Worst company ever! so sick of virgin media and their appalling customer service, they make it even more difficult to leave them. Regret ever signing up with them.

They are so bad and charge so much ,they are massive scammers and cannot go on the internet for more than 20 mins without having bad connection

Appalling service, I have been promised a booster as the broadband in our 3 bedroomed house (not a mansion) is useless. I also changed my mobile package and needed a PAC code. I am still waiting and nobody rings you back. I am now in the process of looking for another provider.

Their internet, while fast, is so unreliable as to be basically useless. I'm sure it's fine for checking emails, as you don't need your connection to be stable for long. But for work (via a VPN), gaming or streaming it's absolutely worthless.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I contacted Virgin a few times about various issues with my online account and was told completely different conflicting information each time. The customer service is dismissive and rude and don't know how to handle issues, instead you get passed on to someone else, t goes in circles. Money grabbing horrible company

Ripping me off by billing me £10 per month for Netflix I don’t have and we can’t speak to anyone as cv19 is now used as an excuses to avoid dealing with complaints. They just shut the call centres down. You can’t even email a complaint The internet is constantly dropping off and has been since the lockdown. Poor service and illegal practice of charging for a product your not supplying. Once the contract is up I’m leaving Hope bransons entire virgin group collapses and he’s evicted from his remortgaged island. He can take a ride on virgin galactic and fly to the sun

Diabolical. From 200mb download to 50mb’s today. I stream games and it’s my job. I will be taking this further see you all in court Facebook gaming have lost a fortune just today because of this.

scams! They take advantage of everything. My contract ended and they increased the price from 27 to 50 pounds per month. I called them when I checked my statement and they said they cant renew the contract and I had to pay 50 pm. i discussed with my roommates and for a month I've being trying to call back to cancel my subscription and no one would answer (i tried from website to cancel but there is no option). So I cancel my direct debit and when they finally called they said I had to give one month notice so I had to pay for next month too even if my contract ended.

The worst customer experience I've ever come across After 3 months of waiting and 4 engineer visits Virgin decided to give up on installing Fibre into my building. Over those 3 months they refused to let me cancel and go with another provider, redirecting 6 times to different departments as a retainment device. I've been left working remotely with no internet during the Corona outbreak, putting my employment to work at risk. Please do your future self a massive favour and avoid this awful company!

The service was Ok however when I tried to terminate my service because I'm leaving my apartment, I discovered that there was no email to send to. I contacted their WhatsApp group and online chat but the only reply I got was call 1908 to cancel. I called 1908 several times, each for almost 40mins and no one is answering. Their voice message stated that I can leave my number and when my turn comes, they will be automatically calling me back, which didn't happen. Now, it ends up like this; a frustrating customer who wants to terminate the service and no one is helping. I can't just communicate the message that I want to terminate and no one from the online chat wants to pass this internally to the sales team. The last resort was to cancel my direct debit to them. It's apparently the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!

No mobile phone signal strength; -113 dBm, 0 asu. Absolutley hopeless. And I live in a city (Norwich) less than 2 miles from the centre, right next to the University. The university is not using the band width, because there is hardly anyone there. It has been hopeless for years. Virgin media do not care. There is no help. There is no mobile phone service.
