We went to B&M at Coleraine today to get some wild birds seed when arriving at the particular area we could see there was none on the shelf but a young lad in his 20ies was about to unload a cage if different pet food so I asked if he could get us a large bag of nuts and one of seed well he was not impressed and literally started throwing cat food and anything else that got in his way all around the place another lady saw this I said to him there's no call for this your attitude is totally unacceptable he dumped the two bags of bird food in our trolley and told me if I wanted them basically to take them and get out of his road.I have never met such rudeness in all my life. I said to the girl at the till and I think she knew who I was talking about. That young man has a problem that needs dealt with.

Matthew and Ken gave wonderful service. They were on time, did a wonderful job and left the site cleaner than when they found it. I highly recomment them.

I bought a pack of luggage locks from the store in Bridingon, had to return them because when I needed to use them they did not work. Went back to my local store, spoke to an assistant who checked them out and admitted there was a manufacturing fault, but because I did not have my receipt with me I could not have a refund (I bought them some weeks previously, but the item was still for sale on the shelf) I had to contact HQ for a copy of my receipt take it to the store with the locks for a refund of £2.50. Seriously poor customer service not what we are used to in Bridlingon!! Second and last time I will visit this store.

I brought childrens toys . Gave them back afyer 2 weeks with the receipt got my full refund back. If stuff is in good condition when you buy it ,then damaged when you return it ,it is with every store they will not return it .

Will be taken them to court got a very strong case telling lies and worker who verbally abuse me on thursday and in2920 still.working there security pakiansuan guy lol.says hes a good guy how can.u.be good person with calling me all the names and still working there well great solicter I called cops and no statement so they took the racist people statement but me being black never took.mine AM BLACK AND PROUND OF MY CULTURE BLM

We bought Weed Killer with what must’ve been a faulty lid. Spilled all over my car and the rest of my shopping. Store refused any refund and just told us to ring customer services. I’m absolutely disgusted with the store. What about statutory rights?

Bad experience isn't how I would say it, BLOODY APPAULED IS MORE LIKE IT. I CAN GO INTO ANY OTHER RETAILER AND BUY FOOD FOR HALF PRICE. FCKN SHOCKING THE PRICES IN SHOPS (ALL IF THEM). TESCO, SCOTMID, SAINSBURYS AND MORE ARE CHEAPER. NOTHING BUT GREED ASSHOLES

Why advertise wheelie bin boxes on your website when you go to 2 stores and both have never even had them in stock. Shocking customer service you can’t even check stock on an item.

BLOXWICH STORE .. the security man black chap, big arms, skinny legs James Clayton .. i seen him leave work around 7pm 13thJuly2024 .. driving on somerfield road. He got out his car and started attacking a young man with 2 ladies.. he was wearing B&M uniform.. security.. these people hace never stepped foot in that store before so he had no reason to stop next to them. Nowhere near the store and start attacking the male and trying to take his belongings. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Manager called nick at winter hill shop in Milton Keynes. Asking him about an item . His reply we don’t get training for everything in the shop. He’s a foul disgusting man. Will never shop there again. Rude smarmy and stink of sweat. You need to tell him to wash it puts customers off

Never ever decline your receipt! B&M Kingston Park Newcastle When you buy something in B&M Stores they always ask if you would like your receipt. They told me this was in order to save the environment. However, it is also their policy to only refund or exchange faulty good if you can provide a receipt or credit card statement. What a mess on I had trying to exchange faulty goods that I had paid for 2 days before. They declined. I was told “Well there’s nothing we can do because you should’ve taken your receipt” And there was me thinking I was saving the planet. Fortunately for me I knew the day/time that I bought the goods so cctv could be checked. They weren’t happy. While waiting for the evidence I noted that every customer passing through the checkout also declined their receipt. So folks, they are not trying to save the planet they are actually trying to scam out of a refund or exchange for faulty goods.

Today I shopped at the Crossflats Bingley West Yorkshire Store My main purchase was a Mattress, pillows and more. The main reason I write my compliment is for the excellent customer service which I received today, nothing was to much trouble,Tina,Boss Lady, Jackie the checkout operator and Alan on shop floor,I was assisted from shop floor through the checkout and helped outside to my waiting Taxi, but this not only today, this store's staff are always efficient helpful and kind, first rate. Always happy for choice in Home ,food and garden depts, and happy with the prices I just want to say Thank you to the above Thank you B&M Store Crossflats

Absolutely disgusting how I have just been treated at the Scarborough store . Been really poorly with pneumonia and finally was able to feel up to returning an item to store only to be told I was not able to as it was out of their 30 days return ..it does not even state on the receipt that it is 30 days return .The item has not even been open ,Will never shop in b and m again ..
