“Very good price and good service. I was not however happy that Free Delivery took so long. So many other companies provide free next day delivery. For this reason I will sadly not be shopping with you again. Spoilt a good shopping experience.”

“Ordered an LG Blu Ray player 8 days ago but still hasn't arrived that on top of the claim and letter they wrote me that the item has been dispatched on the same day I made the purchase. In other words quick to charge your card but terribly slow to deliver, maybe it comes back to the fact that they urge you to pay the £5.95 for delivery else just wait for ages for the order to roll down from Birmingham to your delivery address. Ridiculous and appalling service. Don't be fooled by the reviews stating fast service, they should also mention how much was paid for that so called fast delivery. Oh by the way I am still waiting for my order to arrive. Shameful service.”

“Not particularly impressed Ordered a video card that was meant to have a code for "The Division" with it which didn't come. Sent e-mails and no reply Can't find a customer service number and even the sales number don't work at the weekend!”

“I ordered a monitor, the model number was confirmed. The wrong model was delivered (very quickly). After an email query which wasn't responded to, and then a follow up phone call and a returns request I was asked to send it back in completely new packing material - 3-4 inches of bubble pack, then take it to a collection point. This was very inconvenient as I didn't have all those packing materials. When I queried whether they could send me appropriate packing materials they said that they couldn't do this. When I asked for compensation for the time lost and inconvenience I was told that this was not possible and this was in their terms and conditions. They refunded me rather than negotiate on this. A warning therefore that if they make a mistake you will have to pay for it.”

“Ordered a package on Tuesday night with "up to 2 day delivery". It was sent out on Wednesday through DPD, and arrived on Thursday afternoon. I didn't need to contact the customer support, so I have no experience with their support quality. When you pay through PayPal, you don't even need to input your address etc. - it just uses your PayPal's default address, name, and other information, without having to create an account (one will be created for you automatically once done with your order). Overall, I have nothing to complain about.”
