“Their service is horrible, when it comes to get their money they ship within 2 weeks. When it comes to a mistake they made and you have to destroy your blendjet and adterwards they have to send you a replacement, you have to wait for almost a year this is not normal. From US to Austria they could send my initial bought blendjet easily within 2-3 weeks but with the replacement product where they dont make money its a problem for almost a year now - dont buy from them you will only get excuses!!!”

I bought this from Costco and like always, we go by what Costco is selling because they have done their research and what not.
I emailed customer support of blendjet that my machine is not working and they said you have passed the 30 day warranty period. I asked how do you know I passed the period and got a reply, since you did not but from us, you go to Costco.

“Very poor experience. After receiving an email about a product recall on the blend jet, we were instructed to destroy the device and that replacement parts would soon follow. Months later, no word, so emailed customer service to be told that the parts should be out by June. It's now the end of August and no outreach from Blend jet. Nothing, yet they continue to send me promotional emails for a product I can't use. Emailed customer service again just to be fobbed off with another copy and paste email response. This company is unable to fulfill their recall promise and what they should be doing is now replacing units completely. My next email will be to the regulator.”
“I bought 2 Blendjet then they recalled both, asked me to cut and destroy the rubber, take photos as proof and I sent to them that was October or November of 2023, emailed them 3x, received the same response, but they have the nerve to sell new units but no time and no replacement to send. Not even a refund!!!”

“These are nasty. I am returning mine to Walmart and getting a blender that has a off on button and will gladly Pau more for something that works. It takes 10 minutes to get it to work as there are various when you attempt to get it to work none of which is the blend button. I can read instructions and it does not work until you mess with it for 10 minutes and then by chance it turns on. The ice cream is already liquid by that time. Save yourself frustration spend more money and get something with an on off button.”

“Well no surprise that my poor review echoes pretty much what everyone else is saying here too...Absolutely shocking and unacceptable conduct by BlendJet. I too destroyed the rubber part of my BlendJet due to the global recall, warranting it useless, and over 6 months on I've still not received a replacement. Along with receiving vague emails saying the same thing - we're a small business, supply chain issues, and we can't guarantee when your replacement will be shipped (at this point I'm feeling like it's more a case of "IF", especially since I'm based in the UK). As an existing customer who has more than patiently waited (again, like MANY others), I continue to receive regular promotional emails from BlendJet with offers and new product launches whilst they can't even fulfil replacements for THEIR recall. Beyond disappointed and angry.”

“Like all the others here I am stuck in the run-around game regarding the replacement of 3 blend jets I purchased. I looked into filing a complaint with the BBB as thousands have already done. After reading the ones already posted it seems like the responses are the same pandering “supply chain” and “shipping” issues and “thank you for your patience” that I have already received when I reached out twice to Blend Jet customer service. I suspect they are having to sell as many new units as they can to pay for the ones they need to replace. Seems to me that a company should have to reserve a percentage of their profits to take care if these type of issues. But that would make too much sense wouldn’t it?”

I have followed instructions provided to submit a replacement following the recall in February and today is almost August and still nothing!
I have zero communication from the company, nothing like "Hey, btw, we are still in process, you are on our list", nothing like that. Why do I have to wait for 6 months and contact the company myself since it is their fault that this happened?!
Not just the company left me with no blender for half a year, they don't even reach out to me let me know what is going on with my replacement!”
