Didn’t deliver our items and refused to provide a refund or replacement as they said Royal Mail had proof of delivery. The proof was a picture of a box outside our door at a time we weren’t home. Nothing on return, no delivery and refused to support in any way. Basically thief’s and will never use them again - buyer beware. We are down £100 on a Polaroid camera we never received and having to seek legal advice!

I used to consider Boots to be trustworthy, well run and a high quality organisation. I can’t believe how awful it is now. Self check-out with no cashier option to; confusing price structure to the point of misrepresentation, under staffed. The only saving grace is the occasional appearance of a helpful assistant. Shame on your management, Boots, for treating your customers so cynically

I bought women razor from Boots by gift card. Ordered more then had on stock, so should be refunded for missing items. My order been placed in August and till now November still did not get refund even though was contacting with customer service few times and raise complain nothing help. I am waiting for my refund so long, noone contacting with me I have to chase customer service team which all the time saying they need to again review the case. This is some joke. I was happy customer of Boots but after this situation not really willing to place any more orders with them!!!

I went to the branch in Bonds street tube stn to get the L'Oréal magic retouch colour spray. It was marked as a special promotion of £14 for 2 (£11 each full price) . It seemed really expensive so I checked Superdrug in the same complex and found the same size product for £6.99 each. Out of interest I also went into a more local branch of Boots in north london, and the full price there was £7.99. So how does Boots justify the £11 price? Is it false labelling to make the promotion seem more attractive? It has put me off buying anything else from them before checking elsewhere first.

Once a great British institution; I’ve been shopping here for years. Sadly, their customer service has gone right downhill; They need to book their ideas out or like Debenhams and House of Fraser they will be the next to sink. I placed an order literally two seconds later I realised the address was wrong. I tried to amend but could not I called customer services. The moment they opened and they could not amend the address despite the items not even being dispatched. I asked To raise a complaint, they simply took the feedback. Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish! It’s a wonder the likes of Amazon dominating the market for online shopping.

Sadly a shadow of it's former self. Products often out of stock, stores with empty shelves, understaffed and long queues. Online shopping platform riddled with bugs.

Once again, 6 + customers waiting in an otherwise empty store at the Leatherhead Pharmacy counter. One person serving, only wanting Ibuprofen I still had to join the queue as was told no one else allowed to serve 'over the counter' products. When a second assistant came out (first had by then 'disappeared'), on hearing another customers mild rebuke about lack of service she promptly replied, not with an apology but with 'you know I don't have to serve you'. Supermarkets and other services would quickly open another till, Boots consistently ignores you in medium / small stores.

Text message advice that prescription is ready rarely works, but mentioning this in store resulted only in a very rude response. Reported this and other issues via the feedback address printed on the prescription bag and honestly expected to be contacted for more details, but wasn't. Tried to write a review at https://www.boots.com/online/pharmacy/reviews but adding a review not possible (yes, I do have a login). Given up with them now and will ask GP surgery to send my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

I cannot put in to words how grateful I am for how I was looked after by Emma and Margaret at the No7 counter. A year ago, I was diagnosed with rosacea and prescribed brimonidine. Having used it for some time, there has been no improvement, and the redness seems worse. I have Aspergers and it seriously effects my mental health as people comment on my red face and I am very conscious of it. Emma and Margaret were patient and informative and took time to understand what would work me. The products they suggested made an instant improvement and I can't thank them enough.

Used to buy a few items when I collected my medication but from now on I just collect it and go as they changed the tills to self service and at least could have 1 till for some elderly and disabled that could not use them. Even the supermarkets that change to self service have at least a till for people that cannot use self service

I was looking for a Philips OneBlade 360. Apparently they had one at Boots near me and it was cheaper than most places. I drove over to the shop but they didn't have one there. They had the pro version, but not the standard 360 that their site said they had. -1 Oh well, the pro had more features that I didn't care for, but it was cheaper than the shop down the road and I wanted it now. There is no checkout at the store. Only self checkout. -1 The price rang up on the self checkout and it differed from the price online. I called a member of staff, who told me that the price was different online, which was obvious. She said that the shop didn't price match their own website. -1 I walked out.

