“I recently ordered two shirts and a jumper from boohoo and I am quite disappointed with the quality of the jumper it was very badly manufactured and falling apart at the seams with loose threads! One of the shirts was of better quality but the sizing is huge! Thankfully the other shirt is ok apart from loose threads around the buttons, tbh I'd have expected clothing of such poor quality to be found on much cheaper sites such as wish.com!”
“Boohoo sizes are abit off key. Most of the jumpers are very short on the sleeve even if I get a Large they always without fail come up short..its very fustrating as alot of jumpers you sell are really nice. Im 5"1 and I seem to have this problem all the time.”
“ordered last week and my item had been returned by courier because i apparently wasn't home (i was home and so was my family) the delivery driver must of just gotten lazy. i have never had a bad experience with the quality of their clothes but shipping is a major gambling. honestly, if anyone wants to buy clothes for an event, do what i did and buy a month even two in advance just to be on the safe side, i also wouldn't recommend doing large purchases all at once either”

“If i have a concern with the company, it takes weeks to be dealt with, if at all, their offers, although they have regular offers, they do not work. Customer service representatives are generally rather rude or unhelpful. Used to love this company but has gone downhill since it has gained popularity”

“Sometimes I am surprised by a few things that are good quality from boohoo, however, the majority of the time the quality of their products are very, very poor. Their clothes are normally see through or just made appallingly. For example I bought the 'Annie oversized vintage jumper' and it cost 20 pounds, which is a complete joke for the quality of it. The material is very itchy, the shape is nothing like the way it is shown on the model (if anything it has absolutely no shape whatsoever), the neckline is way to wide for the jumper which makes It therefore sit weirdly on your shoulders. To be honest, I could have knit a jumper better myself and I have no knitting experience which speaks for itself!

“I had ordered from boohoo previously and had been nothing but pleased. There clothing is high quality for the cost and is exactly what I was looking for. My most recent order did not make me happy though. I ordered a plus size t-shirt in a US 20 and they sent me a US size 16. I asked if anything could be done to fix this without me paying extra, and they kept insisting I was in the wrong and had actually ordered a UK 20 (US size 16). Despite me sending them pdfs of my confirmation emails that showed I had in fact ordered a US 20 (UK 24), they kept telling me I was confused and refusing to help me. I will definitely remember this before I consider ordering from boohoo again.”
“Have been a loyal customer since 2013, my last order was a disaster and I say last as it will most likely be my last with your company. It got lost on the way and after 4 requests through your customer service team I was nowhere near getting an answer on when my parcel would arrive. Today, 1.5 months after I placed my order it finally arrived, 1 month after the guaranteed delivery time, oh and to mention I got no replies after my second inquire about the order, still await a reply from your customer service team.
To top this it seems as after the second reply from your customer service team my account to your website has been deleted with no explanation and I've requested why this has been done both via email and social media without answers on this as it seems you're avoiding me.
You should definitely think about treating your customers better, they're the ones that bring you business. An explanation in regards to this matter is still appreciated and you should find my inquires in your emails or facebook, most likely you know who I am from this review.

“I paid £4.99 for express Sunday next day delivery. It didn't arrive & there's no contact number so on Monday I sent an email complaining & chasing the package & stating I wanted my delivery charge refunded. To be fair they refunded the delivery charge within 48hours with an apology but saying as i'd paid for Sunday delivery it wouldn't now arrive until the following Sunday!! It arrived on the Thursday so took a full 5 days to arrive. On arrival the dress was true to size but the quality was so cheap, the strap on the dress wasn't even sewn on properly. Luckily i'm quite nifty with a needle & thread so managed to sort it myself. But all in all not impressed.”
