“i order from boohooman quite regularly and lately its been hit and miss with their sizing. i have broad shoulders so have to shop the big and tall section and sometimes the shirts fit just right sometimes they are tiny. a few months ago i bought two of the same size tee and when i got them they were both different sizes even though they were tagged the same, it's a gamble getting the right size. i'm pretty sure someones chucking labels on things and hoping for the best. just now had to return a gilet that was a 4xl because i could barely get the thing on. my son whos 17 and a pretty average build even tried it on and couldn't fasten it up it was that small. overall the clothes are cheap so don't expect much quality but wish they would size stuff correctly and stick to it. there was no way that that gilet was a 4xl it ran more like a 2xl ..”

“I’ll start of by saying that if you are a bigger guy size up because the clothes runs small. Even by sizing up there is a chance the clothes will still run small the clothes won’t fit exactly as pictured!!!!! make sure that you are 100% willing to loose that money if the clothes aren’t what you where expecting or just return them. Be cautious the clothing is nice but you can tell by just a couple wash they will start to look bad especially if you are buying sweatpants.”

“Bareable quality to wear around the house so I decided to place a 2nd order for a few things while there was a big sale - I ordered the same size every time... and literally none of the sizes were the same, all the labels say XL... but I now have a bunch of XS, S, M and maybe 1 actual XL. Gave them to my cousin who is 15 years younger than me.”

“Ordered 2 oversized t-shirts, one had GLUE on the inside anddd the print was coming off, the other was just super long and not wide. Would never ever buy anything again, because returning something is close to impossible.”

“I bought 3 Medium size tracksuit from boohooMAN and can’t get one to fit me perfectly. One was too small and the other two was too big. The size label were completely messed up. It look more likely a small and large or extra large to me. Also quality is what you pay for. So disappointed! This is my first purchased from boohooMAN and will be my last.”

“I don't know if they have automatically set the models to 6'1 and 6'5 for tall models. Because there size chart is horrendous for tall people. I am 6'5 and the model in the description was 6'5 and wore medium. so i got medium and it was TWO sizes smaller its all false and just programmed to be false.”

“DO NOT PAY EXTRA MONEY FOR SHIPPING. I paid for 3-4 day shipping and it has been 5 DAYS SINCE MY LAST TRACKING UPDATE FROM THE UK AND J AM IN THE USA. They refuse to give me a refund. THIS IS A SCAM!”

“Jeans are okay, but everything else is just poor quality. You wash track suits or t-shirts 2-3 times and they look a year old I’ll stick to Kmart instead”

“The only good things are their jackets and tees. But if you order pants/joggers then they will probably only last a week at best. The stitching is awful and I've even received items with holes in them. I understand they're cheap as chips but you expect the clothing to last longer than a few days or a week. Why not push the boat out and go two weeks Boohoo.”

“I haven't given my gift to my family member yet so i cant speak on material, but i can speak on the customer service. Totally unprofessional. You guys use messenger as away of contact. What are we friends or something? Why does it take like 30 mins just to shoot a text back through messenger? Why does it taje 48 hours to get a response through email? How dont you guys have a phone number that strictly deals with customer issues? Alot of other companies have that. I know we are in the digital age but sometimes its good to do things through phone calls because there are certain things that cant be solved over the internet. No soild answers about my package. If i was talking on the phone it would have gotten solved”

“Items arrived quick that's the only good thing the quality of the t shirts is appalling very thin and after one wash lost there shape the joggers literally fall apart the waist tie ends fell off first day and the hoodie lost its colour after one 30 degree wash this was my first and last order.”

“I got a few oversized shirts, they are bad quality. The collar gets all messed up after a wash so you really cant trust this shirts. I want to buy some pants from them but I am not sure if the quality would be as bad as the shirts.”

“The website is not up to date, Iteam shows available on site but after buying two days later says not available, refunded but didn’t allow me to choose another product as i have to buy again similar product and have to pay for second time delivery fee which is $12.99! At least have provided me free delivery because it’s their fault to put in customer in that situation! i try contacting the support team but they says i can’t do anything as system is like that!”

“I got my shipment today. I will say shipping was quicker than expected. Now for the items, the colors were not true to the site. After looking at the site again, it looks like they used really bright lighting when they take photos, so it makes the clothing appear lighter in color. For instance, I ordered a set that looked like a light mint color but when I got it, it was straight up kelly green. I got what I ordered and everything was true to size, but the colors did not match site photos. Pants I ordered felt cheap, but they were cheap, so I guess I got what I paid for. (Even thought I spent $110 dollars) The hoodies I received, although they are not the color displayed, are pretty good quality. Overall I was really disappointed about the colors. I ordered these specific colors because they were unique and vibrant. That is always my biggest fear when ordering things online. Would I order stuff again knowing what I know now? Yes, because at least I know what to expect and what to look for.”

“I have just received my XL shorts and I followed the size guide but the shorts are more like a medium and actually say a different size (in inches) on the tag?!!??! May try them once more to see if it's a one off but the reviews on here tell me it might be par for the course with these.”
