“Got package on time good price. Faucet is new like described but box had big holes in the ends where faucet had made it's way out partially luckily not damaged. It should have been packaged in another heavier duty box. Cause product wasn't damaged I'm happy with purchase.”

“I recently purchased a tankless hot water heater after mine gave out. After my purchase I received an email from FedEx stating my order was canceled by the sender. Upon calling customer service I was reassured my order was on the way and would be here the next day. My purchase did show up as promised. Very pleased with my purchase. I would use Big Frog again and will recommend Big Frog.”

“I pretty much never write reviews online, but this company was great, so I have to share my experience. I ordered a Rinnai direct vent space heater on Amazon from two different suppliers, and they both got the order TOTALLY wrong (one of them sent me a unit that was half the size of what I ordered, and the other actually sent me a hot water heater by mistake). So I decided to order it direct from someone and thought I'd give Big Frog a try, as their pricing for the unit was the best out there. After ordering the item, I sent in a request ticket to see if that particular heater could use an external thermostat. They responded quickly and said "no" but that they'd upgrade it to one for free. The shipping came quick, and the unit is already installed and heating our cabin.”

“Good product, fast shipping; however, I made an error and chose the wrong version of the item and had not noticed there are restocking fees. I bought a $39 item, I should have bought al" $52 item, it ended up being cheaper to pay $22 on ebay for the extra part than to ship back the original and exchange it for the correct item. My bad on buying the wrong version, and my bad on not digging into the fine print to see the restocking fee on an unopened item. I generally do not do business with places that charge restocking fees. It's too bad for me that the "package deal" was so much better priced than buying each separately. I should have just Amazoned it for $53”
