 consecutive purchases(order no.1058989840 and 1058580109) were both defective with one so egregious you would think that an idiot from the back room just picked something up from the trash bin and wrapped it up for shipping. a retail giant with an exalted reputation(just ask them) should have at the very least quality control people who are responsible. another suggestion is to have the refund be expedited promptly so that suckers like me would have some consolation. do better.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased brand new Evga 1300 G2, They came with the following cables. They are scammers! They sell used items as NEW! I lost more than 2 weeks of my mining business, and hours of labor because of them. Stay Away from these company! I am getting replacement from the manufacturer that I will lose more weeks. I wish I paid $10-$20 more and purchase from a decent company.They take no responsibility and ask you to deal with the manufacturer. Return policy etc is just BS. This is a FRAUD! They were almost 15 close while I was trying to call them and email them, they reply to my emails 6 days later.

Wanted to enter a promo code and NO ONE could tell me how to go about it. You have a lost a customer as I will NEVER do business with you guys again. Horrible customer service.

I placed an order online before and 1 week later they send me an email saying they want ID. this is no problem so I sent them a copy of utility bill AS THEY REQUESTED THIS. then 2 days later they cancel my order rubbish customer service, cheap but bad service
