Unfortunately there was a defect with the Asus TF101. The screen worked fine but the problem lay with it's connection to the keyboard and it had to be returned. No real hassle with the return but took a while for it to be checked and the money refunded. This is the second time I've had this sort of trouble with this range the other being the Tf401 so got an iPad which has been trouble free. If you by this item make sure to keep the packaging for a while just in case.

I have been browsing the internet for long time and checking in the shops for a good quality yet affordable cctv system. Found this one at Box. Excellent choice. Modern and easy to use. Very compact and reliable. I've had it since December last year. It's May and no trouble. Also received an excellent customer support when needed. Excellent value for money. Thanks

Excellent monitor, fast delivery. Looks good and the touch works well throughout the day and does not degrade unlike some touch screen monitors I've used. Colours are good also.

An excellent machine and I think is good value for the money. Although I haven't had it too long, the battery life is good. Delivery was as expected, no complaints there.

The product arrived in the time offered but it was missing the voucher for a downloadable game that should have been included. I contacted Box to get them to send it out separately and, after navigating their very user unfriendly support interface, they sent it out to the same address. Unfortunately I had used Collect Plus for the delivery so it was delivered to a local store. Box, in their wisdom, sent out the voucher in a second delivery to the same shop but not through the Collect Plus system so the shop wasn't expecting it and I wasn't told when it was delivered. Fortunately the shop hadn't thrown it out by the time I realised and went to find it. I'm very unlikely to order anything else from Box.

Dear Customer, Firstly we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that was caused. The game card should have been sent directly to you instead of going to the store as a standard mail. Understandably if the game code was sent with your original order, you would not have needed to visit the store a second time to collect the unit. Please note this review has not gone unnoticed as this information will be passed on to the heads of the relevant department. Ordered a HP Microserver from Box.co.uk along with a HP Carepack. The order arrived very quickly and exactly when they said it would. The only concern that I have is that when I received the email regarding the HP Carepack, following the instructions from Box.co.uk did not work for me to activate the Carepack. I am unsure whether this was an issue with the information provided by Box.co.uk or whether it was a problem with HP's systems. It took around 8 days to resolve the issue with HP. Whoever was at fault, the information provided by Box.co.uk to HP was incorrect and they did not even contact me to get the details that I wanted to register with HP. Overall, I would by from Box.co.uk again and have no real problem with them, just the Carepack registration was more complicated than it should be.

I bought a product on the information provided on the website (that it could print A3). Once I received it, it could only be used by installing the ink of course, but it was only once I had used it that it became apparent that the A3 printing function was only one sheet at a time, which was not suitable. I called and complained about the inadequate information on the website but was told nothing could be done and that the machine could not be returned as the ink had been installed. So, I have a printer I don't want - another reason not to buy from the internet.
