When is a stem not a stem - when its in the bunch of B and M (aka Prestige Gifting) flowers that you've ordered for your mums 95th birthday. I ordered a bouquet of 22 stems - paid extra for a medium bouquet and only actually got 15 stems. No problem with the quality of the flowers but the company would not accept that someone had just made a mistake and that there was a 'quantity control' issue. I got a £10 refund eventually after a weeks worth of emails but shame on you B and M - just made me feel someone was cutting corners somewhere in the process and then being so defensive about what was actually delivered. Sadly won't be buying from you again.

Flowers arrived ok - although no timeframe indicated - however - the message I carefully composed was not included, which took the gloss off my Anniversary surprise. All I got in response was “sorry this happened” 😳

Less stems and foliage than pictured (also upgraded to medium as per picture). Flowers were for our anniversary (note also said this), was sent a happy birthday balloon, daft. Customer services were polite, but ultimately a supermarket bunch would have been better for less money.

The delivery was poor it was supposed to coming from 9:31AM to 10:31AM but came in the afternoon when I also paid extra for it to come quicker

Order was increased to large for extra £10 but only 9 blooms in bunch. Thought this was poor. Felt embarrassed giving such a small gift to my wife. Blooms were okay but just not happy with size of bunch. Unlikely to use this supplier again - sorry.

The flowers were lovely however, the special gift message card was left blank! I had requested a special message for my friend as her Dad had just passed away. The customer service left a lot to be desired & my issue was never properly resolved. I was just offered a £15 voucher to get rid of me & no apology. I won’t be using this service again. It’s a shame as the flowers were lovely.

I order them 27 th December for delivery on the 30th December and it didn’t get there till the 31st December. I would think twice about ordering from you in the future or recommend you to anyone

Very dissatisfied…. I ordered on 20th for delivery on 23rd. They arrived a day late without chocolates and the flowers were not of good quality plus customer service was rubbish

1st order flowers lasted 2 days 2nd order arrived on wrong date we’re trying again 3rd time lucky ?? Who knows

The flowers were really beautiful but a few were past their best . In addition, I bought a large bouquet which definitely wasn’t large! It was about the size as a £10 bunch in the local florist but these were over triple that.

Very disappointing. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and spent a little extra than normal, the flowers were very disappointing. I complained and they did issue a new bunch but exactly the same. My mother questioned why I sent her two the same. If you compare the bunches sent to the photos there is a big difference.

I can appreciate that they arrived one day after delivery date ( due to current pandemic) but not happy that some of the flowers are not that fresh and are already past their best. They were for my daughters birthday and i paid an extra ten pounds for a large bunch so cost me £24.99. She is taking photos so I can forward them to you later.

I purchased this for my grandchildren to give to their mum on Mother's Day. It would have been alit better if it arrived on Mother's Day but delivery was the day after. I had 3 very upset grandchildren who wanted to know where the gifts were. I cannot understand why you advertised it as flowers for Mother's Day and delivery was for the day after.

Flowers are great, but I won't ever pay extra for postage again. I never received email for tracking number. Don't bother enquiring about getting your money back, as they won't get back to you.

Broken stems, loose buds and most of the leaves had fallen off. So happy relieved these flowers were for myself and not a gift . Could have got much better flowers at a garage. No I won't be buying again
