Horrible experience with this company. Ordered online but never received the items. Contacted them multiple times (via web form and email) and didn't hear back for weeks. Eventually got a very rude email that really stunned me. I'm just hoping I will receive a refund at some point, but I'm beginning to lose faith. Not sure what to do at this point to get my money back. Will definitely never purchase from them again.

Bonmarche is very fast becoming a bad experience, be aware that when you buy and pay cash as i did last week if you need to return and dont want other items you will not get cash back and have to have a credit note, as i did exchange for 2 other items they said they did not have cash in the till to pay the difference which was owing to me, i have spent £368 in bonmarche this year When you are happy with a service you tell 10 people but if not satisfied you tell 20. WORTH REMEMBERING BONMARCHE ,

Until recently I enjoyed shopping at this store. Helpful assistants. Lovely layout. Quick service. Over the last few weeks it has been a chaotic experience. Store is very messy. Nothing is grouped together. Floors are dirty. No organisation. The ladies serving appear overwhelmed and stressed and there are different people serving each time I go in. Changing rooms were disgusting too. I have now swapped to Roman. Overall - a smoother happier cleaner shop. I won't be back!

Shocking. Shop assistant ordered online as they did not have my size in-store & paid via debit card, they arrived some two weeks later to my home address, didn't fit so returned via PO....got an e-voucher as my refund!!! What on earth? Why no refund to my debit card? Massive complaint will be made...I will get my refund via debit card. Absolutely disgusted & will never shop with Bon Marche again!

I would award 0 stars if possible, due to dreadful "customer service. " They sent me two identical orders...their error not mine. I sent two emails, over 10 days...no response at all! Telephoned today, they would not accept responsibility, and insist I pay the return postage. Unbelievable when it wasn't my fault. I Will never shop with them again.

Returns policy very unfair. In error I picked up the wrong size pack of knickers. Took them back to the store the next day unopened, seal in tack but was told no refund. M&S, New Look, Next, Tesco all exchange unopened underwear.

Returns to Bon Marche is so annoying. Bought 2 items both needed returning due to been too big, paid for return postage via Evri as Bon Marche policy states… after a week Evri say they still on way back to retailer, but probably arrived and retailer not updating they have received the goods. No other company’s are like this when ordering online. Will certainly never buy online again from Bon Marche !

Simply don’t use PayPal, you can only return goods via postal service which you have to pay for

Ordered online as my local store did not stock the item I wanted. As sizing varies I had to order two sizes for fit - with the intention of returning one. Easy - or so I thought. Had the items delivered to store (at a cost of £2.99) so I could try on and believed I could return free via the store. Wrong - because I paid via PayPal I couldn't return at the store and had to Google how to return via post then drive 5 miles to my nearest parcelshop to make the return (at a cost of £2.99). First and last order or purchase from this company.

I find the Bonmarche returns system very confusing, so I have returned my parcel by post. This cost £5.89. I hope they receive it and I am refunded £68.30. I will think twice before ordering from Bonmarche again. Other catalogues are easier and have depots around local towns.

Sadly I will not be buying anything again from bonmarch? I went to take my parcel back to the post and the outrageous prices they charge to return parcel is ridiculous!

Sent 2 parcels back on 6 April 2024 by Evri 2 day delivery. It's now 22 April and tracking unavailable. Bonmarche confirms one received but not the other and I'm concerned I won't get my £59 refund. Having spoken to customer service several times I believe there's a hold up in the warehouse most probably as their clothes are generally of poor quality and the warehouse is swamped with returns. I wouldn't deal with Evri or Bonmarche ever again.

Having returned an items 3 weeks ago I have not had an acknowledgment from my emails or any refunded. This company is unprofessional. Even my local shop says their customer service are useless Dont buy anything online. This company does not care

Absolutely awful. Placed order 20 March, had email to say it had been shipped so I should expect it to arrive at the store within 14 days. 3 weeks, 3 emails and 2 phone calls later, no sign of it. Went into town again this morning to see if it was " out the back" amongst their deliveries. Sign on door saying "closed due to unforseen circumstances" with no indication for how long?? As the order contained 2 items for mum's birthday, I had no option but to go to EWM and buy alternative items. Will now try and request refund but God knows how long that will take. Won't use again.

I visited the Ely branch today 10/4/24 I can only speak highly of the help given to me by Tulin and Jeanette and have found them both always so helpful and would recommend the Ely branch store. Keep the good work up girls.

I have also fallen foul of the terrible returns policy. Unable to get my size in store l was advised by staff to order online. The item was to small and l went back to the store only to be told l had to return by post and cover the cost. Evri are recommended for return and l have had an awfull experience with them who lost a parcel l was returning and it took me 4 months to get my money back So l will never shop in Bon marche again This is not customer service it is a con.

I will definitely not be ordering anything from Bonmarché online again. I paid by PayPal as it is a safer way to pay online and have now been told I need to pay the postage to return the item as cannot be returned to the store. Dreadful returns policy! Who ever packed the parcel had already peeled the returns label and attached to the bag.

Purchased 2 x pairs of trousers . Cost of delivery and return was a third of the price for the goods!!! Returned a week ago and still no refund! We wouldnt use this company online again.

Had to send the goods back, parcel was lost by courier. I have proof of postage. Bonmarche don’t want to know and won’t refund my money. Basically they are just passing the buck as the courier has said they will refund Bonmarche if they ,refund me!!!!! Another customer lost
