Do NOT use this florist. The flowers my daughter received look nothing like the ones I ordered. I have used them before and now wonder what the others looked like - I was thanked but never saw a photo - perhaps my friends were too polite. Anyway - I called and was told to write and send a pic, which I did. 9 days later I had heard nothing - though it seems the company did reply but I never received it (??). Anyway - I was told that the on-line pics are 'representations only' and there is no guarantee that the flowers will be the same. (So how are buyers supposed to select??) The man with whom I spoke said that the picture was not from different angles and so they could not accurately assess the quality of the flowers - though as I pointed out it was clear that the flowers were totally different. When I ordered I specifically asked whether those flowers were available and was told yes. I also paid for 5 extra stems - the actual bouquet would have been impossibly small had those stems been removed. So - this is a rip-off and I feel as though I have been duped. I have since googled the company and found that CBC did a Marketplace program on them because of complaints and not one of their 5 orders was satisfactory. I was offered a $20 credit towards my next order, which would mean spending more $$ with Bloomex, which is never going to happen. I was unable to speak to someone in authority - a manager, supervisor - and feel sorry for the front line telephone operators who have to deal with customers' disappointments. Go somewhere else - anywhere has to be better than this.

I ordered a "Supreme" funeral arrangement for my mother in laws funeral before ordering i asked how many flowers would be in the arrangement I was told 24 for standard, 36 for deluxe and 54 for supreme, I paid the additional upcharge for the supreme. When the arrangement arrived it had 24 flowers in it and no ribbon. I questioned Ellen's Florist in the Miramichi who said, we are a 3rd party, this is what you are getting. The first photo is what I received, the second photo is what I ordered. Buyer beware

I would give no stars if i could. The flowers did not arrive on the correct day. Zero customer service. No management. They are a complete scam. I wish I had seen the bad reviews before I ordered from them. NEVER ORDER FROM BLOOMEX! They will steal your money. Report them to the BBB. They are crooks.

Please do not order from this company. Terrible customer service and the flowers were delivered a day later than they said it would be. Bloomex asks you to create an account when ordering so I did because I wanted to track the order and make sure I could see any changes. Creating the account was useless. First, I couldn't sign in even though I just created the account and registered my email and all of that. So I had to change my password 15 minutes after creating the account only to sign in and see there is no record of my order history. I had to call them because I had received three emails saying that my order had changed. Considering I just spent $80 on flowers, I wanted to know what these changes were. I called Bloomex, and I was greeted with one of the most lackadaisical and "too aggressive for the question I was asking" agent. He kept telling me there must have been a glitch with the website but that it would be sorted soon and I could check my order. I confirmed that they got the order and that nothing had actually been changed. He said "don't worry don't worry, your order is here I see it". I told him I understand that you can see it, but I have received three emails now about changes to my order. Again he told me that everything was okay and then asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I replied that yes, you can tell me why I'm receiving these emails and why I can't sign into my account. Then he got upset because he assumed I was stupid and rudely said "I see you order ma'am, it's here" Dude, someone just died and I want to make sure the flowers I purchased actually get to their family. They flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day, but they weren't, they came two days after I ordered. The delivery person just left them on the recipient's doorstep in 30+ degree heat. For my understanding they didn't even ring the bell/knock on the door. Can't wait for those flowers to be wilted!

Order 4122028 This company DOES NOT RESPOND if you have an issue . My recipient of flowers died and immediately wrote to them to cancel and refund my order. I provided an obituary to them! . They haven’t even acknowledged my request /email. Then I had someone call then because I’m out of the country to request the same .. they said “oh yeah, we will get back to her’ without providing any conclusion or refund . I wrote them another email .,.still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNCARING UNRESPONSIVE SCAMMERS WHO WILL TAKE YOIR MONEY and CARE NOTHING FOR YOUR REQUESTS OR COMMUNICATION. Their reviews are this low rates for a reason!!!!

I ordered some flowers for my friends wedding, it was delivered sooner than I asked for and left at the venue front door. The recipient received the delivery notification, but didn’t see the actual box of roses and card I ordered for them.I wish the delivery method will be personalized specifically for the big events. It’s very frustrating. I paid almost $100 Never will order again.

I ordered an elegant stand of white roses, they sent cheap daisy stand with the horrible arrangement that looked like it has been used. Totally scam! See the attached pictures for yourself.

This company is horrible. Ordered premium flowers and bottle of Champagne to be delivered and cade for flowers showed up broken. Cheap white wine showed up broken. Called vloomex and was asked to send in pictures, which I did. No response and no rectification. I own to businesses and would be broke in a heartbeat if this is the way we conducted our businesses

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. AVOID at all costs. Flowers still not delivered 3 weeks later and will not refund my money.

