I purchased some clothes a few weeks ago and had to send most of them back because of very poor quality and misrepresented in the photos. Hermes has shown that the package was delivered and signed for, yet Gemma in customer services lies to me to say it’s not been delivered. I am a very sick woman and the stress of chasing up my refund is making me quite ill. Gemma has stopped responding to my emails now I have the proof of delivery. I am considering speaking with online fraud police as my concern for my unreturned money is now growing on an hourly rate.

Returned an item a second time after fitting was bad. There wasn’t an option to select as verbatim so used “didn't suit” as reason for return. CONNOR from customer service firmly declines a full refund. They returned funds for the item but not the delivery. Second time i had to chase after a purchase and this time round , it’s really getting frustrating. I though it was a simple returns process. I’ll be using ASOS next time and urge everyone else aswell if you want to avoid this grief.

If you ever want a refund make sure you don't need the money for close to a month! when amazon can get the money back in my account the same day as they receive the broken item why can't BooHoo? terrible.

My daughter bought a dress from Boohoo for her grandads funeral, when she opened it there was a hole in it, which looked like a scissor cut, firstly an item should not have been sent out like this, I had to repair it the best I could as we was limited for time as the funeral was the next day. Although what’s even worse I emailed Boohoo and they requested photos of the hole which I emailed nearly 2 weeks ago, and I still haven’t heard anything!! Terrible service at such a distressing time anyway, and don’t have the decency to reply or even bother resolving the issue. Absolutely disgusting customer service at anytime but at a time like this. They don’t even deserve one star but it wouldn’t let me leave a review with no stars!!!

Poor quality clothes. Clothes also stink like a garden shed; I shudder to imagine the cleanliness of their warehouse! Return process not clear and no label sent with breakdown of items! Will never use them again!!

I have ordered quite a few things at 25% . Just picked it up today and whilst happy with some of the items, other items are of poorer quality but that I could live with. My issue is no returns ivoice? Plus a damaged dress! What do I do now? Disappointed. Sent an email and now waiting, hopping CS will be able to help. Shame. Not happy!

Order 9 items from here All but 2 were suitable but only refunded me for 4 items so I’m out of pocket for 3 items just seems strange when all was returned in one parcel at the same time Never had a problem until now use to buy off here at least twice a month but not now as this as happend

Such quick service, I use them all the time and delivery is always when it states it will be. I still find it incredible I can order so late at night and it’s here he next day. Also, very easy returns with prompt refunds if needed. Incredible selection of clothes, can’t rate them high enough.

No receipt with order or information regarding returns. Length too long - not indicated in advert. Quality not so good. Will not be buying from boohoo again.

Next day delivery is a joke Next day delivery is a joke! £5.99 is not cheap and parcels never arrive on time. Maybe more fool me, but I have placed two orders this week, the first time using them in years, and now I remember why. Neither of the orders have arrived when they should have. The first was a day late, and the second will probably be around the same. Part of me wishes to blame Hermes BUT I have recently placed an order with InTheStyle, who also use Hermes. The order was placed on the same day as the Boohoo order ( actually three hours later!) and arrived when expected. I believe this is a Boohoo problem and not the delivery company. If you want to contact anyone you have to send an email and wait 24 hours for a response. This mess will require me going to my place of work on my day off and waiting outside until the courier arrives. If you are not in a rush for your products I would possible consider them but not for anything required urgently.

Falsly advertising stonewash coloured jeans in the pictured but then says indigo in small writing.. nothing like in the picture advertising the butt shaper jeans.. LIES!!!! Returned item then tracked my return you received item 2 days later but took you 7 days to tell me you have now received my return then could take another 7 days for me to receive my refund!! DISCUSTING customer service will never be using BOOHOO again

Some of the quality of clothes is awful and so cheap and not worth the money . Some things I’ve ordered are decent but I won’t be buying from here again isawitfrist is way better

I’ve ordered from boohoo quite a few times over the last few years with mixed results. They have lots of nice things at decent prices but often the quality is disappointing. The material sometimes feels thin and scratchy if it’s polyester, so it’s worth checking the material before you buy. Sizing is sometimes a bit off but generally ok. Unfortunately their customer service is not great. I ordered a dress in blue, and they sent me a grey one. I contacted them about and they said to send it back and they would exchange it for the correct colour “subject to stock” I saw online the colour I wanted is now out of stock. This doesn’t seem fair that on me as it’s their mistake! Probably won’t be ordering from them again for a while.

When I contacted customer services I was told there is nothing they could do about it as the order had already gone out. I explained they had broke the law and as they had not refunded the overcarge I would be returning the items. They said I was welcome to do that and ended the conversation with take care have a good day. They would rather not make a sale than rectify their mistake. It is now with Trading Standards.

They have a big assortiment of clothing, but when you try them on, the fit isn't good or the quality is very cheap. One item was faulty already, it had a tear in the fabric. When I wanted to return the whole order, I had to pay for the return shipping costs. Since I don't live in the UK, I had to pay 14(!) euros... Such a waste of money. I am never ordering at Boohoo.com again, and I am cancelling my account once I have my money back.
