The worest company ever! They are scummers I spent 200$ and I never received my order or a refund?! The worest experience of my life! I want my money back! Why donโ€™t they have a phone number to contact this is so shady

Similar to reviews below, I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/10 and have not received it. When I try to track the order through their tracking system (TRAKPAK) and FedEx, it seems to be stuck in Jamaica since 12/17. FedEx has no record of initiating shipment in the US. The BooHooMan website has no phone number and makes it very difficult to even send an email. I have no idea about the quality of the merchandise because I have not received anything. If it arrives, I will update my review.

I ordered Christmas gifts on Dec 8th for delivery within 7-10 business days. No delivery. No response via โ€œcontact usโ€. No telephone number. FedEx says the order hasnโ€™t even been dispatched. Is this company a scam?

I ordered a jogging suit and a pair of socks on December the 1st and today is December the 22nd 3 days before Christmas and my order hasnโ€™t came yet! I text the Instagram page @boohoomanoffical and they responded with a text saying โ€œ The time-frame we have provided is just a date to look to in which if the tracking doesn't update we can refund or resend then- but don't worry we expect this to be delivered before then! I understand that this is not ideal and we are doing our best to get this sorted for you. In the small number of parcels that are delayed, the vast majority of these still get delivered to our customers. We have a certain window time period that has been agreed with the courier for them to complete investigations on any parcel that does not have a tracking update, or where the tracking does not update from one point to another. Once that window has passed then they have no choice but to allow a claim for the loss of a parcel. Rest assured that if you do not receive your package by this date, we will make sure that we resolve it on the day for you. -Hinaโ€œ they wonโ€™t refund me my money and I have to wait until January 4th which is 1 month and 3 days after my order date this is ridiculous not only that my tracking number does not work and it says my package has been in jamacia sense the 10th of December

Decent clothes but TERRIBLE company and customer service. I ordered 2 hoodies sweatpants and a t shirt. I waited over a month and nothing showed up. I checked tracking which never switched from pending. I Attempted to contact the company and I got a response 3 days later. When I said what had happened they told me they wouldnโ€™t be willing to refund me or give me site credit. Instead they told me to file a police report. I spent about 80$ on everything which never showed up. I also paid for faster shipping which didnโ€™t end up mattering. Fast forward 2 1/2 months later I get one package with a hoodie after I contacted them and told them I did not want the clothing only my money back at this point. I took my loss and didnโ€™t report it and maybe I should have. No customer should ever have to take a loss and lose their hard earned money because of trash customer service. I would 100% never recommend this company to anyone at all. Unless they have a complete 360 change. Boohooman, at this point itโ€™s been 7 months. I have you the tracking you told me to file a police report. I suggest you guys start getting your stuff together and help some of these people out instead of scamming all your customers. THANK YOU, for absolutely nothing.

Itโ€™s been far over a month and still have received my package, if you order from website then expect for shipping delays and even your package getting lost. Every time I order from this website thereโ€™s always something that goes wrong with shipping!!!

This might just be the worst shopping experience. No active way to contact them, WhatsApp really๐Ÿ˜ก placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 2weeks, itโ€™s been more than that and FedEx said the order never got to them. They just create a log with FedEx but do not ship any product. I feel so stupid to have ordered without reading the reviews. Yโ€™all shouldnโ€™t think of getting anything for them.

I haven't given my gift to my family member yet so i cant speak on material, but i can speak on the customer service. Totally unprofessional. You guys use messenger as away of contact. What are we friends or something? Why does it take like 30 mins just to shoot a text back through messenger? Why does it taje 48 hours to get a response through email? How dont you guys have a phone number that strictly deals with customer issues? Alot of other companies have that. I know we are in the digital age but sometimes its good to do things through phone calls because there are certain things that cant be solved over the internet. No soild answers about my package. If i was talking on the phone it would have gotten solved

Simple order placed 29/11, paid extra for next day delivery. Nothing arrived, so I left it a while as I understand it was Black Friday and deliveries could be late. I get in touch with their customer services who asked me to wait until the 6th, and then they could action something. In the meantime, they soooo graciously refunded the ยฃ1 upgrade for delivery. I reasonably waited until the 7th, only to once again be fobbed off and told to wait until the 11th and there is nothing they can do. On the 11th, they let me know most of my original order was now out of stock because I'd had to wait so long for a resolution, and they finally decided to ship the last piece, with no refund on shipping. Considering this is my first order, this is absolutely atrocious service, way to show off your company, obviously you don't plan for repeat business. I will be actively discouraging people from placing orders with yourself, and I will never again be placing one myself.

Scam, its wish with a fancy website. The items sold are not the ones in the picture. And they lie through customer service to try explain why they sell false advertised products and then ignore you when you call them out. Look for them to be shut down soon and rebranded as something else

This online seller company is totally a scum. After receiving your money they give a tracking number that never exist. It will only show you delivery by FedEx is pending, meaning they haven't received any shipment item from this company. They have no tel, email or whatever to contact them. I am in discussion with my lawyers thus we may take legal action for fraud. Please don't be fooled and try to order any product that you will never receive.