My elderly mother placed an order over the phone with Bloomex and the customer service was awful: the representative had zero patience, huffed and puffed in frustration, and made my mother feel terrible and stupid. That rep had zero communication or professional skills. My mother was made to believe that she paid 150 CAD for a flower arrangement in a vase, birthday balloons, and a card and that is why she thought 150 CAD is ok price for it. We had to call to reschedule the delivery and my husband was assured the delivery will be done after 6 pm, when we planned to be home. Delivery was done on the date but at 11:30 am and the flowers had to stay on the entrance step in the full sun for a half day. We received 2 bulk bunches of 16 inches high small roses and 1 bulk bunch of 20 inches high roses of questionable quality with frayed petals. Nothing else. Raise your hand who thinks that 36 bulk roses of questionable quality are worth 150 CAD? It took me 2 weeks, 5 phone calls with useless and unprofessional reps, and a couple of emails to receive a resolution for this nightmare in the form of store credit. Bloomex will NEVER refund your money and it DOESN’T MATTER what was delivered, as long as flowers (whatever comes) were delivered. That is their policy and that is it! I risked it to place another order to use that store credit and certainly had to add some more money. I ordered all bulk: red roses, baby pink carnations, and baby pink snapdragons. I received red roses, magenta carnations, and mixed purple and white snapdragons. Raise your hand who thinks that red roses pair well in a flower arrangement with magenta and purple and white? The color issue aside – I received NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Bloomex responded to my complaint about the second screwed-up order that they delivered whatever they had available because other suppliers wanted to charge them more money. Why the blazes should I care what their suppliers want to charge them?! They received my money, promised to deliver certain items, and did not deliver what I ordered. See above, Bloomex will NEVER refund your money and it DOESN’T MATTER what was delivered, as long as flowers (whatever comes) were delivered. I was offered 20 CAD store credit, which feels like a face slap after what I went through with this horrible company during the last 3 weeks. There is no management to talk to and you will be stuck with reps, who are unprofessional, and have zero communication and customer service skills. If you value your time, nervous system, and the smiles of your loved ones when they get the flowers and your money, DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX under any circumstances!!!

Be cautious when ordering from Bloomex, what they say and what they do is two different story. Would never order from this company again. What you see on the website is NOT what you will get. When you call Bloomex they should be honest and tell you that the flower arrangements may look different then the picture they show on the website. And not promise that it will be delivered the day you ask, it was a day late 🥺

Calling this company trash is an insult to garbage. Ruined Mother's Day by sending a $90 bouquet to the wrong house...then REFUSING to refund! Go pick flowers in your local ditch. Better than this vile company. You will be better off for it.

I spent over 100$ on a flower basket and the bouquet that arrived as a "substitution" was the worst one ever, nothing in common with the original one I ordered! In addition I payed extra for morning delivery and it was delivered in the evening! Don't trust the company any more! After several emails and phone calls they just told that "according to their policies they can make a substitution if the original is not available". Terrible flowers quality and service!

I received a small tulips bouquet of mixed colours from a friend when I was very sick. When the flowers arrived they were not at all fresh. In particular the 3 purple tulips were already gone: wilted and dry on the edges. It was very disappointing. I sent 5 emails over the next week and made several phone calls but did not receive ANY communication back. Finally 3 weeks later I called again and was told I should have called within 24 hours. Yet I had managed to send photos taken just 2 1/2 days after arrival which showed have pitiful the flowers already were! I feel very disappointed and frustrated by this poorly run company. Customer care is none existent. Waste of time. Give your business to a real florist.

My flowers arrived in bad condition and did not look anything like advertised. They also left out an order I made & would not rectify nor refund. Terrible, do not purchase from here!

Bait and switch. Just wanted to send a cheap and cheerful bouquet with quick delivery and what the recipient received was so far departed from the purchase it's laughable. WISH I'D GOOGLED FIRST! I was told the flowers were at least fresh looking, guess that's something. First image is what I ordered, second image is what they got. This is a scam company, do not buy from them.

Damaged product & no response! I ordered flowers & a vase for Mother's Day 2023 to a senior's residence. The delivery man just dropped off the flowers in a box & the vase in bubble wrap at the front desk. When the front desk attendant picked up the bubble wrap vase, it was broken - she could hear the broken glass when holding the bubble wrap. Poor reviews x 2 --- I would give zero stars if I could 1) 1st order the flowers were smushed and already wilting before I took them out of the box. They did not perk up once put in water. Looked like it could have been weeds from a ditch (I had even gotten the better package for more money), ended up getting flowers from local grocery store. 2) 2nd order: I ordered on a Thursday night for delivery a week away (Friday). Found out the next morning my mom (recipient) was going to be out of the prov at time of delivery so I contacted bloomex livechat immediately (less than 24 hours) and they said there was nothing they could do --- delivery wasn't for another week! --- except change the date of delivery. I chose another date and then they said new delivery date isn't available. No refund, no new date, no credit, nothing. Horrible experience all around. The flowers are getting delivered tomorrow -- "sometime during the day before 8pm" --- so I have to get to my parents house to pick up the delivery sometime tomorrow. I'll update my review on the quality of the second second order. I'm not holding my breath for good (or even decent) quality, fingers crossed I'm wrong.
