“The problem was fixed right away, and the new charging station was sent out asap, the bad is that I've had two problems with the BioStrap in 2 months, that have required your attention.
So far I have found it to be a valuable tool to measure my sleep!”
“I have had to switch out my Shoe Pod and Biostrap because it freezes and won't work. And now the replacement strap is doing the same thing. A great idea that just isn't actually working reliably. And single leg/arm workouts can't be trained. Even if you train and log weights there is not a way to see what you last used so not a good app for using to track workouts.”
“I have tried fitbit and biostrap. I like both. I almost wish that the two would get together to make one comprehensive device. That way I could pick and choose what I wanted feedback on. And the competitions in FitBit are great motivators. I still wear both.”
“I have used the Biostrap for two weeks. I find that the connection to the app ant the unit to be slow or even nonexistent. The shoe unit is an excellent idea but the execution of application is poor. Little or no recordings and spotty connection to the main unit. Samsung Health records steps, walks, and swim time better. Can't recommend”

I have read the information posted online and although it provides a background inn HR and HRV, for instance, it doesn’t go deep enough into how to read and interpret the results.”
“If this thing worked as advertised it'd be great. Takes hours for the info to update and I've turned off the battery saver in Android as advised. I'm on my 3rd unit and, well.... I've grown so disinterested in even wearing it I haven't had it on in 4 days. I'm really not interested in talking to anyone else about the same issues. They got their money. I got a $250 paperweight.”
