“I am so glad I found Donna Gates and her gut-healing products. So far I have purchased Assist Si, Assist Full Spectrum, Kefer starter, Cocobiotic, and Vitality Super Green Powder. I have seen significant improvements with my son's digestion and my own. They really reduce the bloated feeling after meals. I especially like the Vitality Green Powder. I have tried many brands over the years and this one by far tastes the best. The taste doesn't take over the taste of the smoothie; I use it everyday. The kefir is very easy to make; I use Harmless coconut water to make mine. If I had to pick my top 3 products, I would start with the Vitality Super Green Powder if you make smoothies, the digestive enzymes that I mentioned above, and the cocobiotic drink. If you see a positive change in your digestive health, then I would start making the kefir because it is very easy to make and you only need to drink a small amount everyday to get the benefits of a fermented drink.”

“These digestive enzymes in work so well together AND are the best, most affordable I have found on the market. I have tried many brands of digestive enzymes. Some work as well as BE brand, however the cost is over 4 times the amount of those found at Body Ecology”

“I found Body Ecology information at the Dr office , being treated for Candida. “Regain your health” are the words that struck out at me. Went home, ordered the book, read all about my health issues in there. Ordered the Super Green drink and a box of cultures for cultured vegetables and started eating the BED way. Immediately felt better. At my six month check up the Dr. was amazed how I had improved and asked what I was doing. Dropped the drugs and stayed with Body Ecology and that was 17 years ago. Cant imagine what state my health would be in without BED”

“I have been nursing a very weak digestive system (and congested liver,leaky gut and candidiasis) back to health holistically through trial and error for many months with many ups and downs. “I have just started using BE products. They taste well and seem to be fine for the belly. I will be repurchasing and watching the effects. The only thing I'm not sure about is their probiotic content after storage and transport at room temperatures (or higher?). So I keep taking my other probiotics and eat cultured veggies”

“I’ve been ordering from BE for a decade. Then they changed their website. Impossible to navigate, kicked me out twice, wouldn’t let me log in, etc. I emailed left a message and got no response. Finally left a terse e-mail and got a call back. Clearly I am more motivated than they are. Will be looking for a different product with a different company. Not worth the aggravation.”
