I went into Boots at Gemini, Warrington, asked at Channel counter, about my makeup, only to say they do not make it any more... Andrea was so helpful, telling about new product, continuing to ask me to sit down, and try a sample, making me feel so good, as wasn’t 100%....myself...the makeup was amazing, and the service I got from Andrea, was absolutely superb, thank you. I would like Andrea to be recognised, for her fabulous service.

I ordered some Clinique powder, transparency 4 and received transparency 7, way too dark for my skin. When I tried to contact customer service over a week ago and then again 2 days ago, I never received a reply. I will never order from this store again!

I would like you too recognise one of your colleagues, I went to shop at Birstall 6510. I am not the most confident person in chosing foundation. I was not aware that Caroline had noticed me struggling, I had chosen my products but as always I was pondering. Caroline came over and gave me so much help and support, her attitude was exceptional and at all times Caroline smiled. Truely amazing member of your company. I will always look to shop in Birstall with the special treatment I received. Please pass on my thank you, I was served at 16:44 on the 11th August.

I attempted to use their next day collect at store service. The order said dispatched but after 3 days it still wasn't at the store. So order cancelled and re-ordered. Same story. Their online customer service is pretty useless since they have no proper tracking of orders. Will not use Boots online service again.

Craigleith Boots in Edinburgh could not have helped me more. The lady at the No7 makeup desk on the 6th of Aug helped me choose makeup for my anniversary meal. Later when I tried all the makeup, considering I don't wear much, I was very happy with the results so thx very much one happy customer!

I did try to bought vigra online first cencel order hold my money if not authorised why allow people to buy if cencel order why hold money online blind why if payment requesting for refund the money back

The Boots website is a joke! It's slow and unreliable and the check stock in store function is a waste of time. After numerous attempts this morning to find an item I gave up and walked to the nearest store to look for myself. If Boots wants to sell online they should sort out their website. I shall be removing the app from my mobile device and shopping elsewhere. I have no complaints about the staff in my local store, they are all friendly and helpful.

I did not have my receipt for my new packet of electric toothbrush heads. Ihad returned the ones i bought that didn't fit . Tracey came along as she saw me measuring my old toothbrush (I had brought along to get the correct heads this time) She showed me the selection and told me just what each head did. i heard her say to someone they thought she on a much needed day off but staff had gone sick or were on holiday so management dragged her back in. she said to them, no i didn't mind coming in on my days off, she i know has a son with a disability. She is very loyal to Boots, very attractive and loves helping customers. I want her to receive recognition for her time, trouble and care she gives me and others, she represents her company so well.

Get it together Boots in Oxted Surrey! Honestly, it’s so chaotic. On the whole they are usually very good, but we as a family have taken our business elsewhere.

My baby is lacto intolerant so trying to find anything that doesn't contain certain ingredient instead of a yoghurt these carrot sticks pea puffs and cheese stars are full of flavour she absolutely spoke them till there's nothing left highly recommend organix baby snax great prices always some on offers

Things are not exactly what they try to show. Looking for glasses frame you see " 2 glasses for £ 75,00 " in a wall with lots of frames, but there is the thing, nothing explains that if you buy a £ 50,00 frame the second £ 50,00 frame will be for half price , so £ 25,00 plus the first = £ 75,00. Vouchers of double or triple points can not be used in Boots Optician, because it's not written Optician on them. Same if you have the vouchers kind of if you spend more than £ 30,00, 300 points and others vouchers so far. They made me do a eye test , and pay for it , I would use my old prescription, or they won't make the new ones I was asking for. Im customer for many years, do surveys online, do my eye tests there, did many glasses, shop Boots always. Im very upset , today I felt just a disposable customer, they do not care. The politics is sell .

Came here for my lunch as I do most days. The meal deals are certainly improving, with a better variety of vegetarian options. Plus I have to say the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Served today by Jo, an absolute asset to your company. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Regards K W Morris

Visited Boots in Abertillery, Blaenau Gwent. Having handed over my prescription was told that they could only partially fill it and that I would have to return the following day to collect the rest. The assistant then continued to serve other customers leaving me standing without explaining that the Chemist had to check my medication before handing it over to me. I was in considerable pain and my meds were just a few feet away, unfortunately the chemist was with another customer so almost 30 minutes later I received my prescription. Today as advised I returned to pick up the rest of my prescription after 12 pm. The doors were locked and the opening times displayed did not indicate that the shop would be closed for lunch, nor was I advised that the shop would be closed for lunch when advised to pick up my prescription. Staff were not apologetic and not very professional concerning customer service.

Wanted to try the new Azzaro aftershave, so did a search on-line which showed that my local Boots branch did not stock it, but it showed that Poole had it in stock. So decided to travel to Poole as it was in stock, and also there was an offer with a free Bag and Hair and body wash with it. So off I went to Poole, got to Boots and asked if they had it and they produced the sampler. I liked the product so decided to purchase, when I asked about the free bag and body wash they said “ we don’t have those but if you purchase it on-line now we can get it sent to your local Boots” and it will be delivered the next day, so went ahead and got them to order it, and asked that the free items would be with it, and they confirmed that it would. Next morning went to my local Boots to collect the items, they got the package and gave it too me. I thought this doesn’t look as if it is big enough to hold the bag, on opening the bag outside, you guess it “No Bag”. The invoice that came with it stated there should be a bag and body wash free with this item. The lady rang to see about the bag, straight away, without any checking they said “There is none in the store”, so basically tough, no we will try and get you one. I got the lady to check the Boots website and it is still showing that you get the bag and body wash with this item. So Boots are still selling this item with incorrect information, if there is none in the Warehouse and they have none left why still advertise it. Will be giving up my Boots card and going to a different opticians after this lack of customer service !!!!!!!
