Used there free returns label only to have the item sent back to me saying "no such address" I contacted Boohoo they offered to pay the postage, scanned the receipt to them and they decided not to refund me the full amount! Now been waiting well over a month for a refund on the item.”

Hermes website shows that it has been attempted to deliver but as I mentioned I was home all day. No contact card or a slip or anything that would prove or let me respond is left. “I ordered from Boohoo a pair of overalls. When i received my order confirmation, i saw that rather than it being a size 6 the order was in a size 10. I thought i must have made the mistake of putting the wrong size. Customer Service told me they could not cancel my order and that i would have to wait for it to arrive and return it. I ordered the same item again (as i planned to wear them somewhere) and was sure to click the right size as i did not want the same mistake of having the wrong size. When i received my email confirmation, it AGAIN said a size 10. This time i knew i picked the right size the first time but that Boohoo's computer system screwed up and changed my size twice! Now i am stuck with two items of the wrong size and have to wait 21 days for a return. It is not worth even ordering from this site!”

They took so long to reply to my emails (48-72 hours each email) and kept ignoring crucial parts of the emails. They would tell me they "couldn't help and were sorry"! All for a mistake THEY made that not only duplicated my order, but sent the wrong colors, sizes, as well as had a few items missing! Then they expected me to pay for return shipping!! Who does that??!!”
“I really love this company. i have bought from them numerous times. Their clothes are good and arrive in a timely manner (except for express shipping when you actually need it lol)
I spent hundreds of dollars with them yet again and the next day everything went on sale. I know that i wasnt actually entitled to anything but I have spent $1000 with them in less than a year. Customer service were rude, uncaring and often copied and pasted their replies. I asked to speak with a manager honestly about 10 times, there was no sense of urgency or care. Finally, the manager got back to me, cancelled my current order and allowed me to buy at todays cheaper price. A really simple ask and a really simple fix.
Customer service had basically told me that they dont care how much I spend in their store, coming from a customer service background myself it was really upsetting they really didnt care to help me at all.
I love boohoo and their clothes but after being treated the way i was by customer service (no the manager- she was great) I cannot continue to shop from this store.
Boohoo need to value customer service and the life long value of a customer. They have lost a customer who spends on average about $1000 per year. In the grand scheme of things that isnt much, but if customer service keeps treating people this way there will be alot of customers no longer returning and they will eventually feel the difference.
My advice to boohoo, please value customer service and train your staff.”

I had my eye on a few things for ages and I ordered a skirt and top on Wednesday for my school graduation on Friday and I payed 1.99 for next day delivery and it arrived perfectly. I got both in size 8 and they both fit great!! I love the fabrics and it's super comfy! Great buy! Next day delivery was perfect xxx”
“I ordered a top from boohoo and when I washed it the first time the top frayed in parts and was unable to wear it. I emailed boohoo customer service who got back to me later that day and informed me they would send me out another top free of charge on next day delivery. Great customer service very impressed!

“I am very disappointed with the service boohoo have provided me with, I would not even reward them with 1 star if I had the option to do so. I placed an order on Sunday at approximately 11.30am and relied on next day delivery as the delivery details on their website lead me to believe that my order would arrive by Monday. After complaining multiple times to the boohoo customer services team on twitter, I received my order on Tuesday to find that the dress I ordered was completely see through!!! It appears to look completely different in real life than online, which I find very deceiving and misleading. I also find that it is very poor quality in relation to the price I payed. I have contacted boohoo in regards to returning the item and I am again quite disappointed that I am not provided with a returns slip, and have to print one myself and I am also annoyed with the fact that my money may not be returned until 21 days time! Very unimpressed!”
“I placed a large order with boohoo.com on March 7th (27166699) and it arrived March 15th. Nothing I ordered fit, so I paid for the large order to be returned to their return center in Georgia. When I never heard anything for a few weeks I contacted their customer service and they responded quickly and explained the 21 days because of the UK return center. Once those 21 days had passed I tracked my return and saw that it had arrived in GA on March 30th. They again stated that it takes time to arrive in the UK, fine. When I began to contact them again about they explained I needed to provide proof of shipment and send them all the items from my order. Also, they always responded within the 24 hours that an automatic email states when you contact their customer service. But when I asked for a copy of my packing slip and their Georgia return center contact information on May 5th, no one responded to me. So I contacted Panther Parcels who confirmed that my return did arrive on March 30th and that BooHoo's UK center received an alert about my return being sent to them by Plane. I was then told by the Panther representative that it arrived to their UK warehouse on May 7th. I contacted them AGAIN on May 9th with all this information and the confirmation info I was given by Panther and I still have heard nothing back. I will just keep trying to reach out until someone from their customer service has the respect to respond back to all of the information I've given them. Extremely disappointing customer service, especially finding out they got alerted about my return and they still couldn't reach out to me even though we've been in contact since March.”

“I purchased some tips from boohoo on a monday in time to get next day delivery. It did not arrive on the Tuesday so I complained they said they tried to access but couldnot. My delivery address was my work address I have used boohoo plenty of times before and have previously had the same problem once. Although I had a delivery about 2 weeks previous to this from boohoo to the same address and it came fine with no problems during the day like u expect a delivery to turn up. Boohoo claim that it says when u purchase to allow up to 9 at night for your delivery. I cous only find this info on there website when u select evening delivery from having ordered in the evening which I did not! They use hermes as a delivery company. There are no ways of calling either company at all. The only way to deal with them is through email which boohoo can take up to 24 hours to reply to. I found them on Facebook and could msg them on there so I did and all they could tell me was the same thing hermes tracking details told me that they will re attempt. No card was left on any occasion that said they tried to deliver. They give u no option on boohoo website to leave a number for a delivery driver to call. The service is rubbish. They can't even contact there delivery drivers directly. So it's no Thursday and I still haven't received my items that were meant to arrive on Tuesday. I needed them for a night out 2mro and now I have to re think my outfit. I don't belive that hermes attempted to deliver my parcel at all. Usually they turn up about mid day not 8 at night. And if they do they should leave a card like the postman would or leave with a neighbour. I'm extremely unhappy with both boohoo and hermes services and won't be purchasing from them again. I think boohoo definitely need to change there delivery company because 68% of reviews on here are bad which says something in my opinion. I'm fuming.”

“Have received my order, two of the items were faulty when I went to send them back there was no returns label in the packaged. Have since realised that you need to down load a returns label, with no printer and after contacting customer service I will now have to drive to a friends to use hers! Why make the convenience of online shopping so difficult?!! For what reason other than to make life difficult would you change your policy and not put a returns label in?

“My item hasnt come still after waiting nearly two weeks. Supposedly Hermes say that the item was damaged which is a load of rubbish got in touch with Hermes they told me i have to contact Boohoo.
Contacted Boohoo who cant answer the reason i didnt get my item and just keep asking do i want a refund. NO I WANT THE ITEMS I HAVE PAID FOR!!!.
