“My clothes went pilled after being washed once. The colour ran from a couple of them to. The customer service through twitter blamed me for the cloths going so badly as they did they said it was wear and tear , I've had them for a month . What wear and tear! I ordered cloths from them before made from the same material and it was fine ! The quality of the clothing must have gone down hill badly . Wont be ordering from them again . Terrible .”

“Insane variety, fast moving fashion trends almost always up for grabs, obviously quality isn’t handmade in Italy but you are not paying for that either. Customer service is extremely positive to work with and I often feel as if I’m the one moving slowly. Being from Europe, the fact that they pay for the fees, which are ridiculous, for delivery out of England in to Europe is mindblowing. Cool launches coming out almost on a monthly basis haha. I’m all for it! Been a client for definitely over 3-4 years now and still feel as if I’m the only one with the knowledge of this place. Which is actually super cool since everything you wear others have never seen and makes for a great talking point. Sad to see this place have a bad rep due to people paying 10€ tops for a tshirt and thinking its hand made in paris...”

“I wish I could give a negative five star review. I ordered my clothes on the 7th of May and today is May 20th and my package is still in Saddlebrook, NJ. I selected the 8 business day delivery and it said to be expected by or before the 18th of May. I’ve contacted FedEx because I thought maybe it was a delay on their end but no. BoohooMAN created a label for my package but never shipped it out. I wish I read the reviews on this company before ordering or I would’ve spent the hundred dollars somewhere else. The customer service is terrible. I reached out to boohooman and they kept telling me that my package will arrive at a later date. First the 18th, then the 19th, then the 20th (no package has come yet and no updates from FedEx saying it’s been shipped out). This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never shop there again. I don’t see how they’re getting 5 stars from some people... they’re probably paying folks to give good reviews. I feel like I’ve been robbed for my money. How is this company still in business???”

“I have ordered from boohooman for years at this point i should be there ambassador/spokesman for the company how many different fits i have by them. I truly don't know after reading all these reviews if half of the people who are writing have eyes or know how to read. Its a Uk Based clothing line sizes from the uk here are different so of course som size difference will occur duhh. Half of the claims of bad reviews say delivery time. Are you trying to order your clothes and blink there at your door would you do that if jeff bessos was selling boohoo no so stop making crappy reviews. People who say this company is a scam shojld be sued for slander in a court of law. I wish i could take photos of all my clothes i have from them with delivery times being all over the place the quality of clothes 8/10 Fabrics and feel 8/10 Delivery times 5/10 If you are purchasing from this company you know the facts listed above. Stop listening to losers who have nothing better to do but talk down about a company making clothes like Jeez its not food, you have clothes already, get over it sit and wait your ordered it if not gwt a refund like most sane human beings. BOOHOO ROCKS THERE REST OF YOU CAN KICK ROCKS 😈”

“I don’t know why so many people are complaining I've ordered 3 times without any problems and there’s nothing wrong with the clothes they were cheap to buy and the stuff I bought have lasted. My recent two orders I did think the L was roomy but end of the day am sure some people could do with a little extra give after a big meal 😂 my order came early next day which was great so if anyone reads these reviews and has a nervous because there’s lots of bad ones don’t worry some people love to complain!”

“Today is may 10th I ordered my stuff on april 29th it says 7 days standard delivery. I am okay with a couple days up or down if for sure know my order is arriving. I live in vancouver my order says it has arrived in canada on the 4th and had cleared customs i havent received any other lead after that it has last been updated on the 4th and thats all i know. And boohoo doesn’t even have a proper communication like asos or any of those. So fellas i have been scammed $100 down the drain never buying from here again. Thank you”

“This is a terrible company if I had to order from them again, I would rather make my own clothes the process is probably much faster, I live in New York State my package was in the New York State for 6 business days, before the shipped it to Berlin, Wisconsin and it been sitting there for 4 business days, Then they told me to be patience order should be there within 48 hours. Then wanna use the pandemic as an excuse for delay when they should have put that on there site. I only gave 1 star because I had too. Wish there was negative stars rating.”

“Worst purchase ever. Bought 4 items all in XL, ALL fit differently, 2 are so tight I couldn't even put on and the other 2 are so baggy. Explains the cheap price because there is absolutely no quality or size control. Avoid”

“The men clothing runs huge! Also, I see a couple reviews from people in Brooklyn. I had the same issue! My package was near me (Queens) and when I checked again, it was all the way in Pennsylvania. My package came about 7 days late.”

“Useless and very poor quality. Spent a couple of hundred on some new clothes and a backpack and when they first came everything seemed ok but it didnt take long for stitching to fall out of 3 pieces of clothing the a strap on the bag. All got replaced with new stuff but again all the stitching was falling out. Used once and wont be using again.”

“This is insane! I ordered from them on the 6th of April, I was told it’d be here in 8 business days. I checked to see where my package was and it said it was in Queens—I live in Brooklyn, which is like 10 mins away. They told me I would be getting it on the 16th of April. Today’s the 20th, I check to see where my goods are, and lo and behold it says my package is in Pennsylvania!!! What the hell is going on. I wish I’d heeded the reviews. Never again!!! This company is horrible.”

“My buddy bought this and it's no different than GYMSHARK. Cheap with muscle advertisements. Their clothing fits like sh*t and stretches very quickly. I looked up boohoo in the news and I got this "Boohoo faces potential US import ban over slave labour allegations" NO thanks...”
