“I ordered a white crochet dress for a photoshoot. After 5 weeks I finally received the product. I opened my package and the dress was covered with grease stains. I was already upset but I thought well I might be able to stain stick and handwash this thing. I laced the back of the dress and tried it on. The paneling was completely different from what I ordered but the fabric was the same. It looks like an awful maternity dress. I hate it. Even though I contacted them as soon as I opened the package (within 15 day policy) they still would not let me return the product and give me my money back. Instead they offered to send me more of their shitty clothes if I'd pay shipping 🤦🏼‍♀️ not wasting another dollar! Don't purchase from this website.”
“I received a dress that was not even wearable or even close to the dress I ordered (after it taking a month to get to me). I have been going back and forth with customer service via email and they told me that the dress was un-refundable. They then offered me a free item in place of the dress but I would have to pay shipping which is almost $30 for 2 items. It is very frustrating and if I could give them no stars I would. Do not buy from them!”
“The absolute worst online order I have ever made!!! Super poor quality, completely see through, sewn wrong, strings hanging everywhere from the poor stitching. I will NEVER buy from them again and neither should you! What a joke, their website says US shipping but it actually comes from China. The proportions of their dresses make no sense whatsoever. Not sure I even got dresses. I ordered 3 and all 3 we're unwearable. Poor customer service. “This is a scam! I saw the stars thinking they were decent w/o reading actual reviews which was a big mistake. The 5 stars have to be fake accounts. None of them give details abt items or customer service or anything. I looked the “contact us” section and it was located in the US, so I thought I was good. WRONG. They ship from China, they ship your items super late, when you demand a refund since they haven’t even shipped it, they’ll tell you sorry we can’t cz it shipped, and they’ll ship it out the next day, AND the clothing sucks! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 4 dresses back in February. Of these 4, 3 arrived. Out of those 3, 2 were damaged.
Trying to get a response from anyone has been a nightmare. I’ve emailed several time for which the only email I received seemed to be a generic “tell us about your problem” but then they don’t answer the next email.
I tried the Facebook approach and got the same response.
Very shonky quality of clothes, no communication and the fact that I didn’t even receive my full order was ridiculous.”
“I am so so disappointed with Boho Factory's products and their customer service. I had ordered 2 items, with an estimated delivery date- hoping the take the items on a trip with me.
The items themselves were 2 weeks late. They sent me the WRONG item, and now they refuse to refund me, even though it was not my fault.
They had offered to send something to me for free instead- but I would need to pay shipping. Unfortunately , due to the quality of the clothes I did receive, I will not be ordering anything.
AND they have blocked me from posting comments on their facebook page.”

“This company is an absolute SCAM! I received two dresses and both are completely see thru. When I asked for an exchange on one dress and a refund on the other, they asked me if I had seen their refund policy. The refund policy states that they cannot refund products that are on sale. When you look at their website you can see that ALL of the items are on sale. I had also ordered a shirt in which I did not receive (apparently it was sold out before my order shipped off). They offered me a store credit but I would have to pay the shipping. They DO NOT allow refunds...even for items not received. I made a comment on their Facebook page that the dress was see thru and tried to warn others from order that dress. My comment was deleted and they banned me from commenting anymore and have blocked my messages on Facebook Messenger. That goes to show what kind of company this really is. Not at all concerned about their customer satisfaction but interested in just making money and ripping people off for their cheap clothes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!”
“I ordered two dresses and when they arrived I noticed that they were not the same print as in the pictures on the website. I contacted Boho Factory to ask for a refund because I hadn't recieve the product I ordered. I wasn't asking for a refund because I'd order the wrong size, or because I changed my mind. I simply hadn't been sent the correct items and they refused to refund me because they were on sale. A sales policy is understandable but shouldn't apply when the complete wrong product was sent. I politely explained this to them and received no further replies. I would not recommend this website as they falsely advertise their products and will not honor a return. I will never use them again and I will be encouraging other not to either.”
“This company is a joke. Horrible quality in clothing. I ordered two dresses and both are completely see thru. I emailed the company that I wanted to exchange one dress for a black one and receive a refund on the other dress and all they could say was did you look at our refund policy? When you go to look at the refund policy it states that there are no refunds on sale items, but if you have a look through this website, ALL ITEMS are on sale, so of course no refunds.
There was also an item that I had ordered that was no longer available and instead of receiving a refund for a product I never received, they gave me a store credit and I had to pay for the shipping.
Not at all helpful, these items honestly look like they have been made from the most horrible quality materials, DO NOT buy from Boho Factory, I can take a guess that all items will probably be this way and seeing as you can't get a refund on sale items but all items are on sale? SCAM.

“I have been waiting for my order for well over a month. I’m concerned that this might be a scam. I’m also receiving a lot of emails promting me to buy more with all kinds of vouchers. One that keeps coming through is that the site was so busy and no one could place orders and therefore they will give you money to spend on the site. I have received this exact email about 4 times in the last month. Another redicilouse one that came through is that one of the staff members was giving away vouchers without the boss knowing and received multiple emails that day with “Mia” saying her boss found out and we must make use of it immediately before the boss shuts it down and closing the email with chat later if I’m still here. Very unprofessional if it’s real will never order from them again and hope you see this before ordering yourself.”
