BOOHOO is great value - prices are on a par with Primark, but quality better and you get something more unusual. Although it's young fashion (a lot of bodycon), there is plenty of wearable stuff suitable for work. Shoes are particularly good too. Delivery has normally been pretty reliable. It is a bit annoying when an item is cancelled, but have always found refunds are made. BOOHOO clothes won't break the bank and if you're looking for an uplifting retail fix,would recommend.

I've ordered from boohoo twice now and have been 100% satisfied with the clothe quality and delivery time. I returned one product due to size and the returns service was easy and extremely quick. I would definitely recommend this online store to anyone thinking of purchasing from it.

This company doesn't even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give it. I paid for next day delivery and am still awaiting my parcel 5 days later and am told it will probably be another 3 days. The tracking system is pointless and updates with false information, such as "did not deliver- address query". There are no phone numbers and even when asked for them to contact me via telephone, they refuse and use email or Facebook. Emails come once a day if I'm lucky so nothing is done there. Facebook us slightly better but no one has any answers. The best they could do with all my troubles is give me a 20% discount on my next purchase (as if I would be ordering from them again).

No customer service whatsoever. They demand you to contact them through the extremely unprofessional media of Facebook and Twitter. There is no phone number for them or their courier company Hermes - indeed staff at Boohoo cannot even phone their courier company to query missing orders, they email and wait up to 48 hours for a response (again very unprofessional) as the customer Hermes the courier will not deal with you, you have to go through Boohoo to contact Hermes. They only have access to the same parcel tracker you have access to so they stupidly parrot this information at you via Facebook or Twitter (very foolish if you have messaged to say the tracker has changed status falsely - why? And they repeat the tracker information at you.) They are dishonest when dealing with you, making contradictory statements regarding delivery and proof of delivery. They are rude, ignore your queries and requests and simply state tracking information - at one point sending me a link to view the tracking information that I was already privy to. I have ordered 3 times. The first was the same as this, the last ever time, the next day delivery failed to show despite sitting waiting for hoooooouuuuurrrsss. It took 2 days to sort that out and I vowed, never again. Foolishly I thought 4 years later, maybe they have sorted out their issue with substandard staff and procedures. I ordered a white shirt and a maxi dress (kept it cheap so wouldnt be out of pocket by too much because of these robbing clown's) arrived next day no problem. Shirt is lovely. Dress is cheap crap, poorly cut and poorly hemmed. But feeling confident I ordered an outfit for my Birthday night out. £4.99 next day delivery. Waited from 8am till 1pm when the tracker inexplicably changed to delivery failed rearranged for Monday. Spent from 1pm to 2pm finding out how to contact this outrageous company. Once I realised it was actually only twitter or Facebook I was even more annoyed. Then spent 3 hours arguing with whatever troll they have manning facebook. He or she ignored every query and request I made. He or she parrotted the tracker like a religious fanatic. Until after 2 hours they grudgingly offered to refund my 4.99 - like it was even disputed that I expected it back. For another hour I argued on whether that was or was not a goodwill gesture (it's not as per ecommerce rules - they guaranteed delivery and failed to adhere to that) appalling customer services, appalling procedures regarding courier communication and the most dysfunctional dishonest staff I have had the misfortune of ever dealing with. It was literally the crappiest day because of the people this company chose to employ and put in the public domain. Please, please save yourself the trouble, there are hundreds of these types of fashion clothes retailers, go to any one of them. This place should be dealt with and made to adhere to acceptable guidelines.

Order some clothes 2 days ago was suppose to deliver to a commercial address today. I work from 9-5 boohoo deliver till 9pm I have stated that I do finish at 5pm none of the member replied to my emailed or helped my out. for a respond I had to contact them via Twitter. ladies who "tried to help" who do not help at all; all they do is check the tracking number which is basically the same thing what I can do and I don't get paid for but anyways. Non of them helped me at all I've spend over £160 and for me to pay for delivery 4.99 next day and not receive it is just annoying especially know it's all birthday present clothes. Never came across such a bad service. Funniest thing is that they said they will leave it outside in a safe place !! It's a joke if that packages gets lots let's see what money I will get back. Never again I will plan to order from. They hVe terrible transport company who does not care about their customer one bit. I forgot to mention that the girl I spoke to said I never mentioned my 'company name' as it is a unit which belong to both companies it's very confusing so I have decide to put unit number and she told me there was an attempt deliver at 16:48 and I waited in the rains for 1 hour there was no one there not only they provide vs device but lie in my face. They might have nice clothes but for me if u don't know how to treat ur customer you shouldn't be in a buissnes like that! Wouldn't recommend anyone hVe a look how many unhappy customer that hVe on their Twitter then maybe they will sort it out when they loose some customer and provide better services. Let's see what happens

