“Absolute DISASTER with these people!!!!! I ordered an outfit 26/10/2019, i needed it for 09/11/2019 so i thought i was ordering well in advance for once. I used the standard delivery and after it wasn't with me OR the courier with the 5 days i contact Boohoo for them to tell me 'It'll be here today or tomorrow' 'please be patient', when in fact the parcel had been lost. On 04/11/2019 They said they were going to resend the package using the fastest delivery method which is next day delivery, but it only arrived 07/11/2019. My size 14 bralet was so ill fitting, it wouldn't go over my boobs OR my mums and she wears size 10! I don't even think it would fit a child! And the flares i ordered were so see through they can't be worn in public. I will NEVER order from Boohoo again!!”

“Ordered a dress from here on the 30/10/19 with the expected deliver date being up to 5 days from when the order was placed. Ordered at 5:30 (cut off being 9pm) and received a confirmation stating they deliver from monday-sunday. It is now the 5/11/19 and still not arrived. After receiving an email from hermes on Friday saying it would be with me in Saturday. After waiting in all day still no delivery. Received this same email Saturday Sunday Monday and now today. Contacted Boohoo via email as I need the outfit on Thursday night to which they said there was an issue on Friday meaning it couldn't be delivered on Saturday, fair enough, however it is now Tuesday and still nothing! Boohoo have now told me it is expected Wednesday 6th, 8 days after I placed the order that should have been here in 5 days. The lady I spoke to then had the audacity to say "hope your parcel comes soon, have a fab week"! As I can no afford to wait in all day tomorrow for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago I will now have to go and buy a different outfit and return the one from Boohoo( if it ever arrives). £4 for delivery that doesn't arrive on the expected time is appalling and I will definitely never order from Boohoo again.”

Ordered 2 coats, both size 14, one of them was ok the other one is like size 18 (someone else would fit in with me), so try to send it back with royalmail(tried about 3 times) they had issues so code never worked. Told me to take it to hermes(wich is not in my area) nearly 3 weeks ago, its say its on the way, never got an email about receving or anything. so try coustumer service and all what she said 3 times is not the correct order number which I copied from my email. now emailed again. I want my money back right now, specially I paid 4pound for delivery over 100pound order and cant even get a return!!! really annoyed never order again!!!!!!”
“I have always loved Boohoo and never had any issues with their service.
However, I placed an order with next day delivery yesterday and my package has not arrived today. I contacted the customer service team on WhatsApp to ask for a refund (for the delivery)and was told to wait 24 hours and if my order hadn't arrived they would refund me. Hahah, the cheek of them. Next day is next day. No exceptions.
I then had to go back and fourth with the customer service assistant to convince her to refund my money.

“I wear a size 8, but their size 8 is about a size 12. Ordered size 8 cargo pants and the waist is about 34!! The hip size is also massive! However, they are not really cargo pants as there are no side pockets and only one on the leg. Be great if I were pregnant. Appalling quality! The customer adviser I spoke to was lovely, however, and very helpful.”

“I made an order on a Monday, paid for next day delivery. My order never turned up. I spoke to Boohoo who assured me the order would be with by the Wednesday. By Thursday my order still hadn't turned up. They told me to give it until the 2nd of November (11 days from when I placed the order). I then asked for a refund instead which they told me no I still had to wait till the 2nd of November.
I can't believe a company would be so quick to take your money and then not value your custom. Refused a refund and no replacement order. This is not the first time I have had delivery problems with Boohoo”
“Not impressed at all with boohoo. After my last order order I will be closing my account. Had the worst customer service experience and considering its a competitive market I'll take my business elsewhere and spend my monies with companies that take accountability for their mistakes and respond to queries. I placed an order for next day click and collect. The expected delivery was Friday. I tracked the order on Friday and saw a message that had been a delay. Upon contacting customer service on Twitter, I was told my order had been misrouted to an incorrect depot and would be another 24 hours from the time stated on the tracking. More than 24 hours later I was still seeing the same message with no update or email to tell me what's going on or an apology for the delay. I spent over 6 hours trying to resolve this on Twitter who said it was actually 72 hours not 24. This was a Boohoo error with sending my order to the wrong place caused a delay and the order wasn't delivered at the specified time. It took another 4 days for the order to arrive. Again no apology or communication. I sent through a formal complaint as SLAs say 24 hours for a response, a week later I had to chase up and got a frustrating response asking if I'd collected the order and that they'd be passing on the details so this doesnt happen in the future. Again not even a sorry or acknowledging my complaint. Never again and if families or friends are thinking of using Boohoo I'll tell them to steer clear because this was a complete shambles.”

“Placed an order as an emergency on Thursday night and selected precise delivery for Saturday, my items arrives Sunday meaning I had to go out on Saturday and buy something else spending extra money. I understand things can go wrong and this ma have been DPD's fault but I got in touch with boohoo to advise because of this I no longer need the item and as I paid an additional £5.99 for my parcel to arrive a specific day and it didn't I expect the delivery charge to be refunded to which they have refused. They Also stated I chose precise delivery meaning the parcel would be with me within a window of 4 days? I selected a specific date, I had confirmation I will get my parcel within a specific date. I think the staff fail to understand what nominated day delivery is????? rubbish customer service. Won't bother ordering from here again. Clothes are always low quality anyway and I only decided to shop here as I was desperate for something last minute which never turned up on time!!!!!!”

“I ordered for the first time from boohoo, only for them to send me the wrong sized clothing, which I then returned immediately thinking they would send me the correct size instead but they proceeded to give me a refund just for the clothing item and said I would need to order the item again and pay for delivery once again to get the item that they messed up in the first place. So if you have money to waste then go for it but if not then it's not worth it.
Will never be ordering from them again, terrible customer service and would not recommend to anyone.”
“I just placed my third order, this site is great! I was skeptical at first and placed small order thru paypal and clothing was really well made and stitching and fit beyond what I was expecting. I got updates on tracking and so I placed a second order. It was quality again but one item I ordered wrong and was surprised how easy and free the return was. I'm in USA and I think they are UK and as soon as I dropped return outfit off at UPS, I got email that I was refunded, so what do I do - order for a third time. They have great sales and shipping overseas at great prices, I don't know how they do it, I am just glad I discovered them. I keep ordering for my teen son who is thin at 5"7 and for those looking for sizing tips the XS fits him great with room and length. They have sizing chart with recommendations and it was spot on. It is easier to shop this site than in person and I can't find this style , selection , easy service and prices . Very happy experience , will continue to buy from them. My son is super picky and clothing has to be comfortable and stylish.”
