“I had this band for 2.5 weeks and the little copper prong on end popped right off :( and tried to push it back together and just snapped . Not worth 2$ day noting 20$ very poor Quality!”
“Biostrap devices have been in my life since their early inception and I truly cannot be without my EVO wrist band and my activity pod! I truly enjoy the data points that Biostrap can define and breakdown for me, and the monthly reports are fantastic from a data perspective! Great products, and I’d highly recommend them!!!”
“Delivery was delayed. Then my wristband worked intermittently, and the support tool was very slow. The individuals were always friendly, I don’t blame them, I think Biostrap must need a larger staff or a better system. In a month, I had 4-5 tickets open.
I also purchased the sleep and meditation labs, but had to contact Biostrap myself about gaining access. After gaining access, there were no instructions about where in the app to locate them, or how to use them in advance, and their location was not intuitive. I never got to use either, as it took so long to gain access and then my armband quit functioning properly shortly thereafter.
Ultimately, I chose to return my set for a refund.
I loved the depth of data when I did have access to it, loved the clip-on activity tracker, and loved that it could be used on airplane mode.
I would love to try Biostrap later on as it works out the kinks in its customer-facing communication!”
“Horrible customer service - returned my EVO sensor. Customer/tech support took 3 weeks and several emails, Facebook posts, and Facebook messages to respond to my requests for support. Issue was never resolved, so I returned my EVO and will find another company.”

“I love biostrap. But I have went through 2 bands in the first six weeks. Clasp broke on one 6 days in. A few days ago the rubber that holds the clasp ripped. I have a Versa 2 and a whoop. Never had any band issues. I prefer the biostrap but can’t wear it without a more durable band.”
“Good size and feel. Keeps the sensor in place. There’s a matt finish on the whole thing and it’s started to rub off along the edges. Wonder if it’s better to do away with this finish so the strap doesn’t start to look dated so quickly. Otherwise, a great update to the classic pin strap”

“After a couple of hiccups at the start, I’m very pleased with the Evo Biostrap. My first 2 sensors didn’t work but the customer service was outstanding in getting the issues resolved. Now I have what I believe is the best fitness tracker available. I’ve used quite a few others but nothing gives you the data like Biostrap. Great product and even better customer service.”
