Poor quality, shitty fitting, photos are clean shots in reality the tees are terrible.

1 Star is being generous! I ordered 3 items, 1 item was missing and the other 2 were largely oversized. When I reached out via the website, I didn't get a response. Nothing for almost a month now.

Multiple stains on my clothes that I waited two weeks for. Very disappointed. DO NOT⚠️ Order from this site!!! On top of that I texted them on multiple social media accounts and nothing was done.

The company lies about their merchandise. The ad for their MA1 bomber jacket says it's made of 48% cotton and 52% polyester. The received product has a tag that says 100% polyester, and it's the thinnest, most absurdly bad quality polyester I've seen. Do not do business with this company, they're scam artists.

Website and order processing was fine but when the clothes finally arrived they were awful. Terrible, cheap quality that didn’t match the images on the web store and don’t fit. Extremely disappointed and wouldn’t buy from them again.

Their website, ordering and dispatch was very good. However the next day delivery didn’t happen, days later the delivery still hadn’t happened, their delivery company Hermes track app wasn’t updated and you have no direct customer support contact for them, while Boohoo refused to resolve, claiming they had no responsibility for their delivery contractors. Eventually they accepted it was their place to resolve. Was told by them paying for next day didn’t guarantee next day they’ll seek to deliver within 11 days but perhaps up to 30 days. They refused to cancel and refund, saying to wait until it does eventually arrive, then return it and request a refund. I appreciate it’s the fault of the delivery company but they need to appoint and manage a company who can deliver on their sales commitments, they need to take responsibility for their customers and ensure the goods paid for are actually delivered. Thankfully paying by credit cards means you can get the card company to refund the money for goods paid for but not supplied/delivered. Best way to deal with a company who puts up barriers to resolving non-deliveries.

Paid for express shipping, 3-4 days. After 5 days I contacted customer service they said they couldn’t do anything for another two weeks. Meanwhile I have no Halloween costume and company won’t do anything till a week after Halloween. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time

I don’t think I will order from this company again considering how horrendous the reviews are. I recently made a purchase, but the items did not fit so I returned them back. Through USPS, they charged me $4 to send it back (usually most companies send you a free label but whatever.. it’s only $4). So, I send the items back, in the same condition btw and they refunded me a third of what I spent. How does that make sense? I contacted them and will be waiting for a response.

If I can give this company ZEROOOOOOOO STARS I would !! I sent an email asking if I could purchase a gift card and use it in the US since I’m in the US they said yes, I then purchased the E-gift card almost ($600 usd) as a birthday gift to a friend, when the friend received it, he tried to make a purchase and the gift card kept saying “can’t be found” reached out to customer service MULTIPLE times for them just to keep going in circles to then finally tell me I can’t use it in US. Then when I asked for a refund, they said it’ll take 24-48hrs , never got it, went back they then said 10 days, never got it…A WHOLE MONTH LATER they still have not issued my refund, they’re so unprofessional and clueless. I would not recommend buying from this site! I had to dispute the transaction with my CC company!

I bought the hiker boots, received these ankle cut running shoes. So I put in a new order for the hiker boots again and returned the running shoes I was sent. I finally got in the "hiker boots" to open it and find the same running shoes. I don't know if it's false advertisement or someone messed up their inventory, but I would not buy any shoes from them as the 2 times I have now, neither time I received what I ordered.

i order from boohooman quite regularly and lately its been hit and miss with their sizing. i have broad shoulders so have to shop the big and tall section and sometimes the shirts fit just right sometimes they are tiny. a few months ago i bought two of the same size tee and when i got them they were both different sizes even though they were tagged the same, it's a gamble getting the right size. i'm pretty sure someones chucking labels on things and hoping for the best. just now had to return a gilet that was a 4xl because i could barely get the thing on. my son whos 17 and a pretty average build even tried it on and couldn't fasten it up it was that small. overall the clothes are cheap so don't expect much quality but wish they would size stuff correctly and stick to it. there was no way that that gilet was a 4xl it ran more like a 2xl ..
