“So disappointed with my purchases.
I’m 5’6 so within average height range & ordered a playsuit. It was nowhere near long enough and seriously dug in in the most uncomfortable way possible.
I also ordered a 3 pack of black tights and a pair of high waisted leggings. I didn’t know tights could be of such poor quality- will probably only be able to wear each pair once as they have already lost their shape. The leggings are made of such cheap material and almost immediately baggy on the knees. I also didn’t know it was possible to have the “back gap” with leggings. AND rather than just having a normal elasticated waist they had a weird sewn in elasticated band which I know is going to get all twisted in the wash.
Worse quality than primark and 3x the price. Not impressed and will never order from there again.”
“Won't be ordering again as products are not reliable in terms of quality . I believe I can get better quality items at the same price from a different site or store, making boohoo nothing special.
Delivery experiences have been okay too, so no complaints regarding delivery.
My example is that I ordered a frill sleeve jacket and that was good quality and good value. I then ordered a trench coat and material was cheap and looked okay, but nothing that wowed me. Won't be ordering again.”
“Boohoo delivered the wrong item ordered, when I emailed them to discuss I received an automatic reply stating they would be in contact within 24 hours. 5 days later I had to email again (no option to contact via phone-which is odd) to be told send the incorrect order back and send evidence of this via email then they will send my original order out but I must be quick before it goes out of stock! I have disputed this as, of course I will send incorrect order back, it’s not what I want but when this has happened to my sister with ASOS they have sent her original order straight out and apologised for their error. Customer Service is appalling firstly sending the wrong item, second not responding to original email sent requiring me to chase up 5 days later and thirdly the abruptness of the emails I received back with no apology on their part for a basic packaging error.
Do not buy from boohoo-their customer service is appalling, I am extremely disappointed with my experience.”

“I bought 4 dresses and 2 jumpsuits. Heard the sizing was small so sized up. The jumpsuits are clearly made for midgets as I’m only 5ft3 and I had camel toe! The dresses were shocking, small fit and shorted that the illustration photo, one I got my size 8 friend to try and it fitter her nicely!”
“So frustrating. Boohoo basically had a massive sale on, so I understand it may have been a busy time. However, I ordered my item on the 2nd July of which I then received a confirmation email stating my order will be with me in 5 days time, which should be correct as I chose UK Standard Delivery. Then, on the 5th July I receive an email stating that they are super busy and there are no delays with my order. Fine. Then a day later on the 6th July, I receive an email stating my order will be with me in 6 days time ? I am just very confused with my order.
It's currently Sat 6th July, and no order has been received, I will be getting in contact with Boohoo. Whilst I understand they may be busy, delivery is unreliable so be aware when ordering if you are going to do so.
I have ordered from Boohoo twice before and the items have been of good standard, so it's disappointing that my experience this time is like this. I am hoping my item is of good quality and it's worth the wait, also because I have heard appalling things about the returns service!
Unfortunately I will probably not order off of Boohoo again, as I believe it is a hassle. I will update this review with the quality of my item as soon as my order comes.”
“Awful service and delivery is the worst ever, you pay £3.99 for expected 3-5 days this doesn’t happen so they just tell you they are busy and changing it to 6 days delivery , total joke better shopping with PLT or in the style , miles better”

“I would never order from here again . My item went missing and finally I tracked it to a completely different address. When I got my order completely wrong item . I sent it back refund was given but no postage. I messaged the team and they said sorry no postage to be refunded even though it was there mistake. Worst company I have ever shopped from”
“Delivery not received and the response from Boohoo says everything about the poor unreliable service they offer.
It was returned to the depot, possibly due to a mix up. It has now gone back out. I understand this situation is less than ideal but there's no way for us to get this sped up as it is within the couriers network.
We're not trying to blame the courier as we understand delays can happen and if there was a way for us to get this to you faster we would.
I can assure you these kinds of delays are completely isolated and we will be looking into this, and I am really sorry about this happening but on this occasion we will need to allow longer for this to be delivered.

“This is the furst time i have shopped at boohoo and it will certainly be the last. Standard delivery (which i see as from ordering to my door) is listed as five days. Were currently on day 6 and still no order in sight, or dispatch email for that matter. After contacting customer service, which is also a pain as no simple phone number, i was just told to check back in 24 hours. Risiculous delivery times and ridiculous customer service.”

Ordered a dress for next day delivery as I was attended a wedding the day after. It didn’t arrive after waiting all day for it. Leaving me in the position to have to go looking for another dress late at night. Contact to the company is dreadful, there is no number to call and so you’re left to message them and wait on their response. They refuse a refund for the next day delivery charge even though it hasn’t been achieved and they have acknowledged a problem with the courier. I am told to wait til 9pm the next day.”
“Size 10 was too small, size 12 was massive, returned all 4 items and only got refunded for 2. Had to chase up. Got money back but not for postage. Horrid 1st time experience. Won't ever buy from them again.”
“Made an order last week and was delivered to my door without any problems...... Made a second order a few days later and got an email to say it will be delivered between 5-6pm. Didn't turn up. The got an email to say it's been delayed and now 7-9pm. Didn't turn up. I paid extra for next day. So I emailed and got a response back to say they couldn't find address. Strange...... They delivered here a few days ago with no problems. So I confirm address and was told they would deliver it the next day. Today. NO delivery at all. So I email them again. This time they ignore my emails. So I message on fb and they respond. With the same reply. They can't find address and can I confirm my address. Aaaarrrrrr......ive already done this.
Totally useless company...... Useless delivery company. (Hermes) useless customer service.
I wouldn't order from them again ever.... and I warn others to do the same. I still haunt recieved my item and getting NO where with the company.
