My child ordered the fruit box for mother's day gift($77), which was supposed to be delivered on Mother's day. It was delivered the day before and unbelievably, the fruits are like photos attached. I contacted the bloomex with photos emailed to them. I never wanted to go back to do business with the bloomex. However, they insist to issue a store credit. I hate to get involved with them and want to get a refund. The fruit box was insulting. Shame on you!!!!

Was promised same day delivery. Over 24hrs later the person I ordered flowers for still has not received them. There’s been no update as to what is taking so long.

My fiancé all the way from Germany ordered flowers for mother's day for me. He paid extra for it to be delivered same day. They were supposed to be delivered on Saturday May 11/24, at work. They did not deliver it. My fiancé called them while I was on the phone and they say and kept saying they don't know why the delivery wasn't done. No apologies given. Anyways, they were told to deliver it to my home. They did not. When I called and ask them why, the say, we tried delivering but there was no answer at the door. I told them that's a lie because I have a ring camera and no one showed up at my door. They then change the story and said, they couldn't find my address on Canada Post, again a lie. They just kept giving me excuses. I still have not received my flowers and no reason given. My fiancé had to call and cancel the order because mother's day is already gone. Never ordering from them again. I would give them a ZERO if I could

What I ordered was not even close to what was delivered . I was embarrased when she opened them . Then zero customer service . They just don’t care about you once they have your money .

brutal - a scam really - nothing like what was pictured - some dead flowers...they just replied that the pictures i sent were what they considered fresh and beautiful. amazing they are still in business

Absolutely horrible company - I have no idea how they're still in business. The website does not offer you a chance to review your order or backspace so if you simply delete your information they'll still charge you. When you call them to refund/cancel they say it's not possible. I had to get my bank involved and thankfully my bank did not authorize the charge. What a scam - DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! Save yourself the headache.

We ordered a Mothers Day arrangement from London, (ON) destined for Winnipeg. Not only did it arrive a few days early they added a ROSE which was a tremendous bonus as we weren't expecting anything extra on top of the arrangement we chose. That extra special effort you gave is something we will remember—always. You truly are a special company. One which "Cares". Thank you!

brutal. never got them. claimed they delivered them friday even tho i requested sunday mothers day. i encourage everyone to call their bank and do a chargeback. this company cannot keep stealing peoples money. my bank rep was floored with what she saw online. i feel so stupid to have not checked before i ordered. what a scam

Ordered flowers for my mom and paid extra for next day delivery. Nothing delivered. It’s Sunday - 3 days after and still nothing. I am not impressed.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on mother's day from their website. I chose a beautiful arrangement that was 50% off their regular price, and a simple greeting card. My total was $85.00. The flowers were delivered the day before and looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. I immediately complained by email to their customer service called ""we care""....which in my opinion they should change it to ""I don't give a shit"", they replied that what you receive is not necessarily what the picture shows. After some research I come to find out that they've been scamming people for years!!! Included are the pictures of what I ordered and what I received...NEVER AGAIN

BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS SCAM!!! Ordered over $100 in flowers for mothers day and for my grandmothers grave that never arrived after continuing to call customer service for 3 days! They make it impossible to speak to a manager concerning your issue and will hang up on you. I have requested a refund 3 times that they have not processed. Cannot provide an actual working tracking number for your order or a time in which your order will actually arrive.

Bloomex is by far the worst establishment and if it were up to me, this company would be shut down. They have the worst customer service, poor quality flowers, and they make it very difficult for you if an issue occurs woth your order. The cheap quality flowers are overpriced. It's disgusting and immoral for them to charge $100+ for two strands of basic flowers. Shame on you guys. I'd rather throw my money innthe gutters than to ever give my business to them again.

The quality of the product differs from the offered product. I order an expensive 24 roses combo with a balloon, some chocolates, and a teddy bear, the delivery was one day early to the agreed, the ballon was hanging from the box without air; whoever did the delivery didn't follow the instructions, just dropped in front of the door, to expensive for the quality expected and the service provided. The website doesn't have a real link to a customer service department.

