“Pathetic services I placed my order on 29th of January with an extra surcharge for valentine’s week . My order was supposed to be delivered on 7th feb on the occasion of Rose day however rose day has already passed but neither I hear from their end nor i have received my order .. so for what they are surcharging customer and what is the use of that order which is meant to be delivered for a special day.. what they are up to I wonder my order is still not delivered and i have already raised a concern ticket for that and still the status is showing delivered in their tracking status.”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bloomsvilla. I ordered pink flowers with a vase and a sticky note, but they sent only the flowers without the vase and the sticky note. To make matters worse, the flowers weren't even fresh. When I raised a complaint about this, their customer service claimed that the flowers were fresh but didn't address the missing vase and sticky note. What's the point of sending flowers without a message? I was highly unsatisfied with their delivery and their lack of response. I would not recommend using Bloomsvilla.”
