“I just received my order. They’re not quite what I expected. I thought they would be a lot smaller than they are. The hearing part of them is great though.”
“Wore my hearing aide’s to church, the music was so loude it hurt my ears yet when the priest spoke I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Will keep wearing them for an hour or two for a few days and again try them at church to see.”
“I was talking to your customer service to return hearing aid. He suggested I upgrade to a smaller one which I did. As soon as I hung up, I received an offer of 100.00 off the smaller aid, I asked if I could use this special. They sent me an email saying that I could return the not wanted aid and then I could purchase the Proton Max for 100.00 off. They still have charged 177 on my card and have not credited me thr 100”
“Initially I ordered 2 pairs of the product, then I asked where my order was & was told that the production was behind schedule, Now I have received 4 pair & have been billed for all of them, I am going to get PayPal involved to cancel everything, Thanks for nothing”
“Not as tiny as I thought. Tried all the tips and still have trouble getting a good fit. Good product but just doesn't fit well for me. But I need to hear so guess I will have to make do.”
“I was not able to use the Bossa hearing aids because they are too large to fit properly into my ear canals. I believe the idea of OTC hearing aids is great, they cannot fit everyone successfully.”
“Wish I could trade these off for the ones I had I don’t like the push button for volume I had the screwdriver volume adjustment Bossa aids they worked better”
“Unfortunately, the hearing aids were too big for my ears. Had to return them for the second time as the first pair did not fit either. I was told that they had smaller pairs to fit women but those were too big as well. Returned the second pair and they were received on 10/20/23 at 12:15 p.m. by Lillia so I am waiting for my refund. I would like to know when I can expect it.”
“Would probably have given you 5 but I still do not have my promised refund. When I found I could not get your aids in my ear canals, I carefully wrapped them well and took them to the UPS store on 10/10. Isn’t it time now for my refund to arrive?”
“They seem to just be amplifiers. They seal so tightly in my ear that all I hear is my own breathing and talking. If I pull them back, it's slightly better. If I turn them down, they don't help. I set them fairly low as is. Not sure if I can use them or if they'll get theism in the junk drawer.”
“I would have been a five rating ,but had the following exceptions.It took 1 month before ordering and arrival of the units.Upon using I found that of all the tips supplied only 1 size fits me - the smallest black ones.I sent an email.to you requesting more free.No response.Indicates to me not a well run company-1 month shipping,supply of tips(a thousand probably cost you $5 and no response o my concerns.Units do work OK .we will see if any response to this review before I provide another review tothe world.”