Still waiting for an order to be delivered that was supposed to be out yesterday morning. I have called now 3x and get nothing to provide me any confidence this will ever occur. Tonight I asked to cancel it and get my money refunded, was told that is not going to happen. Apparently an attempt to deliver did happen yesterday, there was no answer, so no refund. Save yourself a lot of frustration and money - do not use Bloomex!!!! This was to cheer my Aunt up after knee surgery, seriously disappointing!!!! I should add I have used Bloomex previously for three different orders and they were all delivered as promised, not sure what is going on; lost hope of these ever getting delivered.

Very small bouquet and mason jar delivered-does NOT look like what is advertised! Card message was on the back of their flyer. Cheap! Not impressed with the company-only impressed with my child who was thoughtful in remembering their mum!

Well the flowers arrived 2 days early at Purolator?? They're nice but I spent over 125$. They could have at least trimmed em up and maybe a Bow. They look like they were just thrown into a glass cup..but at least they're alive

THIS IS A TRULY HOOOOORRRRIBLE BUSINESS! I ORDERED A FLOWER PACKAGE FOR MY MOM FOR HER RETIREMENT. I HAD PLACED THE ORDER A MONTH IN ADVANCE. I CALLED THE STORE TO DOUBLE CHECK THE INFORMATION THEY HAD TO MAKE SURE THE FLOWERS WERE GOING TO BE DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND PERSON. THE INFORMATION THEY HAD REPEATED BACK TO ME WAS CORRECT. SOMEHOW SOMEWHERE, THE DELIVERY GOT MESSED UP. SOMETHING ABOUT CURIER COULDN'T FIND THE ADDRESS, THEREFORE THE FLOWERS DID NOT GET DELIVERED. THIS WAS ON A FRIDAY. i WAS TOLD THAT APPARENTLY, THEY DIDN'T DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND SO I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY FOR THE FLOWERS TO BE RESENT. END OF DAY MONDAY, THE FLOWERS STILL HAVEN'T BEEN DELIVERED. AT THIS POINT, I WAS FUMING MAD!!! I DEMANDED A REFUND AT ONCE. THE AGENT SAID TO ME THAT THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS. I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. THE SUPERVISOR CONFIRM THAT THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO REFUNDS. THE MANAGER RUBS IT MY FACE THAT THEIR POLICIES REGARDING REFUNDS ARE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ON THEIR WEBSITE.. I WAS REALLY GOING TO LOSE MY COOL, SO I HUNG UP THE CALL. I THEN WROTE AN EMAIL EXPLAIN DISCONTENT. THE MANAGER STILL EXPRESSED THAT THEY CAN NOT OFFER ME A REFUND, THEY SAID THE BEST THEY CAN DO IS OFFER TO RESEND THE PACKAGE WITH FRESH FLOWERS TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. I GOT THE IDEA TO SEND THEM TO MY MOM FOR MOTHERS DAY. AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGMENT, I RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS AND A NEW DATE. I ALSO MADE SURE TO GIVE THEM AN ALTERNATE PHONE NUMBER AND CONTACT PERSON. WELL HOLLY F***, THEY STILL SOMEHOW MESSED UP THE DELIVERY. MY MOM AGAIN, DID NOT RECEIVE HER FLOWERS FOR THE THIRD TIME NOW. AND THEY STILL WON’T REFUND ME. I AM TALKING $80+, JUST GONE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

I paid 150$ for two bouquets of flowers and a vase. The flowers were not at all what I ordered. What I got was 20$ save on foods flowers. What a colossal waste of my money.

So many bad reviews… I have never had an issue ordering here. I am in a different province than my family so often order flowers from here for special occasions and they have always looked beautiful for a decent price. I guess be wary but don’t trust absolutely every bad review.
