Worst purchase ever. Bought 4 items all in XL, ALL fit differently, 2 are so tight I couldn't even put on and the other 2 are so baggy. Explains the cheap price because there is absolutely no quality or size control. Avoid

The worst company ever. I placed an order over a month ago.. No sign of the products nor a refund all I am given is different time frames each time on when I will receive my money yet not a penny refunded back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The men clothing runs huge! Also, I see a couple reviews from people in Brooklyn. I had the same issue! My package was near me (Queens) and when I checked again, it was all the way in Pennsylvania. My package came about 7 days late.

Useless and very poor quality. Spent a couple of hundred on some new clothes and a backpack and when they first came everything seemed ok but it didnt take long for stitching to fall out of 3 pieces of clothing the a strap on the bag. All got replaced with new stuff but again all the stitching was falling out. Used once and wont be using again.

This is insane! I ordered from them on the 6th of April, I was told it’d be here in 8 business days. I checked to see where my package was and it said it was in Queens—I live in Brooklyn, which is like 10 mins away. They told me I would be getting it on the 16th of April. Today’s the 20th, I check to see where my goods are, and lo and behold it says my package is in Pennsylvania!!! What the hell is going on. I wish I’d heeded the reviews. Never again!!! This company is horrible.

Customer service wasn’t helpful at all. They charge for return fees? I mean come on, people need to try. Your sizes not even the same. I bought 3 xs and 1 doesn’t fit me. I obviously need to return that. But to be charged for a return fees? It’s a ripped off

My buddy bought this and it's no different than GYMSHARK. Cheap with muscle advertisements. Their clothing fits like sh*t and stretches very quickly. I looked up boohoo in the news and I got this "Boohoo faces potential US import ban over slave labour allegations" NO thanks...

STAY AWAY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISRESPECTFUL, ORGANIZED CIRCUS OF A COMPANY. 1) payed for 3-5 day shipping 4th day my deliver date was pushed back beyond what I payed for. 5th day I got an email saying my order was canceled. 6th day I received my order-already gone out of town. 2) website and emails do not effectively send you to unsubscribe option or return info. 3) 5 different customer service against have been responding to me, nobody knows whats actually going on. 4) basically told there’s nothing they can do foe their “accident” but I can go through the hassle of returning if I’d like. Middle finger to boohooMAN literally worst experience.

On March 26th I ordered 2 pairs of the new shorts from boohooman. The delivery, that I had to pay for, said it would be here in 5 business days. It is now April 13th and neither pair of shorts has arrived. When i tracked my package April 4th it was in Saddlebrook NJ, where it still remains 9 days later. I reached out to the company via email because there is no phone to reach out to and they told me the exact same information i could already look at on the FedEx link. Clearly it was a mistake purchasing any product from this company and it might as well be my last time ever visiting the website.

I have no idea what others are talking about, I got my order much earlier than expected,it was as described, and may I say very cheap. Maybe people get motivated to write reviews only when they get bad service.

I don't know if they have automatically set the models to 6'1 and 6'5 for tall models. Because there size chart is horrendous for tall people. I am 6'5 and the model in the description was 6'5 and wore medium. so i got medium and it was TWO sizes smaller its all false and just programmed to be false.

I wrote a bad review earlier this week. But my problem has been resolved. My package was originally lost and went over a week over it’s expected delivery date. They found my package which was in the UK and I live in the USA. They had it delivered to me under A DAY! And they gave me a refund for the 3-4 day shipping I payed for.

Ordered goods, March 18th. Ive been promised Delivery March 30th, April 5, April 6, and Today. Now they're continuously asking me to wait another few days. The goods should've been here by now. Do not order from Boohoo, the customer service is doodoo water bad. if i could rate 0 stars i would.

DO NOT PAY EXTRA MONEY FOR SHIPPING. I paid for 3-4 day shipping and it has been 5 DAYS SINCE MY LAST TRACKING UPDATE FROM THE UK AND J AM IN THE USA. They refuse to give me a refund. THIS IS A SCAM!

Order came on time but my two shirts size 3xl was like a holter top so short im very dissapointed they need to offer plus size example 3xtall 5xtsll shirts are paper thin will not order again

After some items arrived faulty, I contacted them via their WhatsApp customer service helpline, and their attitude was disgusting. They refused to give me a refund nor for the specific items that arrived faulty, and I got attended by 9 different people, and everyone said something different. Conclusion: Disgusting attitude, not willing to help nor give a refund even if it’s their fault, and customer service confusion is very likely to happen.
