Purchased through boohoo ebay site.The clothing i ordered came .....eventually. The quality was very poor. So i left negative comments. Was emailed by customer service asking me to change my comments and offered me a refund. I am still waiting for the refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Paid for next day delivery and waited in all day for nothing! Poor customer services as options are a contact form which they can take up to 24 hours to respond too!! Poor! No customer service telephone number. Won't be ordering again! This is before I've even got my order

Placed a big order, paid for next day delivery to my work address and it did not show up! I then tracked my order and was told my parcel was damaged. Rang boohoo and got told there was nothing I could do as I was awaiting an email back from their customer service team - I then received a snotty email back saying I was out when the order arrived!! (I had it ordered to work because I was There)! To get answers, I had to make a twitter account to get a quick response!! The girl that replied to me on twitter was very helpful and re-ordered my order for next day delivery. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!

Poor delivery service. Every time I order I have to chase the order. Poor service regarding replying to my emails. Customer service as a whole is poor. I give boohoo benefit of the doubt every time I order. Only because my mum wants to order but they seem to disappoint every time.

Customer service is absolutely terrible!! My order failed and didn't turn up though my money was still taken. I was not notified of this failure and there was no customer service telephone line what so ever to sort this out. Only twitter or Facebook. I had to wait 48 hours to hear back from them (which did not include any kind of apology) and my package was already 4 days overdue. I STILL haven't received my order and now it's apparently my responsibility as it has been despatched. To rearrange delivery through them would delay delivery a further 72 hours. I will never bother with this company again. Far more trouble than it's worth.

Incapable of providing a service they advertise - this is the third time that I have paid for next day delivery and it has not arrived. Their customer service is appalling - a shame because their clothes are nice once they arrive. Will not be ordering again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Firstly they had charged me wrong, when i tried to contact them via email about this, they did not respond. 7 days after ordering i received my delivery - well not all of it! I wondered how all my items had fit in such a small delivery bag! Upon opening the delivery bag i discovered only one item in the bag! I thought i may had made a mistake ordering, i checked the delivery note inside the bag - and that stated all the 6 items of clothing that should have been delivered! Now, trying to get hold of boohoo.com is mostly impossible. No contact number to phone them, the only way of getting in touch is via email (which they don't respond too), and via twitter (how professional). I have had to open up a dispute with paypal to try and get a refund as i am getting no where with Boohoo.com. Please don't waste your time ordering from this company.

Second time ordering items from boohoo most def. will not be a third. Went to track my order reading goes! look around your property where despatch may have left it, other one is to ask around my neighbours for who may have collected on my behalf. Too much work!!! especially after you arrive home after a full day job, couldn't the despatch just have left a note through my door informing me of where they may have left it.!!!! Gods knows where my order could be. Maybe it was thrown out with the trash, because the bin men mistook it as rubbish. Had to say goodbye to £33 pounds

Bit gutted about the order I received. Usually the best service but this time 2 of my dresses arrived with holes in the side. Disappointed as usually boohoo are on pint.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS BEFORE THEY FINALLY ISSUED A REFUND ON AN ITEM. AND IT WAS ONLY PARTIALLY REFUNDED IN THE END. PRIOR TO THAT HAD AN ITEM GO MISSING. AND BEEN SENT OTHER PEOPLES INVOICES IN MY PARCEL WITH CONFIDENTIAL INFO INSIDE!

when I returned a few items, they said it would take 7-10 to get back to them and then I would have to wait 30 days for my money back. I sent my item back on the 29th on April and it's now the 24th of May and I still haven't got my money back.

Please dont bother shopping from boohoo... JUST DONT! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered 3 dresses, they sent the WRONG ORDER, i was kind enough to go out of my way and return it to the post office, they told me that they will send me the right order which i waited for but didn't receive, i emailed them a week later to ask where it was, then they informed me that it was out of stock and i should choose something else, which i did (i am a very patient person), another week goes by, i email them and they replied saying the items i chose once again are out of stock and THEY ACTUALLY OFFERED TO REFUND ME BACK! i accepted their offer so why am i still waiting for a refund nearly 4weeks down the line? £40 is not pennies!!! I see that they have their workers on here leaving 'Good reviews' - IT IS A LIE!! You will be frustrated dealing with them, absolutely frustrated!! THEY ARE THE SUM OF EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH INTERNET SHOPPING.

I have placed an order yesterday and was told I will get my parcel today, but this never happened and when I try to find out on Boohoo website it is showing that it will not be delivered until Sunday next week which is 8 days from the day I made the order. I am very unhappy with their service and I really dont advice anyone to shop online with them

Never ever shop at Boohoo! It is the worst retailer ever. I have been shopping online more than 7 years and everything was just fine until I ran into this awful site with the worst customer care. I placed my order on 1/04/2015, on 4/04/2015 I got the tracking number and saw that my parcel was dispatched. As a matter of fact, I paid for express delivery. It has been more than 3 weeks since I paid my order. It is still stated "in transit". As you see, I haven't got my order yet. I contacted customs support for them to search my parcel but they just copy and paste the same information: "I am sorry but delays do take place" or something like that. I asked Boohoo support team for refund me but up to now...no actions, just nothing. It is unbelievable. It looks like fraud. Very disappointed.

