“ First and worst experience. Ordered my book in Dec for a Christmas present for my grandma and my order never arrived. Contacted and change three customer service officers with each advising me to wait without providing any substantial details on the status of my order.The lack of transparency and resolution has left me extremely disappointed. If you are buying any books from them, think twice. The negative feedbacks are true! ”
