“Well the shipping was actually faster than a lot of domestic shipments that I've received. The two pair of white skinny jeans were perfect even though I'm not a big fan of button fly. My concern lies with an email offer that I received for 50% off that I could not apply at checkout. I had a pretty quick response from them telling me that I couldn't use it on any sale items...but go to their website and EVERYTHING is on sale ALL of the time. So they sent me a misleading offer that could NEVER be used.”

“Purchased 8 items returning 4 as 2 are too small and other 2 are really bad quality materials, you get better quality clothing at Target for cheaper. Smh”

“If your from the US and want your items in a timely manner, I would advise you PASS on ordering from here. My wife and I have each placed an order from here, her order came 3 weeks later than the expected delivery date and she had to reach out to customer service before they seemed to “try to rush” the delivery - Then there’s my order that’s now going on a month late and when I just now reached out for the second time since my FedEx tracking link still said “Label created: delivery date pending” I was told now my items are lost and they can’t replace them, but they will issue a refund. I was skeptical ordering from this company as it was outside the U.S. and they proved my instincts right. Decent communication with customer service about the status of my package as they were quick and responsive, however shipments out of the country for them (Located in GB) seem to be a BIG problem and take close to a month to receive.”

“I have read all the bad reviews, but my order was totally fine. Ordered three t shirts and four tank tops for the gym. All exactly as described. Not bad quality at all for such a low price. All the sizes they advertised. I have another package coming, but so far absolutely no problems.”

“Look i read a lot of reviews bashing them and saying that all good reviews were made by the company but i gotta say i’m pleased with my order i got it in 2 weeks 7 days earlier than expected and the thing is i literally tried to refund the order after i read so many negative reviews bc i was scared my money was going to be lost and also the only problem i have with the company is the communication system, refunds, and they just need a customer service number. orders should be able to be cancelled and refunded 3 mins after but all in all i’m pleased”

“Customer service is shocking. They swap who responds to you on purpose so you have to explain each time to each person for each email you send... Ridiculous. Don't buy from them because firstly their items are not as advertised then when you ask them why? they are not sure what comes with what. The website is full of faqs on returns and refunds this should of been enough to put me off. I rarely buy anything but this item was for a special occasion and I regret giving them any of my money. I am still waiting for a refund after having proof they received my returned item weeks and weeks ago. Do Not Buy anything from Boohooman!!”

“Paid £10 for next day delivery and it took 3 days to arrive, customer service not done anything to compensate for it and i’ve since had loads of emails offering ‘free next day delivery and 30% off’, not fair that i’ve been conned to pay delivery.”

“Please a order for 5-6 shipping. Notice no motive on the tracking and revived this noticed their now requesting me to wait a month for my order. When I paid expressed shipping. Still haven’t received order. Order at your own risk. Smh”

“This company has failed to deliver! Customer care has been challenging to communicate with, constant excusing of their courier services when the package has not left the shelf of their warehouse. I would highly reccomend steering away from this company at this time!”

“I paid extra for next day delivery (Northern Ireland) on items I ordered. This was a premium delivery cost so was much higher then their regular delivery cost It has been almost a week and the delivery has not arrived. I emailed their customer service team and did not get a response. I also have contacted their team via the whatsapp link on their website and again, have not received a response.”

“I got my shipment today. I will say shipping was quicker than expected. Now for the items, the colors were not true to the site. After looking at the site again, it looks like they used really bright lighting when they take photos, so it makes the clothing appear lighter in color. For instance, I ordered a set that looked like a light mint color but when I got it, it was straight up kelly green. I got what I ordered and everything was true to size, but the colors did not match site photos. Pants I ordered felt cheap, but they were cheap, so I guess I got what I paid for. (Even thought I spent $110 dollars) The hoodies I received, although they are not the color displayed, are pretty good quality. Overall I was really disappointed about the colors. I ordered these specific colors because they were unique and vibrant. That is always my biggest fear when ordering things online. Would I order stuff again knowing what I know now? Yes, because at least I know what to expect and what to look for.”

“Ordered some shorts, they came with an awful stain on the back. They sent me another pair which were even worse. Expected me to return the faulty items for refund even though I sent pictures showing the marks. Very poor Service and experience! I strongly recommend they are not used as the product quality is appalling!”
