“Purchase on two separate occasions and everytime something went wrong. Felt like I was dealing with the most unprofessional company. The sales manager Steve needs a lesson in how to be a professional manager. 0 care factor!! Too long to go through all the issues and delays and screwing around he cause me. Would never return or use again!”

The product looks amazing now that our deck is built and we are very happy with the end result. “Customer service over the phone was great until I paid for my order ($8k+) and then it all went downhill. Promised delivery the following week and then could not get in contact with anyone. Delivery was promised the week after that and again no communication from the company and no delivery. Had to have my wife call on a different number and was able to speak to someone else who said they would chase it up. Another week an I finally get a call to say they are sorry but can’t find a transport company to drive interstate to deliver even though I had already been told they were on the way and had paid $450 for the transport. We then suggested a company in our hometown which worked out and they were able to pick up the following week. Finally received my order to find Brite Deck had supplied all the wrong fixing hardware which was not compatible with my boards. I was told to keep it all and they promised to send new hardware in over night airmail to me. 4 days later I had to drive 2.5hrs round trip to pick the order up from the depot in Adelaide as Brite deck sent them through road freight not airmail as promised and the company would not deliver to my house as it was too far from the depot. It finally got my fixing with 1.5days left to lay my entire deck before we had over 30 people coming round for my sons first birthday. I finished the deck 1 hour before people arrived and had to take 2 days off work as annual leave to get it done working 14hours both days. After receiving a phone call from the owner of the company I got an apology and a refund for the delivery promised it would be sorted within the week. The week passed i had to call again and chase it up as well as asking for a refund on the $250 worth of stainless fixings I paid for which were useless to me. Finally received the refund a couple of days after that.”

“Hi Bob, As promised, please see my review for your reference😊 I would highly recommend Bob from Aphaplusbuild, his work is perfect in craftsmanship and he is a licensed builder from architecture background. I got Bob to install composite decking (front & backyard), and the cladding panel at my front entrance. He listened well to my conversation and then brought my ideas to life in an architectural drawing. He is great attention to detail and kept me updated at every stage. Furthermore, he is very helpful and even does some little odd jobs for me. It’s truly worth paying more for the jobs, both there decking and cladding are top quality! Will definitely get him back to do my future job. Cheers, Abby”

“My customer experience with Brite Decking was outstanding. They provided me with a high-quality product at a fair price and delivered it on time. Rocky was incredible, he guided me from the beginning in selecting the deck colour and supported me throughout the installation process. He also worked with the installer to resolve any issues that came up during the installation. When they realized that some clips were missing from the delivery, they immediately sent them the next day at no extra charge. This was a blessing for us because the installer needed them the next day. They also followed up after the installation to make sure I was happy with the service. I highly recommend Brite Decking to anyone. Thank you Brite and team for your assistance. The Deck has enhanced the appearance of our property.”

“Great product at an affordable price. It has added value to our house by enhancing to our outdoor pergola area. The product is easy to clean , much more practical than my previous pavers. My only complaint is a 5 meter wooden pallet left in my driveway with nails protruding. It was explained to me that it’s the customers expense to have it removed. I would have thought that Brite decking would have taken it and used it for future deliveries”

“I am super hoping we don't have to order more decking than they supplied us as their estimate is far less than mine because it was an absolute maximum stress to get the items delivered to us that had been fully paid for in advance. We were told they could be delivered in 3 days but as I was in no hurry I said just deliver in two weeks is fine but it took 6 weeks and at least 12 calls & me losing my patience to get it delivered in the end. Even when it was delivered the truck driver wouldn’t unload it as he wanted to be paid first which was already done through Brite Deck. I was told at first we hadn’t paid a deposit so the order was even started which was not true, then they had not allocated enough decking to our order so they didn’t have enough, when it got delivered the first time there was no way to get it of the truck on site so they took it back as I she my wife was not capable of lifting the weight of the boards & the truck driver wouldn’t either. Lets hope the product is better than their extremely poor service & I am hoping I don’t have to order anymore & go through this all again. My advice is try elsewhere.”
