“Checked to see if product was in stock, which was confirmed, so ordered the product and paid extra up to 2 day delivery as I required product sharp, I received an email the same day saying my product had been dispatched. One week later and I emailed to see where my order was and received a reply saying there was a stock error and there wont be stock in for 5 days. Poor service and communication as I had to find out for myself that there was a stock error and my product was not infact on it's way to me, poor especially considering I paid extra for quick delivery after being assured the product was in stock. To say the service was disappointing would be extremely generous.”

“Great service from The Box website. the printer is more of a business printer though and difficult for a home user to set up. As in with most printers you will have a driver you instal and it works. This one had 4 different drivers none of which was a general driver for a home user. They was all aimed at network Admins. I did get it working in the end but took a while.”

“Very efficient service and the Epson Printer was £4 cheaper than Amazon and with free postage and tracking. Overall - delighted with both the speed of delivery and the product itself.”

“It arrived very quickly and is now working well - I just need to understand all the options the software allows. Only one criticism - it's a pity there is not a manual, at least in pdf form. I find an online manual difficult to use while I am using the scanner.”

“A competitive price and promise of the item being in stock was the attraction. Ordered on a Saturday so processed on Monday, as would be expected. However, sending out on the Thursday for 'next day' delivery wasn't and lack of any ability to track meant I stopped in for two days before it arrived Monday lunchtime.”

“Product arrived within the 5 working day delivery period (it arrived in 2 working days). Product came in just a plastic bag but it's own box, which already has padding inside to protect the product itself. Probably won't be able to use product until I've received all the other bits & pieces for the HTPC I'm building but i'm sure it will be as great as the reviews suggest.”

“Both items had loose parts within them and damage around the rear cover fixing screws. One had washers under the fixing screws, the other, the more damaged one, didn't. One also didn't work at all. Delivery said would be Royal Mail but came with Hermes and were not packed at all well. Simply placed in a bag with no bubble wrap or anything round them.”

“Delay from placing order to despatch - ordered on the 2nd - not despatced till the 7th- delivered on the 10th - from Germany? Paid for express delivery! Box have refunded delivery costs but no good when you need the product fast - beware.”