Furious at this pathetic excuse of a company. The sizing is terrible, I ordered a co-ord set in a size 14 when it came I couldn't even get the skirt over my calves neither the top over my arms. My mother is a size 6-8 yet this fitted her but was still extremely tight and uncomfortable I imediantly sent it back for a refund. I paid £7 for this In the sale and extra £3.99 for STANDARD delivery and only got £6.20 back?! Second time I ordered a jumpsuit for an occasion I have sent it back finally 1 1/2 week after sending it in still no refund, I contacted them and they told me not to worry as it can take 2 weeks to receive it but I finally got an email telling me my refund will be with me in 3-5 days, it has now been nearly 6 and still no refund. Never again will I shop here, always pathetic.

I got screw over by boohoo. I order a dress on march 16 @9:49 p.m. They enter the day of purchase as march 17 i was like fine that's nothing. I paid $15 dollars for 2 days shipping, so im guessing from the 17 to 19 is two days guess what nop. For this people two days from the 17 is the 23rd which if they know how to add is 7 business days are u serious. I contacted them over and over, they kept giving a lame answer so i'm going to make sure that i write my experience of shopping with this people everywhere. Because isnt fair for a company to get paid for a service that they just don't have. I always order from nastygal, forever, asos and CR they reliable. But this boohoo store is just the worst and you cant even contact them by phone. My last time shopping in this place. The wirst most annoying experience. If could give them -0 star i would.

Screwed over for the second time by boohoo, refuses me refund because of their mistake. Where do I begin? I used to be a loyal, very very regular costumer at boohos, we're talking every single month I would order atleast something from the website. I always leave good reviews when I receive good service. And so I did, I was a good costumer who had spent alot of money at their site and kept writing good reviews for them. However, it all changed this new year when they messed up my new years dress and I had to be in contact with them for over a month. They don't have a direct line so you can't call them and talk to them directly so you have to send them an email. Which they are so SLOW with replying with, it takes atleast a day to reply, and when it's very crucial, it's highly annoying. So here's my story, the second time they messed me over. (Silly me for ordering with them again after last time, but thought I would give them one last chance) I ordered a top, skirt and a bracelet, so a whole outfit for my birthday party. When the items arrived, everything was fine, except for that the top was ripped in the middle(?!) It was a cross over crop top so it looked exactly like someone had tried it on (because you need to jump through the fabric crosses that goes around your front and then back) and accidentally ripped it. HOWEVER, this is now a boken item that someone supposedly has returned back to them, it's IMPOSSIBLE for this to happen whilst being in the package over to my house. WHICH MEANS, they have sent out an item, to a costumer, knowing it was broken but thought you as a costumer wouldn't mind. So I sent them a email with a picture of the broken item that I want to return this but I want to have another size because god it looked small. Without properly reading through the email I sent them, they send out ANOTHER shirt, SAME size as before, which I didn't want and which I made clear to them from the beginning that I didn't want the same one back. So now there's an item they have sent out, on the way to me, without my permission. Which means that I am gonna have to go all the way to the postoffice AGAIN ( I live quite far away from our local post office) Because they can't read their emails properly? THIS here, that could've been so simple, has taken me a whole MONTH to communicate with them because they never get back to you until days after. So my birthday outfit was now out the window because they took this long to reply & because they don't read their emails properly before making rational decisions. Anyway, so I am STILL waiting for my refund, TWO months later. No word from them at all, I kept emailing and they said that the faulty item was in their warehouse and that they were checking up on it. And FINALLY, some girl replies and says that they can't give me a refund till they have received the other item they sent me. Well hang on I said, I didn't even ask for that item, YOU guys sent it to me WITHOUT my permission. I don't have time to go back and forth to the post office because of their mistakes. And you would think, that after all this, the LEAST they could do is to let me have that one as a I am sorry gift. They had NO explanations on why they would send out a ripped shirt to a costumer either. I won't get a refund back because I don't have time to run back and forth for them. It's embarrassing, especially when you are such a loyal costumer and they treat you like this. Worst is, we're not talking much money here, we're talking £12!!! Which makes it very cheap on their side. I want the refund because of the principle, they ruined my birthday outfit and had me being angry for this long so yes, I want my refund because of the way they have completely blanked me and having using 25 different workers to answer their costumer service email so you have to drag the whole story over again to the next person that's gonna reply because it's never the same person replying. It's so frustrating!! I suggest you shop somewhere else, a company that does this twice to a regular who has spent so much money there, without a REAL apology, doesn't deserve your money. Absolute joke!!

Royal mail did not leave a delivery card for me, but my tracking said that I was carded. I didnt know if the clothes were with a neighbour or in the depot office, so contacted boohoo via facebook. This is at 7pm on a saturday night. They replied within 3 minutes telling me where my order was, the reference number and an apology. Always been impressed but this was exceptional. Leading brands could learn a thing or 2. Outstanding.
