“I have ordered quite a few things at 25% . Just picked it up today and whilst happy with some of the items, other items are of poorer quality but that I could live with. My issue is no returns ivoice? Plus a damaged dress! What do I do now? Disappointed. Sent an email and now waiting, hopping CS will be able to help. Shame. Not happy!”

Next day delivery is a joke! £5.99 is not cheap and parcels never arrive on time.
Maybe more fool me, but I have placed two orders this week, the first time using them in years, and now I remember why.
Neither of the orders have arrived when they should have. The first was a day late, and the second will probably be around the same.
Part of me wishes to blame Hermes BUT I have recently placed an order with InTheStyle, who also use Hermes. The order was placed on the same day as the Boohoo order ( actually three hours later!) and arrived when expected.
I believe this is a Boohoo problem and not the delivery company.
If you want to contact anyone you have to send an email and wait 24 hours for a response.
This mess will require me going to my place of work on my day off and waiting outside until the courier arrives.
If you are not in a rush for your products I would possible consider them but not for anything required urgently.”
“Falsly advertising stonewash coloured jeans in the pictured but then says indigo in small writing.. nothing like in the picture advertising the butt shaper jeans.. LIES!!!! Returned item then tracked my return you received item 2 days later but took you 7 days to tell me you have now received my return then could take another 7 days for me to receive my refund!! DISCUSTING customer service will never be using BOOHOO again”

“I’ve ordered from boohoo quite a few times over the last few years with mixed results. They have lots of nice things at decent prices but often the quality is disappointing. The material sometimes feels thin and scratchy if it’s polyester, so it’s worth checking the material before you buy. Sizing is sometimes a bit off but generally ok. Unfortunately their customer service is not great. I ordered a dress in blue, and they sent me a grey one. I contacted them about and they said to send it back and they would exchange it for the correct colour “subject to stock” I saw online the colour I wanted is now out of stock. This doesn’t seem fair that on me as it’s their mistake! Probably won’t be ordering from them again for a while.”

“They have a big assortiment of clothing, but when you try them on, the fit isn't good or the quality is very cheap. One item was faulty already, it had a tear in the fabric.
When I wanted to return the whole order, I had to pay for the return shipping costs. Since I don't live in the UK, I had to pay 14(!) euros... Such a waste of money. I am never ordering at Boohoo.com again, and I am cancelling my account once I have my money back.”
“Very fashion. However, their needlework are absolutely no go. Thread is coming off, some of the place not even attached. 4 out of items I have bought, 2 items already have some issues. About sizing, jeans are always the issue for me, because I don’t know should I follow my hips or should I follow my waist. Therefore, fast delivery, overall is good.”
“Offer next day delivery for Northern Ireland, during the check out process doesn't give you anywhere to check exclusion, you need to go back search for a while to then find that ALL postcodes for Northern Ireland are excluded from next day delivery to Northern Ireland! “Super amazing prices with the sale going on right now, wonderful variety of stuff also with accessories and shoes/sandals, and with the offer they have also going on now, £10 for one year free next day delivery and free returns, it made my day. Shopped yesterday. received my shopping today, the delivery company they use keeps you updated and even gave me a two hours window to expect them and it was perfect timing- The clothes are good quality and, rare for me, the size is a perfect fit, I am only 5' so usually rather n0t shop online as rarely fits well...the dress I bought is perfect, haven't tried the leggings but I think they are also a great fit. I haven't been so happy with an online clothing shopping in a long time!”
“Terrible service. Paid for next day delivery, it is now 5 days later and I still haven't received anything. I have spoken to Toyib and Shaban in customer service and they could not have cared less and to try and resolve issues merely offered a free code for next day delivery (which I know from this experience means nothing). I am going on holiday on the weekend and those items were supposed to be coming with me. I will ensure to keep posting this feedback to warn others not to bother spending the extra money with them and how their customer service team are disinterested.”