If I could give them 0 I would. I visited the Boots store located 82-84 HIGH STREET NORTH, E6 2HT on 20.4.24. When I reached the till, I was about to be served and the checkout operator (Mawa), who saw that I was next, proceeded to serve another customer. I politely said, “excuse me” to the other customer and she moved to the side. However, Mawa continued speaking with her and I had to wait to be served, despite being before this other customer. Mawa then proceeded to scan the items in my basket. She was unfriendly throughout. When she finished scanning the items, she said, “Can you give me your advantage card.” I then handed her my card and with the back of her hand, she dismissed me and pointed to the card reader and said, “insert it there.” I was taken aback and asked her why she had asked me for my card rather than ask me to insert it into the reader. At this point, she shouted out to her colleague, Billie, “You can serve her. I am not serving her!” Her colleague then approached the till. I asked her colleague to write down Mawa’s name as well as their manager’s name. In a mocking tone, Mawa said to her colleague, “yes, write down my name.” I told her that she was unprofessional and I was going to report her to head office. Mawa’s colleague did not write down Mawa’s name or the manager’s name, as I had requested. I then asked her again for these details. Mawa’s colleague slammed the receipt onto the counter and said,” her name is on there!” I asked her where the 2 names were, that I had requested. She then pointed to the name “Mawa” at the top. I asked her to write down the manager’s name. This was the third time I had requested these details. As both women were clearly mocking me, I took out my mobile phone to take a photograph of Mawa, as I wanted to ensure I was complaining about the correct person. Mawa then shouted out in front of several customers, “You cannot take my photograph without my consent!” I told her that I did not require her consent and again said that I was going to make a formal complaint about her conduct. The Manager of this branch called me and he was more interested in the photograph I had taken of this staff member to provide to head office rather than address his rude and unprofessional staff members. Head office have ignored all emails and telephone calls. Clearly Mawa has no customer service skills and is in need of training. This company is unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Always a joy to shop here as the staff are polite and will go out of their way to assist customers who need help. I took back a shaver as it didn't meet expectations and, after a quick word with manager, the salesman made a refund without question. Only reason it drops a star is that it is not always the cheapest place to go and sometimes there is a queue on Saturdays but that's the weekend for you!

Visited the Southampton Above Bar store this morning, no staff members in sight around the till. Older lady not sure how to use the self serve so we helped her, at least 4 or 5 of the self serve machines flashing red as people needed assistance. For the whole time we were helping the lady and then buying our item there was no sign of any member of staff, just the security guard on the door. Really poor customer service and sorry to say this is often the case in Boots now, very few staff members are ever around and we have had instances before where items have been security tagged and we haven't been able to get help with them.

Did an on line order and chose click and collect date to coincide with a date I would be in store location ( helping with carbon footprint). Didn't hear anything on date so called in to store anyway. Told by store staff that my order along with seven others had been 'lost'. Store staff couldn't do anything as ' nothing to do with them'. Customer service absolutely abysmal. Just said I had to wait another 7 days. Why? Could customer service not have emailed me? Will never shop in Boots or use .com ever again

Is this even legal? I placed an order online yesterday and paid with Apple Pay; I was a bit surprised that there was no confirmation screen for me to check the details before placing the order, but the process seemed quick and slick so I wasn't complaining. Today I logged into my account and noticed that the delivery address had been transferred from Apple Pay incorrectly, the street name doesn't appear in Boots' system. To be clear, this was an automatic transfer of the address, I wasn't involved in any way- also, I don't have any problems with other suppliers when I use Apple Pay, so I imagine the problem is with Boots and them alone. So I called customer service and explained the problem. The apologised politely enough and then POINT BLANK REFUSED to change any part of the delivery information! Instead they want me to wait for an email from the Post Office, then try to arrange delivery to the correct address - i.e. the Post Office and I need to work together to fix Boots' error! I'm not even sure this is possible as I'm pretty sure some Post Office deliveries cannot be changed or rescheduled once they send their confirmation email - but I'll have to wait and see once the email arrives. Is it even legal to send goods to an incomplete address, knowing that the buyer will not receive them?

Boots withheld information from me to extract money. I used their online prescription service which said I would be able to pick up my prescription between 2-24 hours later. I called up to find out how long it would really take and was told…definetly more than 24 hours as there was a bit of a queue. I asked why this wasn’t updated on the website. No clear answer to that. I asked if there was any way I could get it sooner. Definetly not I was told. The online service also costs money. That was a lie. They should have told me to pop to my local boots and within 20 mins I could have my repeat prescription for free. When I tried to get a refund they were difficult. I’m trying to complain they won’t send me their complaints procedure or update me on what they have done. Appalling, immoral and inept. Don’t use them.
