“Absolute worse service I've ever had!!!!!! Package super late, supposed to get to me days before I left, even paid for the expedited shipping. But got it literally hours before i was heading out of town (for which i needed my items for grad pictures). I ordered 6 items and got 3. NONE OF WHICH WERE ITEMS I ORDERED! Not even as much as right items wrong size/color. They were completely wrong. Cant talk with customer service on phone. Only what's app or email which makes it that much harder for faster responses. But, while they communicated with me, did nothing for the fact that the item was sent off late, and nothing for this mix up. Only offered refund (which is standard considering you can get full refund for returns anyway), and free return shipping (which no sh** bc I'm not paying to return items that aren't mine) said they would send my things but, can't get it to me when i need it and my guess is it would take forever anyway. Absolutely terrible!!! I know things are difficult with covid but come on! this has always been a online shop so there really isn't an excuse for this!”

“Clothes are awful quality. Sizing is so off. I'm normally a size 14 but from boohoo I can be anything from a 14 to a 20. Materials used are cheap and see through. Customer service are awful. Check your bank statement after payment because they charged me way more than my 'final payment' on the website stated and their answer was that there's nothing they can do and if I'm not willing to pay that then I need to return my order, during a pandemic.”

“I had a missing item as part of a set that I’d ordered, unfortunately they weren’t able to ship it out again as an individual item but Sophie from the customer service department was able to assist me within an hour and get a refund sorted. She was so prompt and helpful keeping me up to date within the hour she dealt with my query. Although I didn’t get the entire order she processed the refund, sent me confirmation of it being processed and was so professional about it. Definitely need to be giving her a pay rise if she’s responding at midnight with the hour!

“Boohoo sizing is so wrong! I bought a few things for a friend SIZE 20, they looked VERY small so I tried them on and they were also tight on me.. SIZE 14!!
Sending them back before attempting to give to my friend but I can imagine how some girls feel when they order stuff from boohoo and the sizes are not true to size at all.

“I had been seeing a lot of mix reviews about this website. So I decided to do a review of my own the link to my youtube video is below. My youtube channel is @squeezeandpose.
The thing is the clothes is cheap money wise and in my opinion what you get for what you pay is worth the buy in many of the items. My haul is for plus size (size 14) and not a lot of stores have plus size clothes that is cute to wear for low prices.
So is it a bit cheaply made? Yes
Can you tell? Not with every item
Is it worth to try? Definitely

I sent my items right back without bothering to open the package due to the poor service I received from them when I wanted an item for my birthday and paid extra for this. Their website allowed me to book the day I wanted the item to arrive, to only be told later it would arrive late - so why did the website give the option for this and it wasn't mention in the Covid-19 banner that there would be a delay! I will never shop there again - this is further reinforced by the cold emails I keep getting from them that don't look at what I've communicated!”

“Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 products. Two were faulty. One had a very visible stain that would not come off and the jacket has a cuff link missing and when I asked for a refund for the jacket they only offered me 50% even though they sent me two faulty items. They didn’t offer me a coupon for the horrible service or the fact that they sent me items that were garbage. I repeat do not order from this company. The clothing is cheaply made and the company does not care.”
“They don't have the best systems ops. so many times they oversell. Rather than letting the customer know they will ship the package with missing items OR they will send you a different item labeled as what you ordered OR if they do not have it in the size you ordered they will send you another size. Even if they agree to refund you, you will still have to pay the shipping fee to return your incorrect items.
If you are going to return items make sure you select all items at once because if you forget to include anything in the portal you will have to pay an additional shipping fee for each additional item.
The clothes themselves are made of very cheap fabrics and overpriced. They have very nice pictures on the website but know that any items, such as purses or shoes, that appear gold in color are actually copper and have been edited.”
