It was my first time flying and the cabin crew were very helpful reassuring me everything would be okay.The cabin crew on both flights took really good care of me making sure I was comfortable and at ease.They really go out of their way to help you and are kind and compassionate.I would highly recommend flying with this company as they genuinely care about their customers.Well done British Airways

My experience with the staff today in Heathrow has been awesome. Special thanks to Kevin Moses who went extra miles to provide myself and my family adequate assistance and Jaz, the manager. They both really exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Delighted to share our recent travel experience with British Airways! Set off extremely excited on October 7th from Cork Airport for our week in Mumbai. Flight from Cork was on time and we arrived in Heathrow with plenty of time to explore T5. Upon reaching Heathrow Terminal 5 for our 5pm Mumbai flight, we observed a challenging noteworthy situation at the boarding gate, where a couple had encountered difficulties on the flight before ours. The couple missed their flight, stemming from their lounge overstay (too many wines at a guess). They were extremely rude to the lady at the boarding desk however , despite the testing circumstances, the BA employee remained composed and handled the situation with grace. Something I found difficult witnessing the situation myself. During our boarding process, a visa complication arose for my husband, requiring swift action. This same lady assisted my husband and whilst it was an extremely worrying time for us her calm and kind manner helped in the situation. Although due to an error (one number out on visa) my husband was unable to board and our holiday dreams dashed, this lady's kind demeanour and at times witty attitude alleviated the situation, and for that, we are sincerely grateful. The real standout occurred at the ticketing desk when we had to rebook (hopefully we can get babysitters again!) to Ms. A Khan and Ms. N Barry at the ticketing desk, who demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, empathy and care in rebooking our tickets. Facing the disruption of our holiday plans our moods had soured however their efforts made a significant difference, turning a challenging situation into a positive experience. To be honest the 3 ladies (Didn't get the other ladies name) at the ticketing desk were by any measure simply the best customer focused employees I have ever encountered. Their empathy, professionalism and customer focus displayed the type of employees that any company would be blessed to have working for them. It says alot about British airways that every employee we met that day from boarding gate, ticketing desk, baggage (issues with finding bag after it had to be removed from plane), was absolutely exceptional and went out of their way, above and beyond to turn what was a very disappointing circumstance into a bearable one. Looking forward to our rescheduled flight in October with optimism (still scrambling for replacement babysitters lol!) , hoping for smooth travels and encountering the same friendly faces at British Airways. We booked a flight from Hamburg to Sydney . We missed our transit flight because of fog and had to stay in London. British Airways organized everything as staying over night in a hotel and all the following flights. When we reached Sydney one day late one suitcase was missed and British Airways located it in London. 3 days later it was sent to our destination in Australia. Thank you for you help .

I recently flew from PMI-LGW and return - The first time back to England, and my first flights for 17 years Neither Wizz Air or EasyJet were practical due to unfavourable flight times and charging more than the flights were worth for luggage. British Airways had good flight times, low prices and very reasonable (€18 per flight for 23kg) luggage charges - At €126 return, BA were the best AND most economical option. Both flights were on time, the aircraft were spotlessly clean, at 6'4'' tall, the black leather seats were comfortable and the legroom was adequate. The cabin crew on both flights were polite, friendly and professional. The food and drinks available were good quality and fairly reasonably priced - I had the Meat Ploughmans and IPA beer (€10 +/- total) on both flights. I have flown more than 80 times in the past 50 years with various airlines on various propeller and jet powered aircraft, including one helicopter transfer between Gatwick and Heathrow. Flying was a different experience 'back in the day', and nostalgia aside... British Airways are the best airline I've flown with

Simply the best airline. Crew fabulous. Check in, a breeze, food really good, can not fault. I would go with them again for sure. So nice to be treated with politeness. Cant wait to book again.

Needed to make a few changes to my booking, contact them and things were sorted promptly. They wavered the £100 charge that I could of easily been made to pay. They have Probably been getting a few poor reviews due to the way things have been. So here’s a good one and we’ll deserved. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was supposed to fly from Ghana to London on 2/01/2022 but tested positive for COVID so my brother went to the airport to speak to BA desk regarding the results he said the lady he met was very welcoming and in few minutes they rescheduled my flight date to 14/01/2022 Then on the said day the flight delayed for 30 minutes and the staff kept apologising every 5 minutes till we boarded. The crew were extremely nice especially Mathew in particular who was very patient in dealing with a very demanding passenger who sat in front of me . Giving her extra food , drinks and explaining all her concerns for an economy passenger. I have taken BA to Accra over past five years and I must say this is the first time I was very impressed by their crew especially Mathew . I am looking forward to always travelling with them back home to Ghana and hopefully I will meet more Mathews Thanks Ahmed

My recent flight with BA was marvellous! Shannon an Australian airhostess on board Hyd to Heathrow was extremely kind and helpful. My elderly father, who has mild dementia was travelling in Business class got up and came looking for me (.I was in Premier economy) but lost his way..she gently brought him to me explaining that he had lost his way. All through, she seemed to tirelessly help everyone with a smile on her lips.In Business class Joe was kind ,attentive and went out of his way with my elder parents. Cannot express my gratitude enough! God bless them both!

Hello! I do not normally leave reviews, but today I have to! I want to thank you to specific person. His name is David O'Brien and he works at New Castle Office in England. He was excellent in helping me with my flight cancellation ticket issue. He went above and beyond to help me the best possible way. We were a group of 12 golfers travelling to Marrakech from Gatwick airport on 7th May 2019. Unfortunately we missed our flight due to a fatal accident on M25 which held us back by 2hrs. We contacted customer relations counter on arrival and spoke to a lady by the name JACQUI BAGLEY. She went out of her way to ensure that we got on the next available BA flight the following day at no extra cost. We had booked our flights directly with BA Group bookings who were not even interested in our problem so Jacqui ended sorting our problem. Jacqui is exemplary what customer service should be about. She definitely changed our groups perception of British Airways. She even refused to accept our small token of appreciation. Sincere thanks to her. I wish all my staff were like her...…..

First class service, great food and good flights and landings. We were met by BA staff when we got off our first flight and shown to the location for boarding our mext flight. Can't fault them on anything and will be my first choice in future