Purchased through boohoo ebay site.The clothing i ordered came .....eventually. The quality was very poor. So i left negative comments. Was emailed by customer service asking me to change my comments and offered me a refund. I am still waiting for the refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Paid for next day delivery and waited in all day for nothing! Poor customer services as options are a contact form which they can take up to 24 hours to respond too!! Poor! No customer service telephone number. Won't be ordering again! This is before I've even got my order

Placed a big order, paid for next day delivery to my work address and it did not show up! I then tracked my order and was told my parcel was damaged. Rang boohoo and got told there was nothing I could do as I was awaiting an email back from their customer service team - I then received a snotty email back saying I was out when the order arrived!! (I had it ordered to work because I was There)! To get answers, I had to make a twitter account to get a quick response!! The girl that replied to me on twitter was very helpful and re-ordered my order for next day delivery. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!

Poor delivery service. Every time I order I have to chase the order. Poor service regarding replying to my emails. Customer service as a whole is poor. I give boohoo benefit of the doubt every time I order. Only because my mum wants to order but they seem to disappoint every time.

Customer service is absolutely terrible!! My order failed and didn't turn up though my money was still taken. I was not notified of this failure and there was no customer service telephone line what so ever to sort this out. Only twitter or Facebook. I had to wait 48 hours to hear back from them (which did not include any kind of apology) and my package was already 4 days overdue. I STILL haven't received my order and now it's apparently my responsibility as it has been despatched. To rearrange delivery through them would delay delivery a further 72 hours. I will never bother with this company again. Far more trouble than it's worth.

Incapable of providing a service they advertise - this is the third time that I have paid for next day delivery and it has not arrived. Their customer service is appalling - a shame because their clothes are nice once they arrive. Will not be ordering again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Firstly they had charged me wrong, when i tried to contact them via email about this, they did not respond. 7 days after ordering i received my delivery - well not all of it! I wondered how all my items had fit in such a small delivery bag! Upon opening the delivery bag i discovered only one item in the bag! I thought i may had made a mistake ordering, i checked the delivery note inside the bag - and that stated all the 6 items of clothing that should have been delivered! Now, trying to get hold of boohoo.com is mostly impossible. No contact number to phone them, the only way of getting in touch is via email (which they don't respond too), and via twitter (how professional). I have had to open up a dispute with paypal to try and get a refund as i am getting no where with Boohoo.com. Please don't waste your time ordering from this company.

Second time ordering items from boohoo most def. will not be a third. Went to track my order reading goes! look around your property where despatch may have left it, other one is to ask around my neighbours for who may have collected on my behalf. Too much work!!! especially after you arrive home after a full day job, couldn't the despatch just have left a note through my door informing me of where they may have left it.!!!! Gods knows where my order could be. Maybe it was thrown out with the trash, because the bin men mistook it as rubbish. Had to say goodbye to £33 pounds

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS BEFORE THEY FINALLY ISSUED A REFUND ON AN ITEM. AND IT WAS ONLY PARTIALLY REFUNDED IN THE END. PRIOR TO THAT HAD AN ITEM GO MISSING. AND BEEN SENT OTHER PEOPLES INVOICES IN MY PARCEL WITH CONFIDENTIAL INFO INSIDE!

when I returned a few items, they said it would take 7-10 to get back to them and then I would have to wait 30 days for my money back. I sent my item back on the 29th on April and it's now the 24th of May and I still haven't got my money back.

Please dont bother shopping from boohoo... JUST DONT! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered 3 dresses, they sent the WRONG ORDER, i was kind enough to go out of my way and return it to the post office, they told me that they will send me the right order which i waited for but didn't receive, i emailed them a week later to ask where it was, then they informed me that it was out of stock and i should choose something else, which i did (i am a very patient person), another week goes by, i email them and they replied saying the items i chose once again are out of stock and THEY ACTUALLY OFFERED TO REFUND ME BACK! i accepted their offer so why am i still waiting for a refund nearly 4weeks down the line? £40 is not pennies!!! I see that they have their workers on here leaving 'Good reviews' - IT IS A LIE!! You will be frustrated dealing with them, absolutely frustrated!! THEY ARE THE SUM OF EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH INTERNET SHOPPING.

I have placed an order yesterday and was told I will get my parcel today, but this never happened and when I try to find out on Boohoo website it is showing that it will not be delivered until Sunday next week which is 8 days from the day I made the order. I am very unhappy with their service and I really dont advice anyone to shop online with them
